Description

  

  Kolbenschieber für Regulierzwecke,    Befinden sich in Form von Schiebern  gebaute Regulierventile nicht in ständiger  hin- und hergehender     Bewegung,    so muss bei  der Einleitung jedes Reguliervorganges der  Ventilschieber aus der Ruhelage bewegt und  so die ruhende Reibung überwunden werden.  Dies stört die Regulierung in der Weise,  dass nach der plötzlichen     Überwindung    des  ruhenden Reibungswiderstandes ein Kraft  überschuss eintritt, so dass durch den als  Antrieb des Ventils dienenden Steuerregler  das Ventil überreguliert wird.  



  Nach der Erfindung wird dieser Übel  stand bei Kolbenschiebern dadurch beseitigt,  dass der     Schieberkolben    unabhängig von dem       Reguliervorgange    dauernd in Drehung versetzt  wird, so dass sich derselbe immer in Bewe  gung befindet und somit bei seiner Verschie  bung in     achsialer    Richtung nur noch die  Reibung der Bewegung überwunden werden  muss.  



  Die Drehbewegung des Kolbens kann me  chanisch, hydraulisch, pneumatisch oder elek  trisch bewirkt werden durch Antrieb der  Kolbenspindel mittelst mechanischen Getrie-         bes,    einer Wasser-,<B>01-</B> oder Luftturbine,  eines     Elektromotors    usw. Bei dem als Aus  führungsbeispiel in der Zeichnung dargestell  ten hydraulischen Regulierventil ist auf die  Spindel     d    des Steuerkolbens     a    eine durch die  Druckflüssigkeit betriebene Turbine b auf  gesetzt, durch welche der Kolben     a    gegen  über dem ruhenden Ventilgehäuse c dauernd  in drehender Bewegung gehalten wird. Das  Druckwasser tritt bei e ein und bei f aus.

         Fig.    2 zeigt     einen    Schnitt durch die- Turbine  b nach der Linie<I>X-X.</I>
