图2中所示的是变速器主壳26的一部分、端盖32和两轮驱动适配器壳42的示意性片断横断面视图,表示了本发明的功能元件。两轮驱动适配器壳42连接到端盖32的四轮驱动分动器安装零件44。该连接可以由机械连接如夹具或铆接实现,但是,在最佳实施方式中两轮驱动适配器壳42是通过多个螺栓46连接到端盖32的。衬套48位于孔49内,该孔由适配器壳42限定,该衬套可操作地调整从动轴50与输出轴30对齐。密封51相对于适配器壳42的一端安装并与从动轴50摩擦接触。密封51防止碎片进入,和变速器液从适配器壳42泄漏。
图3是符合本发明的变速器端盖32和两轮驱动适配器壳42的分解的透视侧视图。垫圈52可以置于端盖32和适配器壳42之间。垫圈52可以由橡胶、纸或其它已知的垫圈材料如软木制成。垫圈52将防止变速器液从端盖32和适配器壳42之间的分界面泄漏。密封领域的技术人员会认可如果使用诸如室温硫化(RTV)硅酮密封剂这样的密封剂,从而可以省略垫圈52。适配器壳42最好是由铝或铝合金制成,但是,适配器壳42也可以由任何材料制成,只要该材料能提供必需的结构刚度,如铁或镁。
适配器壳42可以由不同的方法加工成型,如铣磨、沙型铸造或磨损泡沫塑料铸塑。在最佳实施方式中,适配器壳42由压铸法制造。通常,压铸法适用于铝合金。此外,当用于大批量生产中时,压铸法提供了良好的尺寸精确度和稳定性。最好有多个角撑板54径向围绕适配器壳42用来增加适配器壳42的结构刚度。
通过提供改进的车辆机电混合变速器,减少了车辆机电混合变速器端盖的设计和制造成本,通过使用一个固定在端盖上的两轮驱动适配器壳,这种改进的车辆机电混合变速器可选择地配置成适于两轮驱动车或四轮驱动车配置。
本发明还提供了一种使配置成用于四轮驱动应用的车辆机电混合变速器10适用于两轮驱动应用的方法。该方法需要为车辆机电混合变速器10配置一个主壳26。随后将一个端盖32连接到主壳26,该端盖配置成用于四轮驱动分动器40。接下来,一个两轮驱动适配器壳42配置成连接到端盖32上。最后,该两轮驱动适配器壳42连接到端盖32从而用于两轮驱动车应用而不是四轮驱动车应用。
虽然详细描述了实现本发明的最佳实施方式,本发明相关领域的熟练技术人员会认可用来实现本发明的各种可替代的设计和实施方式也在所附权利要求的范围内。

Claims (17)

1.一种可选择配置的车辆机电混合变速器包括:
一个变速器主壳,可操作地包含至少一个电动机/发电机组件;
一个端盖,构形成用于四轮驱动分动器连接件,所述端盖可连接到所述主壳;和
一个适配器壳,其特征在于,所述适配器壳可连接到所述端盖并可操作地配置所述端盖适用于两轮驱动车配置而不是所述四轮驱动分动器连接件。
2.如权利要求1所述的可选择配置的车辆机电混合变速器,其特征在于所述适配器壳由铝合金通过成型技术形成。
3.如权利要求1所述的可选择配置的车辆机电混合变速器,其特征在于所述适配器壳包括一个衬套。
4.如权利要求1所述的可选择配置的车辆机电混合变速器,其特征在于所述适配器壳包括一个密封件。
5.如权利要求1所述的可选择配置的车辆机电混合变速器,其特征在于所述适配器壳通过机械连接连接到所述端盖。
6.如权利要求5所述的可选择配置的车辆机电混合变速器,其特征在于所述机械连接由多个螺栓实现。
7.如权利要求2所述的可选择配置的车辆机电混合变速器,其特征在于所述成型技术是压铸法。
8.如权利要求1所述的可选择配置的车辆机电混合变速器,进一步包括垫圈元件,所述垫圈元件位于所述示配器壳和所述端盖之间,所述垫圈元件可操作地防止变速器液泄漏。
9.如权利要求1所述的可选择配置的车辆机电混合变速器,其特征在于多个角撑板相对于所述适配器壳径向布置。
10.一种可选择配置的车辆机电混合变速器包括:
一个变速器主壳,可操作地包含至少一个电动机/发电机组件;
一个输出轴;
一个端盖,构造成用于四轮驱动分动器连接件,所述端盖可连接到所述主壳;和
一个适配器壳,可连接到所述端盖并可操作地配置所述端盖适用于两轮驱动车配置而不是所述四轮驱动分动器连接件;
所述适配器壳具有衬套,衬套可以操作以引导从动轴到所述输出轴上;和
所述适配器壳具有与所述从动轴摩擦接触的密封,密封既防止碎片进入所述可选择配置的车辆机电混合变速器,又防止变速器液从所述可选择配置的车辆机电混合变速器漏出。
11.如权利要求10所述的可选择配置的车辆机电混合变速器,其特征在于所述适配器壳由铝合金通过成型技术形成。
12.如权利要求10所述的可选择配置的车辆机电混合变速器,其特征在于所述适配器壳通过机械连接连接到所述端盖。
13.如权利要求12所述的可选择配置的车辆机电混合变速器,其特征在于所述机械连接由多个螺栓实现。
14.如权利要求11所述的可选择配置的车辆机电混合变速器,其特征在于所述成型技术是压铸法。
15.如权利要求10所述的可选择配置的车辆机电混合变速器,进一步包括垫圈元件,所述垫圈元件位于所述示配器壳和所述端盖之间,所述垫圈元件可操作地防止变速器液泄漏。
16.如权利要求10所述的可选择配置的车辆机电混合变速器,其特征在于多个角撑板相对于所述适配器壳径向布置。
17.一种使用于四轮驱动应用的车辆机电混合变速器适用于两轮驱动应用的方法包括:
为所述变速器配置一个主壳;
将一个用于四轮驱动分动器的端盖连接到所述主壳;
配置一个连接到所述端盖的两轮驱动适配器主壳;和
将所述两轮驱动适配器壳连接到所述端盖从而用于两轮驱动车应用而不是四轮驱动车应用。
