Abstract
<p>LA DISPONIBILIDAD DE UN SERVICIO BASADO EN LA NUBE SE RECUPERA DESPUÉS DE UN FALLO DEL SISTEMA. UNA OPERACIÓN DE CLIENTE ASOCIADA CON LA EXPERIENCIA DE CLIENTE SE EJECUTA PARA SIMULAR LA EXPERIENCIA DE CLIENTE EN EL SERVICIO BASADO EN NUBE. UN FALLO ASOCIADO CON UN SUBSISTEMA DEL SERVICIO BASADO EN LA NUBE SE DETECTA A PARTIR DE UNA SALIDA DE LA OPERACIÓN DE CLIENTE. SE DETERMINA UNA ACCIÓN DE RECUPERACIÓN QUE SE ASOCIA CON EL FALLO.
