Description

  

  Vorrichtung für die Speisung des     Dampfkessels    auf einer Dampflokomotive.    Die Erfindung     betrifft    eine Vorrichtung  für die Speisung des Dampfkessels auf einer  mit Kondensation arbeitenden und mit einem  durch den Abdampf von wenigstens einer  Hilfsdampfmaschine geheizten     Speisewasser-          Vorwärmer    ausgerüsteten Dampflokomotive.

    Darnach besitzt die Vorrichtung zwei mit  einander gekuppelte Pumpen, von denen die  eine als Hauptpumpe Kondensat aus dem  Kondensator und frisches     Speisewasser    aus  einem Vorratsbehälter durch den Speise  wasservorwärmer hindurch in den Dampf  kessel, die andere als Hilfspumpe Abdampf  kondensat aus dem     Speisewasservorwärmer     in den Dampfkessel fördert.  



  Die Zeichnung zeigt die Seitenansicht  einer mit dem     beispielsweise    dargestellten  Erfindungsgegenstand ausgerüsteten Dampf  lokomotive. Von dem Dampfkessel 1 strömt  der Arbeitsdampf durch das Rohr 2 in den  V     erteilkasten    3 und von da durch das Rohr  4 in die     Hauptdampfturbine    5, welche     mit-          telst        Zahnradvorgelege    auf die     Triebaxen     treibt. Der Abdampf aus der Turbine 5 ge  langt durch ein Rohr 6 in den     Oberflächen-          kondensator    7.

   Diesem wird mittelst einer    von der Hilfsturbine 8 angetriebenen Pumpe  9 Kühlwasser     zugefördert,    welches den Ober  flächenkondensator 7 im Sinne des gestrichelt  eingezeichneten Pfeiles 1 durchströmt. Eine       Hilfsdampfmaschine    10 mit vertikaler     Axe     treibt die     Hauptkondensatpumpe    an, welche  mittelst des Rohres 12 Kondensat     aus    dem  Oberflächenkondensator 7 absaugt und durch  den     Windkessel    13, das Rohr 14, den Speise  wasservorwärmer 15 und das Rohr 16 hin  durch bei 17 in den Dampfkessel 1 fördert.

    Der     Speisewasservorwä        rmer    15 wird geheizt  durch Abdampf aus der Hilfsturbine 8, wel  cher durch das Rohr 18 überströmt. Das     aus     diesem Abdampfe im V     orwärmer    15 sich  bildende Kondensat strömt durch das Rohr  19 der mit der Pumpe 11 gekuppelten     Hilfs-          kondensatpumpe    20 zu und wird von dieser  ebenfalls in den     Windkessel    13 gedrückt,  von wo es mit dem andern, von der Pumpe  11 geförderten Kondensat durch den Vor  wärmer 15 hindurch bei 17 in den Dampf  kessel gelangt.

   Das als Ersatz für verloren       gegangenes    Kondensat aus einem in der  Zeichnung nicht ersichtlichen Speisewasser  behälter     zuzuführende    frische Wasser wird      durch das Rohr     '?1    und den     Dreiweghahn    22  in die     Kondensatleitung    12 eingeführt, mit  diesem von der     Hauptkondensatpumpe    11       angesaugt    und alsdann durch den     Vorwärmer     15 hindurch in den Kessel 1 gedrückt.

    According to this, the device has two coupled pumps, one of which as the main pump conveys condensate from the condenser and fresh feed water from a storage tank through the feed water preheater into the steam boiler, the other as an auxiliary pump conveys exhaust steam condensate from the feed water preheater into the steam boiler.



  The drawing shows the side view of a steam locomotive equipped with the subject invention illustrated, for example. From the steam boiler 1, the working steam flows through the pipe 2 into the distribution box 3 and from there through the pipe 4 into the main steam turbine 5, which by means of gears drives the drive axles. The exhaust steam from the turbine 5 reaches the surface condenser 7 through a pipe 6.

   Cooling water is fed to this by means of a pump 9 driven by the auxiliary turbine 8, which water flows through the upper surface condenser 7 in the sense of the arrow 1 shown in dashed lines. An auxiliary steam engine 10 with a vertical axis drives the main condensate pump, which sucks condensate from the surface condenser 7 by means of the pipe 12 and conveys it through the air vessel 13, the pipe 14, the feed water preheater 15 and the pipe 16 through at 17 into the steam boiler 1.

    The Speisewasservorwä warmer 15 is heated by exhaust steam from the auxiliary turbine 8, wel cher flows through the pipe 18 over. The condensate that forms from this evaporation in the preheater 15 flows through the pipe 19 to the auxiliary condensate pump 20 coupled to the pump 11 and is also pressed by this into the air chamber 13, from where it is conveyed with the other pump 11 Condensate passes through the front warmer 15 at 17 in the steam boiler.

   The fresh water to be supplied as a replacement for lost condensate from a feed water tank not shown in the drawing is introduced through the pipe 1 and the three-way valve 22 into the condensate line 12, sucked in by the main condensate pump 11 and then through the preheater 15 pressed into boiler 1.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Vorrichtung für die Speisung des Dampf kessels auf einer mit Kondensation arbeiten den und mit einem durch den Abdampf von wenigstens einür Hilfsdampfmaschine ge heizten Speisewasservorwärmer ausgerüsteten Dampflokomotive, gekennzeichnet durch zwei miteinander gekuppelte Pumpen, von denen die eine als Hauptpumpe Kondensat aus dem Kondensator und frisches Speisewasser aus einem Vorratsbehälter durch den Speise wasservorwärmer hindurch in den Dampf kessel, die andere als Hilfspumpe Abdampf kondensat aus dem Speisewasservorwärmer in den Dampfkessel fördert.
