Abstract

本发明涉及一种合成贴膜接口部份特别设计成任意角度锯齿状的外形,以有效的分散因合成贴膜和薄壁容器在注塑熔接过程中产生的应力,从而防止塑胶容器在跌落时出现破裂,具有膜内贴标的塑胶容器及其生产方法。该具有膜内贴标的塑胶容器,在其超薄形塑胶容器的***熔接一对应于该塑胶容器***形状的膜内贴标薄膜,其两拼缝边沿呈锯齿状连接。该塑胶杯的模内贴标工艺包括步骤:啤塑超薄形塑胶容器——膜内贴标展开呈对应于该超薄形塑胶容器的***状态——将膜内贴标两接合边分别切成可相互啮合的锯齿形边沿——将超薄形塑胶容器与膜内贴标熔接为一体。

具有膜内贴标的塑胶容器及其生产方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种两接合边被切成任意角度锯齿形的具有膜内贴标的塑胶容器及其生产方法。
背景技术
目前市面上的同类产品由于薄膜两边的直线形限制,不能从根本上解决所直线形材质的薄膜用于塑胶容器的模内贴标工艺时,塑胶容器易出现破裂的现象。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术的不足之处而提供的一种合成贴膜接口部份特别设计成任意角度锯齿状的外形,以有效的分散因合成贴膜和薄壁容器在注塑熔接过程中产生的应力,从而防止塑胶容器在跌落时出现破裂,具有膜内贴标的塑胶容器及其生产方法。
本发明的目的可以通过以下措施来达到:这种具有膜内贴标的塑胶容器,其特殊之处在于:在超薄形塑胶容器的***熔接一对应于该塑胶容器***形状的膜内贴标薄膜,其两拼缝边沿呈锯齿状连接。
本发明的目的还可以通过以下措施来达到:这种生产具有膜内贴标塑胶容器的方法,其特殊之处在于,该方法包括以下次序的工艺步骤:
(1)啤塑超薄形塑胶容器;
(2)膜内贴标展开呈对应于该超薄形塑胶容器的***状态;
(3)将膜内贴标两接合边分别切成可相互啮合的锯齿形边沿;
(4)将超薄形塑胶容器与膜内贴标熔接为一体。
本专利发明技术相比现有技术,具有如下优点:
1、锯齿状的两拼缝线结构,可有效的从不同的角度和方向分散了合成贴膜和所有塑胶容器在注塑熔接过程中产生的应力,有效的控制了产品在跌落时产生的破裂现象。
2、产品美观大方,使用方便。
3、适用于任何材质的合成贴膜。

具体实施方式
本发明下面将结合附图作进一步详述:
该具有膜内贴标的塑胶杯,在其超薄形塑胶杯1的***熔接一对应于该塑胶杯1***形状的膜内贴标薄膜2,其两拼缝边沿呈锯齿状连接,该合成贴膜接口部份的特殊结构设计是,合成贴膜两边被切成任意角度的锯齿状形状的拼缝线21
塑胶杯的模内贴标工艺包括以下次序的加工步骤:
(1)啤塑超薄形塑胶杯1;
(2)膜内贴标2展开后呈扇形的***状态;
(3)将膜内贴标两接合边分别切成可相互啮合的锯齿形边沿21;
(4)将超薄形塑胶杯1与膜内贴标2熔接为一体。
该具有膜内贴标的塑胶杯的合成贴膜接口部份特别设计成任意角度锯齿状的外形,可有效的分散因合成贴膜和薄壁容器在注塑熔接过程中产生的应力,从而防止塑胶容器在跌落时出现破裂。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施范例,凡依本发明要求范围所做的均等变化与修饰,皆应属本发明的涵盖范围。

Claims (2)

1、一种具有膜内贴标的塑胶容器,其特征在于:在超薄形塑胶容器的***熔接一对应于该塑胶容器***形状的膜内贴标薄膜,其两拼缝边沿呈锯齿状连接。
2、一种生产具有膜内贴标塑胶容器的方法,其特征在于,该方法包括以下次序的工艺步骤:
(1)啤塑超薄形塑胶容器;
(2)膜内贴标展开呈对应于该超薄形塑胶容器的***状态;
(3)将膜内贴标两接合边分别切成可相互啮合的锯齿形边沿;
(4)将超薄形塑胶容器与膜内贴标熔接为一体。
