Abstract

节气门段固定结构
技术领域
本发明涉及一种安装塑料稳压罐的发动机的节气门段固定结构。
背景技术
一般来说,稳压罐由如铝之类的金属材料制成。稳压罐的一端与节气门段一体连接。
此稳压罐通过一个突出的凸缘和一个撑条固定到发动机上。突出的凸缘形成在稳压罐的一端,且撑条连接到突出的凸缘和发动机之间。
在塑料稳压罐被用来减轻发动机重量的情况下,通过稳压罐直接连接并被稳压罐支持的节气门段主要由金属,比如铝制成。因此,当塑料稳压罐和金属节气门段互相连接时,重量的平衡就集中在重节气门段上。
此外,不能期望塑料制成的稳压罐提供由金属稳压罐提供给节气门段的稳固支撑力。
发明内容
本发明的一个实施方式将节气门段以简单的结构牢固地固定在发动机上,其中节气门段与塑料稳压罐连接,因此减少了车辆重量,并与传统结构相比简化了维护和装配。而且,降低了噪音震动,增加了耐用性。
一个节气门段固定结构包括一个与塑料稳压罐连接的节气门段。具有安装在其上表面的缸前罩的汽缸盖。一个固定支架连接节气门段的固定塞和汽缸盖的固定塞,其中节气门段的固定塞在±10°范围内垂直形成在汽缸盖固定塞的上侧。

具体实施方式
参考图1到4,缸前罩3安装在发动机的汽缸盖1上。稳压罐5远离缸前罩3的上表面安装。稳压罐5用塑料材料制成来减轻发动机重量。
在图中一个节气门段7安装在稳压罐5的左侧。当空气进入到节气门段7时,空气通过稳压罐5提供给发动机燃烧室。
固定支架9在当发动机运行时节气门段7相对于汽缸盖1的相对振动的过度方向的状态下在纵向上固定在节气门段7和发动机的汽缸盖1上。该固定支架9与该汽缸盖1和节气门段7相连接。
在发动机运行过程中,该节气门段7相对汽缸盖1的相对振动的过度方向可以用X,Y和Z轴来描述。节气门段7的所有振动方向在没有固定支架9的情况下分析,其中,节气门段7通过发动机运行时产生的激振力相对发动机相对地运动。本发明中节气门段7相对振动的过度方向很可能是从汽缸盖1向节气门段7的垂直方向。
如图5a和5b所示,为了用固定支架9连接汽缸盖1和节气门段7,该汽缸盖1配置了一个固定塞15且节气门段7配置了一个固定塞17。该固定塞15和17被优选地以垂直方向或在±10°范围内倾斜形成。
图1到图4中的固定支架9被优选地以垂直方向形成,然而,该固定塞可以在±10°的允许误差范围内连接。为了与固定支架在允许误差±10°范围内连接,此固定支架9的上侧或下侧可以按如图6所示倾斜形成。
固定孔形成在固定支架9的两端。如图5a和5b所示,汽缸盖1和节气门段7分别配置了固定塞15和17。固定支架9的两端通过螺栓等类似物固定到汽缸盖1和节气门段7。一个固定工具与汽缸盖1连接,另一个固定工具与节气门段7连接。因此,节气门段7可以通过固紧或放松仅两个固定工具来轻松固定或释放。在图5b中,该固定塞17配置在冷却液入口和出口的一端,即,节气门段7的节流阀片的较低侧。该固定塞17可以生产成螺栓孔形状之类的配置,且可以通过典型的固定工具连接,比如,螺栓、销、螺丝等等。
在本发明的优选实施方式中,固定支架9形成为长平板形状。固定支架9的中部远离缸前罩3放置,与吸音垫11一体安装。该节气门段7为电控节气门段。
参考图1,安装一个支撑支架13来将稳压罐5固定到汽缸盖1上。然而,在其它实施方式中可以不包含该支撑支架13。
该固定支架9稳固地抑制了节气门段7相对汽缸盖1的振动的过度方向。因此,在本发明发动机节气门段的固定结构中,节气门段7和稳压罐5的振动和噪音被有效地抑制。
也就是说,节气门段7和稳压罐5的噪声振动平稳(NVH)可以仅通过用螺栓将固定支架9连接来减少。
当把节气门段7和稳压罐5视做一个结合体时,重心主要在节气门段7上。然而,因为固定支架9固定到节气门段7上,该稳压罐5可以被恰当地固定。可以不需要辅助支撑支架13。
在固定支架9上安装的吸音垫11用来防止固定支架9直接将发动机振动传导到节气门段7。该吸音垫11还吸收了汽缸盖1或缸前罩3产生的噪音和振动,由此最低限度地影响节气门段7。
如图7a到7e所示,固定支架包括一个倾斜部分20,这样固定支架9的上或下部分与固定支架9其他部分相比较突出。当如图2所示安装固定支架9时,该倾斜部分20防止与缸前罩3的肋条22的干扰。
如前所述,本发明中的一个优点就是与塑料稳压罐相连的节气门段可以固定地以简单结构与发动机连接,因此减轻了车辆的重量,并简化了维护和装配。
另外一个优点是将噪音和振动最小化且增加了耐用性。

Claims (8)

1.一种节气门段固定结构,该结构包括:
安装到塑料材料制成的稳压罐的节气门段;
其上表面安装有缸前罩的汽缸盖;和
一个连接所述节气门段的固定塞和所述汽缸盖的固定塞的固定支架,其中所述节气门段的固定塞在±10°范围内垂直形成在所述汽缸盖的所述固定塞的上侧,其中所述固定支架设置为长平板形状,其中所述固定支架的中间部分一体地安装有一个远离所述缸前罩放置的吸音垫。
2.如权利要求1中所述的结构,其中所述汽缸盖的所述固定塞和所述节气门段的所述固定塞彼此垂直地形成。
3.如权利要求1中所述的结构,其中所述固定支架形成了一个倾斜部分。
4.如权利要求1中所述的结构,所述固定支架在发动机运行时的所述节气门段的相对所述汽缸盖的相对振动的过度方向的状态下在纵向上固定到所述节气门段和所述汽缸盖上,且所述固定支架连接所述汽缸盖和所述节气门段。
5.如权利要求1中所述的结构,其中所述节气门段的固定塞被形成在所述节气门段的冷却剂的入口和出口的一端。
6.如权利要求1中所述的结构,其中所述节气门段为电控节气门段。
7.如权利要求1中所述的结构,其中附加地安装支撑支架来将所述稳压罐固定到发动机。
8.如权利要求1中所述的结构,其中所述固定支架的两端通过固定工具分别固定到所述节气门段和所述汽缸盖。
