Telegrammformular. Das jetzt übliche Verschliessen von Tele grammen geschieht derart, dass das ausge füllte Vordruckblatt in ein mit Fenster ver- sehenes Couvert gesteckt und dieses zuge klebt wird.
Die Erfindung bezweckt, die Be nützung von Couverts zu ersparen und be steht darin, dass an dem zur Aufnahme des Telegrammtextes dienenden Vordrüekblatte mit einer Stelle für die Adresse, ein nach dem Zusammenfalten desselben zum Anliegen über der Stelle für die Adresse bestimmtes Fenster aus durchsichtigem Material vorge sehen ist, neben Mitteln, um das zusammen gefaltete Vordruckblatt so zu verschliessen, dass die Einsicht in den Telegrammtext ver hindert ist.
In der Zeichnung ist der Erfindungsgegen stand in einer beispielsweisen Ausführungs form dargestellt.
Fig. 1 zeigt das Vordruckblatt mit einer Stelle für den Telegrammtext 1, der Stelle 2 für die Adresse und den Stellen 3 für Dienst vermerke, Datumstempel usw. Die Stelle 2 für die Adresse ist nahe dem obern Rande und in der Mitte des durch die Faltlinien 4 und 5 eingesehlossenen Blattstreifens ange ordnet.
Das Vordmekblatt ist durch die zwei lot rechten Faltlinien 4, 5 und eine wagrechte Faltlinie 6 in sechs Felder 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 1,\3, zwei mittlere und vier seitliche, eingeteilt. Die Felder 7 und 8 sind untereinander gleich gross, ebenso die Felder 9, 10, 11, 12 unter einander. Die in der wagrechten Richtung gemessene Breite der Felder 7 und 8 ist gleich der doppelten Breite, der Felder 9 usw.
Nahe dem untern Rande des Blattes ist in dem untern mittleren Felde 7 das Fenster 13 aus durchsichtigem Material vorgesehen und liegt dieses Fenster in der Mitte des durch die Faltlinien 4 und 5 eingeschlossenen Blattstreifens und in derselben Entfernung vom untern Rande wie die Stelle 2 für die Adresse in dem obern mittleren Felde 8 vom obern Blattrande.
Das untere mittlere 1,7eld 7 bildet ein Stück mit einem reit Klebstoff. versehenen Lappen 14 in Form eines gleichseitigen Drei eckes, welches vom Felde 7 durch die Falt- linie 15 getrennt ist. Die Basis des Drei eckes ist gleich der Breite des Feldes 7. In seiner Mittellinie besitzt der Lappen 14 die Perforierung 16.
Das mit dem Texte, Adresse und Dienst vermerken usw. versehene Vordruckblatt wird nach der Faltlinie 6 gefaltet, so dass der Text usw. nach innen kommt (Fig. 2), und dann werden die Felder 9, 10, 11, 12 nach den Faltlinien 4 und 5 durch Umklappen nach links und rechts an das Feld 8 ange legt. Der Verschluss wird mittelst des Lap pens 14 bewirkt, indem derselbe nach dem Falten nach der Faltlinie 15 auf die Rück seiten der Felder 10 und 12 zu liegen kommt und den einzigen noch offenen Spalt ver schliesst, wenn man den Lappen anfeuchtet und andrückt (Fig. 3).
Das Fenster 13 kommt dann über der Stelle 2 für die Adresse zu- liegen (Fig. 4). Das Öffnen erfolgt zweckmässig in der Weise, dass der Lappen 14 zuerst mittelst des Brieföffners längs der Linie 15 und dann an der Perforierung aufgetrennt wird.

The aim of the invention is to save the use of envelopes and be that on the form sheet with a place for the address, which is used to receive the telegram text, a window made of transparent material after it has been folded up to rest over the place for the address is provided, in addition to means to close the folded form sheet so that the viewing of the telegram text is prevented.
In the drawing, the subject of the invention is shown in an exemplary embodiment.
Fig. 1 shows the form sheet with one place for the telegram text 1, the place 2 for the address and the places 3 for service notes, date stamp, etc. The place 2 for the address is near the upper edge and in the middle of the fold lines 4 and 5 enclosed leaf strips are arranged.
The Vordmekblatt is divided into six fields 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 1, \ 3, two in the middle and four on the sides, by the two vertical fold lines 4, 5 and one horizontal fold line 6. The fields 7 and 8 are equal to each other, as are the fields 9, 10, 11, 12 among each other. The width of fields 7 and 8 measured in the horizontal direction is equal to twice the width, of fields 9 etc.
Near the lower edge of the sheet, in the lower middle field 7, the window 13 made of transparent material is provided and this window lies in the middle of the sheet strip enclosed by the fold lines 4 and 5 and at the same distance from the lower edge as the position 2 for the address in the upper middle field 8 from the upper leaf margin.
The lower middle 1,7eld 7 forms one piece with a reit adhesive. provided tab 14 in the form of an equilateral triangle which is separated from the field 7 by the fold line 15. The base of the triangle is equal to the width of the field 7. The tab 14 has the perforation 16 in its center line.
The form sheet provided with the text, address and service note, etc. is folded after the fold line 6 so that the text etc. comes in (Fig. 2), and then the fields 9, 10, 11, 12 after the fold lines 4 and 5 by folding to the left and right to the field 8 is applied. The closure is effected by means of the flap 14, in that it comes to rest on the back of the fields 10 and 12 after folding along the fold line 15 and closes the only remaining gap when the flap is moistened and pressed (Fig. 3).
The window 13 then comes to lie above the position 2 for the address (FIG. 4). The opening is expediently carried out in such a way that the flap 14 is first separated by means of the letter opener along the line 15 and then at the perforation.
