Abstract
Un equipo de alimentación continua de concentrado de la presente invención incluye una pluralidad de mecanismos de suministro de concentrado (50) cada uno incluyendo un tanque de ajuste de presión que temporalmente acumula concentrado granular; un tanque de elevación que recibe el concentrado desde el tanque de ajuste de presión (50) y descarga el concentrado a un horno de fusión; y un sistema de control de presión que controla las presiones del tanque de ajuste de presión (50) y el tanque de elevación (51) de tal modo que el concentrado es continuamente suministrado desde el tanque de elevación al horno de fusión durante un tiempo cuando el concentrado es recibido en el tanque de ajuste de presión (50) y un tiempo cuando el concentrado es descargado en el tanque de elevación (51). La pluralidad de los mecanismos de suministro de concentrado (100) a (103) se conecta en paralelo a un transportador para llevar el concentrado desde un lado de corriente arriba del transportador a un lado de corriente abajo de allí. Un medio de control de suministro se proporciona para controlar el suministro del concentrado de tal modo que la recepción del concentrado del mecanismo de suministro de concentrado es realizado en orden desde el lado de corriente arriba al lado de corriente abajo y la recepción del concentrado del mecanismo de suministro de concentrado en un extremo de corriente arriba se inicia antes del final de la recepción de concentrado del mecanismo de suministro de concentrado en un extremo de corriente abajo.
