Ampoule for liquids or pastes. The object of the invention is an ampoule for liquids or pastes.
It comprises a hollow body whose walls are made of (pulls organic material, elastic and impermeable and which is provided with an outlet tube for even content, composed of the same material, the body being provided on the mollis one side of its walls, with a layer of a protective substance.
The accompanying drawing shows, by way of example, in FIGS. 1 to 13, thirteen embodiments of the object of the invention, partially sectioned views.
Fig. 14 shows how to use one of these bulbs.
In the first embodiment (fig. 1) the ampoule comprises a body 20 of oval shape, provided at one of its ends with an outlet pipe 21 for even content. This tubing is cylindrical in shape and closed at its free end by a wall 22. The oval body 20 is covered on the outside with a protective coating 23 which makes it more resistant.
In the second embodiment (fig. 2) the body 20 is provided with an outlet pipe 24 much shorter than in the first embodiment. This tubing is closed by a wall 25 which is like the body 20 and the tubing 24 externally covered with a protective coating 26.
In the third embodiment (fig. 3) the bulb has the same shape as in the first embodiment, but the body 20, the tube 21 and the closure wall: 22 are all provided internally. with a layer 28 and externally with a layer 27 of a protective coating.
In the fourth embodiment (fig.4), the bulb comprises a body 20 of oval shape, provided with an outlet pipe 29 of cylindrical shape. On this tubing is placed a cap 30 comprising a cylindrical part 30 'which covers the tubing 29 and a conical part 31. The body 20 is covered with a layer of a protective coating 23. The cap is glued to the tubing. exit 29.
In the fifth embodiment (fig. 5) the edge 33 of the cap 32 covering the outlet bulb 29 is pressed into the wall of the body 20. In the sixth embodiment (fig. 6) the bulb is constituted in the same way as in the fifth embodiment, but all its parts, namely the body 20, the cover 30 covering the outlet pipe 29, are covered with a layer of a protective coating 34.
In the seventh embodiment (Fig. 7) the bulb comprises a body 20 of oval shape, provided with an outlet pipe 29. A cap 35, of the same shape as those used in the three previous shapes of. execution, is engaged with its cylindrical part in the pipe 29 and is glued there.
In the eighth embodiment (fig. 8) the bulb is the same as that of the first embodiment shown in fig. 1, but the outlet pipe 21 which is closed by a wall 22 also carries a cap 30 which is glued thereto.
In the ninth embodiment (fig. 9) the bulb is the same as that shown in fig. 5, but the cap 30, instead of having either edge pressed into the wall of the body 20, is fixed to the outlet tube 29 by means of an adhesive substance 36.
In the tenth embodiment (fig. 10) the bulb is the same as in the previous form and the cap 37 is fixed to the tubing 29 by means of an adhesive substance 40. The end 39 of the part coni that 38 of the hat is open and form titi beak. This opening is covered by a cap 41 which is glued to the conical part 38.
In the eleventh embodiment (fig. 11) the bulb is the same as in the previous embodiment except that the outlet pipe 21 is closed by a wall 22.
In the twelfth embodiment (fig.12) the pipe 29 is covered by the cap 37, the end 39 of the conical part 28 of which is open. The cap is fixed to the tubing 29 by means of an adhesive substance 40. The opening 39 of the cap 37 is closed by a cap 42 whose bottom is glued to this opening, so that the cap 42 forms a mouthpiece. - the bulb, once shit its bottom is perforated.
In the thirteenth embodiment (fig. 13) the bulb is the same as that shown in fig. 10, except that the cap 41 fixed on the conical part of the cap is replaced by a cap 43 partially covering the cap on its cylindrical part.
Fig. 14 shows how to use the bulb. The position shown in phantom shows that the entire contents of the hen can be pushed out with just one push.
In the embodiments represented by FIGS. 1 to 9, to use the bulb, it is necessary to perforate or enta-iller either the end of the outlet tubing, or the end of the cap covering this tubing, which can for example be cut as indicated by xy of fig. 4.
In the shapes shown in FIGS. 10 and 13, it suffices to remove the cap 41, respectively 43, in order to be able to remove the contents of the ampoule without further action.
To make use of the embodiment shown in FIG. 11, it is necessary, after removing the cap 41, to further perforate, for example with a needle, the wall 22 closing the outlet pipe 21.
The use of the bulb shown in FIG. 12 requires perforation of the bottom of mouth 42.
The walls of the ampoule as well as the cap and the cap, depending on the form of execution, can advantageously be constituted by a gelatinous substance which can be formed, for example, by dissolving 50 grams of celluloid in 250 grams of acetone and 250 grams of amyl acetate.
In all embodiments, the body of the bulb, or the entire bulb, has its walls covered with a layer of a protective coating, which can be either externally, or internally, or externally and internally. This coating prevents the ampoule from hardening or drying out and thus prevents the contents from being influenced by external causes.
Depending on the material of which the pastes of the bulb are made, if it is for example a gelatinous mass, it suffices for example to adhere titi closure cap on the outlet pipe, to wet or slightly heat the parts coming into contact with each other.
The bulb forming the subject of the invention is specially arranged for local applications directly. on wounds. It is more particularly suitable for containing, for example, mercurial ointments used for the treatment of certain diseases.
In fig. 5 and 7 to 13 the protective product layer is not shown in the drawing.
