Description

  

  Zur Übertragung grosser Kräfte geeignete, allseitig nachgiebige Kupplung.    Gegenstand der Erfindung bildet eine  Kupplung, die sich zur Übertragung grosser  Kräfte eignet und in geringem Masse die  gegenseitige Beweglichkeit der zu kuppelnden  Wellen nach allen Seiten gestattet. So dürfen  die Wellen etwas exzentrisch liegen, ihre  Achsen dürfen einen kleinen Winkel mitein  ander bilden, Exzentrizität, Achsenwinkel  dürfen sich im Betrieb ändern, sei es regel  mässig bei jeder Umdrehung, sei es in grösseren  Zeitabständen, z. B. durch Lagerabnutzung;  ferner ist eine gewisse gegenseitige     Längs-          verachieblichkeit    der Wellen zulässig. Die  genannten Eigenschaften besitzt auch die  bekannte Federkupplung, bei der zwischen  den beiden Wellen eine Schrauben- oder eine  Spiralfeder eingebaut ist.

   Eine derartige Kupp  lung ist aber nicht zur Übertragung grosser  Kräfte befähigt und kann ausserdem nicht in  beiden Drehrichtungen gleichhoch beansprucht  werden.  



  Nach der Erfindung wird nun eine Feder  verwendet, die nicht nur völlig symmetrisch  ist und .daher in beiden Drehrichtungen  gleiche Festigkeit besitzt, sondern auch zur  Übertragung sehr grosser Kräfte sich eignet.    Diese Feder besteht aus einem Rohr aus  elastischem Metall, das in mehreren quer zur  Rohrachse nebeneinanderliegenden Ebenen  durch nicht durchgehende, gegeneinander ver  setzte Schlitze derart in Lamellen zerlegt  isf, dass zwischen je zwei benachbarten La  mellen mindestens zwei Verbindungsstücke  stehen bleiben.  



  Eine Ausführungsform der neuen Kupp  lung ist in der Zeichnung dargestellt. Zwi  schen den beiden Kupplungsflanschen a. und b  ist die Feder c befestigt, die, wie aus Fig. 2  ersichtlich; rohrförmigen Querschnitt besitzt.  In dieses Rohr sind abwechselnd um 90    versetzte Schlitze d eingefräst, zwischen denen  Lamellen e gebildet werden; diese werden  durch entsprechend versetzte Verbindungs  stücke f zusammengehalten, so dass die ganze  Feder aus einem Stück besteht, das eine  allseitige, wenn auch begrenzte Beweglich  keit besitzt.  



  Die Feder kann in achsialer Richtung  beliebig lang und in der Wandstärke beliebig  stark bemessen werden, daher kann ihre  Elastizität sowohl, als auch ihr     Kraftüber-          tragungsvermögen    allen vorkommenden V er-      hältnissen angepasst werden. Um die Kupp  lung elektrisch isolierend zu machen, kann  ohne weiteres zwischen die Flanschen a., b  und die Feder c ein Isolierstoff eingelegt  werden.

The shafts can be a little eccentric, their axes can form a small angle with each other, eccentricity, axis angles can change during operation, be it regularly with each revolution, be it at longer time intervals, e.g. B. by bearing wear; a certain mutual longitudinal displacement of the shafts is also permissible. The above-mentioned properties also have the well-known spring clutch, in which a helical or spiral spring is installed between the two shafts.

   Such a coupling, however, is not capable of transmitting large forces and, moreover, cannot be stressed equally in both directions of rotation.



  According to the invention, a spring is now used which is not only completely symmetrical and .therefore has the same strength in both directions of rotation, but is also suitable for transmitting very large forces. This spring consists of a tube made of elastic metal, which is divided into lamellae in several planes lying next to one another transversely to the axis of the pipe through non-continuous, mutually offset slots in such a way that at least two connecting pieces remain between every two adjacent lamellae.



  An embodiment of the new hitch ment is shown in the drawing. Between the two coupling flanges a. and b, the spring c is attached which, as can be seen from FIG. 2; Has tubular cross-section. In this tube, alternately offset by 90 slots d are milled, between which lamellae e are formed; these are held together by appropriately offset connecting pieces f, so that the whole spring consists of one piece that has all-round, albeit limited mobility.



  The spring can be dimensioned as long as desired in the axial direction and as large as desired in terms of wall thickness, so both its elasticity and its power transmission capacity can be adapted to all conditions that occur. In order to make the coupling electrically insulating, an insulating material can easily be inserted between the flanges a., B and the spring c.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Zur Übertragung grosser Kräfte geeignete, allseitig nachgiebige Kupplung für beide Dreh richtungen, bei der als Kraftübertragungsglied eine rohrförmige Feder aus elastischem Me tall dient, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Feder in mehreren quer zur Rohrachse lie genden Ebenen durch nicht durchgehende, gegeneinander versetzte Schlitze derart in Lamellen zerlegt ist, dass zwischen je zwei benachbarten Lamellen mindestens zwei Ver bindungsstücke stehen bleiben.
