lvinkel.
Hypotenuse des durch die Platte 3 gebildeten Dreieckes ist derart ab gestuft, dass die Breite und Höhe jeder Stufe 5 einer Einheit der Masseinteilung 4 entspricht. Die Flächen El B undB C schliessen einen -'Winkel von 90 Grad ein, ebenso die Flächen A' B' und B' C Das -Mittel der abgestuften Hypotenuse der Platte 3, Punkt D, durch eine Linie verbunden mit dein Scheitelpunkte B', ergibt den -hinke- von 45 Grad (CTeli- rungswinkel). Die Platte 3 ist in Felder 6 eingeteilt;
lvinkel. The position of the present invention is a M'inkel, which can serve as a stop angle, Gehing angle and as a marking angle. It is shown on the accompanying drawing in an exemplary embodiment. 1a shows FIG. 1 a view of the same, and FIG. 2 the plan view of FIG. 1.
The drawn angle has a handle 1, one side of which is provided with a directing surface AB and the other side is provided with a stop bar 2, which in the longitudinal center line of its stop surface has a plate 3, the iin large and whole has the shape of a right triangle, one of which has a cathetus.
Along the other cathetus a graduation 4 is provided on both sides of the plate; which extends over 11 units of the length in question. The.
The hypotenuse of the triangle formed by the plate 3 is graded in such a way that the width and height of each step 5 corresponds to a unit of the graduation 4. The surfaces El B and B C enclose an angle of 90 degrees, as do the surfaces A 'B' and B 'C the mean of the stepped hypotenuse of the plate 3, point D, connected by a line to your vertex B ', results in the -hinke- of 45 degrees (CTeli- ration angle). The plate 3 is divided into fields 6;
which are parallel to the stop bar 2 and the same width as a step 5. In each field 6 a number of holes are provided for inserting a scriber, in the middle of each step 5 a hole 7 is arranged, which is therefore in the middle of the width of the relevant field .
Behind the hole 7 are in each) field, except in the two shortest fields, two holes 8 and 9 are arranged, which are each '' i the field width away from the next field delimitation line, or from the list for example and 7 ' / 2 inm away. Behind the holes 8 and 9, eight holes 10-17 are arranged at regular intervals from one another, their distance from the stop bar 2 being based on the sub-units of the graduation 4.
If millimeter graduation is assumed, the holes 10, 11, 12 and 13 in the field 6 closest to the stop bar are 1, 2, 3 and 4 mm away from the latter. Hole 14 is 6 mm away from the stop bar because the distance of 5 mm is already given by hole 7 . The distance between the holes 15, 16 and 17 from the stop bar is 7, 8 and 9 mm. The holes are connected by lines and marked with the DIass designation at the end. Since the angle is used on both sides, the side of the plate 3 that is not visible in the drawing is also provided with the dimension and field division.
The use of the angle described is, for example, the following: If the angle of 90 degrees is used, then the surfaces AB and B C are placed on the object to be angled, which results in the interior angle ; the outside angle is given by the surfaces A 'B1 and B' C (stop angle).
If the angle of 45 (1rad is required, then one brings the stop bar 2 with the surface A 'B' parallel to the one surface of the object to be angled, rotates the angle around point B 'back to point D </ I> comes to the top, then the area B 'C indicates the miter angle, which is to be used on the right and left.
If the angle is used as a scribing square and you have torn a line parallel to the stop bar, which is 40 mm away from the latter, you place the scriber at H (Fig. 1), draw the angle with the scriber over the area to be marked path.
If the line to be matured is 15 mm away from the stop bar, the scriber is placed in the hole 7 of the second field 6, and if the line is 28 mm away from the stop bar, then it is insert the scriber into hole 16 of the third field. The angle can be made in larger and smaller dimensions and is a very practical tool for metal and woodworking.
