本发明涉及一种手动的流体产品分配泵,以及具有一个这种泵的流体产品分配装置。
背景技术
已经知道,一个泵一般具有一个泵体,泵体中一个活塞在一个静止位置与一个分配位置之间滑动,以便分配装在泵中特别是装在一个泵室中的产品。一般有一个止挡构件装配在泵体的上边缘上,以便形成活塞的静止位置。例如该止挡构件可以是一个在活塞的静止位置与活塞配合的套环。活塞一般具有一个下密封唇边和一个上密封唇边,上密封唇边保证与泵体的密封。活塞与套环之间的密封一般在套环的一个径向下边缘与活塞一个对应的径向表面之间的径向接触表面处实现。这种方法可能存在一些缺点。一方面,活塞与套环之间的密封不是最佳的,因为这种密封不是像与泵体的密封一样通过一个可变形的柔软部分如一个密封唇边实现。另一方面,为了保证套环与活塞之间的良好密封,需要在静止位置有一个泵的复位弹簧施加的比较大的力,使套环与活塞之间的径向接触表面保证足够的密封。然而,在泵的静止位置的一个比较强的力导致一个大的泵的启动力,因为复位弹簧在静止位置不能完全放松。另一方面,阻挡的位置由套环与活塞之间的密封点确定,不同组成零件的制造公差导致该阻挡位置不是恒定的,而是可以根据制造公差而发生变化。泵启动时活塞位置的一个改变,甚至是轻微的改变都可能对产品剂量产生后果。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种没有上述缺点的流体产品分配泵。
因此,本发明的目的是提供一种改进活塞、泵体和止挡构件以及套环之间密封性的流体产品分配泵。
本发明的目的还在于提供一种启动力、即使用者应该施加的使泵动作的力降低的流体产品分配泵。
本发明的目的还在于提供一种流体产品分配泵,在这种分配泵中,无论不同的组成零件即泵体、活塞或套环的制造公差如何,阻挡的位置,即泵的活塞的静止位置是恒定的。
本发明的目的还在于提供一种制造和装配简单、成本低的流体产品分配泵。

具体实施方式
图1示出一个适于本发明的特定的流体产品分配泵。但是显然,本发明适用于一个活塞在一个泵体中滑动的各种流体产品分配泵,其中活塞的静止位置由一个止挡构件确定,例如一个套环。因此,本发明完全不局限于图1所示的且下面将要描述的泵。
图1的泵具有一个泵体10,在泵体10中,一个活塞50在一个静止位置和一个分配位置之间滑动。静止位置由一个止挡构件确定,在所示的例子中是一个装配在泵体上边缘中的套环80。分配位置可以由泵体的一个径向凸肩11确定,处于分配位置的活塞贴靠在凸肩11上。一个第二活塞55在泵体的直径缩小的部分中滑动,并且在活塞50与活塞55之间形成一个泵室20。泵室具有一个入口阀30和一个出口阀40。活塞50最好以整体的方式与一个启动杆60连接,启动杆60最好是空心的,并且具有一个排出通道61。设有一个复位弹簧70,以便在每次动作后自动把泵带向它的静止位置。图1所示的泵可以通过一个固定环1安装在一个储存器上,固定环1可以是任何类型的,特别是旋拧式、嵌接式或卡接式的。一般一个密封垫5位于固定环1与储存器(未示出)的上边缘之间。当使用者希望使用图1的泵时,他在启动杆60上施加一个轴向力,该轴向力传递给活塞50。由于直径不同,第二活塞55的移动比活塞50快,因此第二活塞55能够在活塞50的行程结束时打开出口阀40,以便分配装在泵室20中的产品。当使用者放松他在启动杆上的力时,泵由复位弹簧70带回到静止位置。
图2以放大的比例示出应用本发明的泵的部分。根据本发明,活塞50的上密封唇边52具有一个第一唇边部分53和一个第二唇边部分54。第一唇边部分53在活塞的任何位置以密封的方式与泵体10配合。当活塞50在静止位置时,第二唇边部分54以密封的方式与套环80配合。如图2所示,第一和第二唇边部分53、54基本平行,并且互相径向分开。因此,在第二唇边部分54处实现活塞50与套环80之间的密封,并且不再需要如前所述在套环80的下径向边缘处实现密封。因此改善了密封,因为该密封通过一个软的且可变形的唇边54得到,这样保证最好的密封性能。因此,泵的复位弹簧70可以有一个小的硬度,因为不再需要在处于静止位置的活塞50上施加一个比较大的力来保证与套环80的密封性。因此通过本发明降低了泵的启动力。另一方面,活塞50与套环80之间的密封点移到第二唇边部分54处。因此不再在套环80的径向下边缘与活塞50之间实现密封,因此,泵的不同组成零件、即泵体10、活塞50、或套环80的制造公差可以通过上唇边的结构、特别是通过这两个唇边部分53和54得到补偿。有利的是,第二唇边部分54可以比第一唇边部分53薄,使其更加柔软。在这种情况下,它可以变形,以便补偿套环80和/或泵体10和/或活塞50的制造公差。当然,活塞50的两个唇边部分53和54的柔软性和尺寸可以根据需要进行选择。特别是,如图2所示,两个唇边部分53和54的长度不一定相同,而是可以根据套环和/或泵体的形状有不同的长度和形状。

Claims (4)
