Abstract

De acuerdo con un primer aspecto de la invención, se proporciona una disposición de cabezal de corte que comprende una parte del cabezal de corte que incluye una pared lateral del cabezal de corte (sustancialmente cilíndrica) para definir una cámara (o cavidad) rodeada por la pared lateral del cabezal de corte. Una parte de borde sustancialmente circular se extiende desde (un extremo distal de) la pared lateral del cabezal de corte, definiendo la parte de borde una cara de contacto de trabajo de la parte del cabezal de corte. Una parte de pared rebajada se extiende desde la parte de borde hacia el interior de la cámara de modo que quede rodeada por la pared lateral del cabezal de corte, estando la parte de borde y/o la parte de pared rebajada equipada con una pluralidad de elementos de corte, para permitir que la parte del cabezal de corte perfore en ciego un orificio piloto en uso. La parte de pared rebajada que se extiende desde la parte de borde hacia dentro de la cámara es un cuerpo sustancialmente cónico para definir un rebaje cónico (cerca de una región central de la parte del cabezal de corte, en un extremo distal de la parte del cabezal de corte). Por consiguiente, el cuerpo cónico define un vértice que se extiende hacia dentro y que termina sustancialmente en línea con un eje central de la parte del cabezal de corte.
