Abstract

本发明介绍的轨道交通四合一整体化传动装置由电机、轴箱、减速箱、制动器、车轴和车轮组成,其特征在于:将传统方案中原置于车轮外侧的轴箱安装于两车轮内侧,并与减速箱一起组成具有减速和承重功能的整体化减速轴箱,并由该减速轴箱的动力传动构件直接与电机、制动器集及车轴连接,组成四合一的整体化传动装置。在该装置中的减速轴箱,不仅具有传统减速箱和轴箱的功能,转向架构架的重量支承在减速轴箱的箱体上;减小了整个传动装置的占据空间,而且采用模块化集成化设计、取消煩琐连接部件,提高运行可靠性和维护性创造了良好前提。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种轨道交通四合一整体化传动装置,属于机车动力转向组合机构,尤其是指适用于窄轨机车独轨机车的一种整体化传动装置。
背景技术
动力转向架是用于轨道交通运行机车的重要动力架,它的基本部件包括:轮对轴箱装置、电机减速装置、制动装置、悬挂装置和支承装置等。传统动力转向架传动装置,相对于车轮而言,其构件中的轴箱装置布置在外侧,减速装置在内侧。由于发展中的轨道交通装备的轮对内侧距尺寸较小,特别是窄轨机车和独轨机车的轮对内侧距尺寸非常小,传统的轮对轴箱装置、电机减速装置和制动装置的已有布局结构将无法布置在车轮内侧。因此寻求一种能适应未来轨道交通,尤其是适应窄轨机车和独轨机车需求的动力转向机构,已经成为有关科研部门和生产单位应该关注的一个问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的:旨在提供一种轨道交通四合一整体化传动装置。希望它既具有传统的减速箱和轴箱的功能,同时又能将电机和制动器与其紧凑组合在一起;不仅减小整个传动装置的空间尺寸,而且也为模块化设计的实现提供新思路。
这种轨道交通四合一整体化传动装置,由电机1、轴箱6、减速箱7、制动器3、车轴4和车轮5组成,其特征在于:将传统方案中置于车轮5外侧的轴箱6安置于两车轮5的内侧,并与减速箱7整合,组成具有减速和承重功能的整体化减速轴箱2。
所述电机1与减速轴箱2的I轴10(输入轴)联接,制动器3也与减速箱2的I轴10联接,形成由电机1、减速轴箱2与制动器3三者同轴联接结构。
所述的制动器3也可单独与减速箱2的II轴(9)、或者III轴8联接组成制动结构。
根据以上技术方案提出的这种轨道交通四合一整体化传动装置,由于将具有减速和承重功能的整体化减速轴箱布置在车轮轮对的内侧,不仅为减速箱、轴箱、电机和制动器在小空间内实现传动、制动和支承功能等的协调紧凑组合,而且也为该传动***的模块化集成设计,取消烦琐联接部件,提供强有力的技术保障,而这一切正是发展中的轨道交通十分需要的。

具体实施方式
轨道交通四合一整体化传动装置由五部分组成:电机1、减速轴箱2、制动器3、车轴4和车轮(5)。其最主要的创新点是:将传统机车上设于两车轮5外侧的轴箱6设于两车轮5的内侧,并与减速箱7一起组成具有减速和承重功能的整体化减速轴箱2;同时,又将电机1与减速箱2的输入轴I轴10联接,制动器3与减速箱2的输入轴联接;联接的方式可以采用键联结、花键联结、过盈联结或者成型联结,组成由电机1、减速箱2和制动器3三者的同轴联接结构。
在这一技术方案中,减速轴箱具有减速和承重的双重功能,其箱体既相当于传统减速箱的箱体和轴箱箱体,转向架构架的重量通过弹簧或者直接支承在减速轴箱2的箱体上;同时,减速轴箱2的输出轴也是机车的车轴4;使电机1、减速轴箱2、制动器件盒带车轮5的车轴4有机的组合在一起。这种四合一整体化传动装置集成了减速箱、轴箱、电机和制动器,结构十分紧凑,在很小的空间实现了传动、制动和支承功能。并且可理想地采用模块化集成设计,取消各种繁琐的联接部件,可靠性和可维护性大大提高;尤其适合窄轨机车和独轨机车动力转向机构设计的要求。
鉴于减速轴箱2中的减速箱,实际上是一个由多个传动轮组成的多级减速机构,因此,技术方案中所述的制动器3既可以采用前述方案中的联结方式:将其直接与电机1的输出轴、减速轴箱2的输出轴组成传动-减速-制动三者联动的传动机构。也可以将制动器3单独与减速轴箱2中的II轴、III轴,或者其它传动轴联接组成制动机构。

Claims (3)

1、一种轨道交通四合一整体化传动装置,由电机(1)、轴箱(6)、减速箱(7)、制动器(3)、车轴(4)和车轮(5)组成,其特征在于:将传统方案中置于车轮(5)外侧的轴箱(6)安置于两车轮(5)的内侧,并通过置于该轴箱(6)上的减速箱(7)一起组成布置在车轮(5)内侧的、具有减速和承重功能的整体化减速轴箱(2)。
2、如权利要求1所述的轨道交通四合一整体化传动装置,其特征在于:电机(1)与减速轴箱(2)的输入轴联接,制动器(3)与减速轴箱(2)的输入轴(10)或II轴(9)、或III轴(8)连接,形成由电机(1)、减速轴箱(2)和制动器(3)三者同轴连接的联动机构。
3、如权利要求1所述的轨道交通四合一整体化传动装置,其特征在于:所述的制动器(3)可单独与减速箱(2)的II轴(9)、III轴(8)连接,组成制动结构。
