Nach Fig. 6 und 7 ist ein Wasserbehälter c in das Abzugsrohr L eingebaut. Zwei halb zylindrische Körper sind im Abstande von einander durch zwei äussere flache Verbin dungskanäle x miteinander verbunden und ausserdem durch zwei den leeren Hohlraum zwischen diesen beiden Kanälen durchque- rende Siederohre ;
Hot water heating for smaller rooms. The present invention relates to a warm water heater for smaller Ränine. In the case of which a container serving as a heating boiler has a number of boiler pipes which are arranged transversely to the direction of flow by means of the combustion gases of a furnace passing through a flue pipe.
In this case, the water tank can be designed as a jacket for the gas discharge pipe or it can be built into the gas discharge pipe.
In the drawing, three execution examples of the subject invention are Darge provides.
Fig. 1 shows a first example schaubild Lich in connection with a kitchen stove, Fig. 2 shows a vertical center section of a second example, Fig. 3 shows a detailed view of Fig. 2, Fig. 4 is a Uutenansicht of the bottom of the water container, and Fig Top view of a closing slide for heating robes of the second example; Fig. 6 and 7 show the third Ausfüh approximately form, in which the water container is located inside the flue pipe.
According to Fig. 1, a casing of the smoke exhaust pipe L is configured to form a water container c on a cooking stove a and verselieii with boiler pipes d extending transversely through the smoke pipe. As a radiator formed from Wa ", sei @ leituiigeti z are connected to the container c and are in connection with an expansion vessel h,
an overflow line g, a control line f and a filling line e.
Above in the gas exhaust pipe b is a manually operated, adjustable smoke flap 1c provided with passage openings, by means of which the heating system can be regulated.
According to FIGS. 6 and 7, a water tank c is installed in the flue pipe L. Two semi-cylindrical bodies are connected to one another at a distance from one another by two outer flat connecting ducts x and also by two boiling tubes which pass through the empty cavity between these two ducts;
y. The two flat connecting channels .f, - are connected by three cross boilers z. The water to be heated is introduced through pipe e into the lower part of the container c and discharged through pipe i at the top.
In the example of FIGS. 2, 3, 4 and 5, a gas burner is used as the fire system. The gas is supplied from a pipe in and leads through a regulating valve ja and a pipe o, tv, v into the gas burner ts with fuel nozzles distributed in a ring.
The regulating valve a is inevitably verbun with the flap k in the flue pipe b and is therefore on an extension of the axis 21 of the flap lc a spring-loaded, axially displaceable gear segment q is arranged, which sit with a on the axis of the regulating valve n Gear segment is engaged.
Depending on the setting of the flap 1c, the gas supply is now increased or decreased at the same time. But if only the train is to be regulated, the spring-loaded gear segment q is pushed back so that it disengages, whereupon the tensile force can be adjusted independently of the gas supply.
This means that when the gas flames are fully utilized, the exhausting hot gases can be used more intensively by reducing the pressure accordingly. Above each burner nozzle, through the container c rising and connected to the flue pipe b in connection heating pipes 9, wir ken a good utilization of the gas flames for heating the water content of the container c.
Under the inlet openings c of these heating pipes i- an annular Abschluhschieber t is provided, the passage openings for the gas flames, but with a small twist of the same by hand closes the openings s and prevents the inflow of false secondary air into the chimney in the case where a solid fuel furnace is used instead of a gas burner.
A heat meter z is used to control the degree of heat.
The part of the flue pipe provided with your heating container, including the container, can be set up to be exchangeable for a simple piece of pipe, so that by switching off the hot water heating, the furnace can again only be used for cooking purposes.
