The invention further relates to a method for assembling and maintaining solar modules in this system.
This per se proven system has the disadvantage that the cleaning of the solar modules and in certain cases, the installation of the solar modules is relatively expensive.
OF THE INVENTION The object of the invention is to provide a system for supporting solar modules, which is more economically advantageous.
This object is achieved with a system for supporting solar modules, comprising the features of claim 1. The dependent claims 2 to 13 relate to further advantageous embodiments. The object is further achieved by a method for assembling and maintaining solar modules having the features of claim 14.
The object is achieved with a system for supporting solar modules, comprising a plurality of solar module holding devices, comprising two mutually spaced support cables and comprising at least two in the direction of the support cables mutually spaced supports, each support a spacer with two mutually spaced Supporting rope holding devices holding the carrying cables, each solar module holding device comprising two clamping devices and a carrying device arranged between them, one clamping device being connected to one of the carrying cables, each of the clamping devices extending in the direction of travel of the corresponding carrying cable, and each clamping device a rail, which is arranged and configured such that the rail extends in the running direction of the supporting cable along the entire length of the clamping device, and that the rail is aligned with respect to the course d It is arranged supporting rope.
The object is further achieved with a method for mounting and maintenance of solar modules to the system for supporting solar modules, wherein a service vehicle with wheels is arranged such that the wheels rest on the support cables, and wherein the service vehicle then in the direction of the Supporting cables is moved, wherein at supporting cable sections, along which a clamping device is arranged, the clamping device is run over by the wheels along the rails, so that the service vehicle is slidably mounted in the direction of the support cables to install and / or maintain solar modules and / or solar module holding devices and / or remove.
To guide rail 23c. In an advantageous embodiment, the wheel 50 comprises two spaced apart in the direction of rotation of the axis of rotation 50a flanges 50b, so that the support cable 3, 4 or the rail 23c comes to rest between the two flanges. The clamping device 23 also includes a pivot bearing 27 with bearing surface 27a. FIG. 6 shows a section through the first clamping part 23a of the clamping device 23 shown in FIG. 5 along the section line A-A. The first clamping part 23a comprises a support surface 23e, which rests on the support cable 3, 4 in the assembled state. The rotary bearing 27 is arranged in the first clamping part 23a such that it is located in the region of the section A-A between the support surface 23e and the rail 23c.
Fig. 8 zeigt eine Stirnansicht des in Fig. 7 dargestellten ersten Klemmteils 23a.Fig. 7 shows a perspective view of another embodiment of a first clamping part 23a comprising a rail 23c with rail surface 23d, which is arranged on the upper side, and comprising a support surface 23e, which is arranged on the lower side. In addition, the first clamping part 23a comprises a bearing surface 27a for the pivot bearing 27. The second clamping part 23b is not shown. In a preferred embodiment, the first clamping part 23a and the second clamping part 23b are made of a plastic, preferably of an injection molding. FIG. 8 shows an end view of the first clamping part 23a shown in FIG.
Fig. 9 shows a section through Fig. 4 along the section line C-C. The support device 20a is configured as a stable aluminum frame and comprises on the left and on the right each a bearing part 28, wherein each bearing part 28 is rotatably or pivotably mounted in a clamping device 23 on the bearing surface 27a about an axis of rotation 27b.
The left and right with the support cable 3 and the support cable 4 connected clamping devices 23 each comprise a first clamping part 23a and a second clamping part 23b, between which the support cable 3, 4 is clamped. The rail 23c is arranged as shown in alignment with respect to the course of the support cable 3, 4, so that its wheel 50, as shown in Figure 5, is lifted when passing over the clamping device 23 from the support cable 3.4, along the rail 23c extends, and then again on the carrying cable 3, 4 runs. As shown in Fig. 9, a pivotal lever 20b is fixedly connected to the support 20a with a cable attachment 26 rotatably connected to the pivoting lever 20b. A tilting cable 16 is connected to the cable attachment 26.
In a particularly advantageous embodiment, the pivot axis 27b of the solar module holding device 20 is arranged such that it passes through the center of gravity S, which is defined by the solar module holding device 20 and the solar modules 20 attached to it. The pivot axis 27b forms the tilting axis 13 shown in FIG. 1. The above-described arrangement of the center of gravity S has the advantage that only small forces are required on the tilting cable 16 to the solar modules 2 about the tilt axis 13 and about the pivot axis 27b rotate.
Fig. 10 shows an embodiment of a supporting rope holding device 17 with inner space 17a and fastening part 17c. Fig. 11 shows a section of Fig. 10 along the section line B-B. The interior 17a includes a curved inner surface 17b with a constriction 17d. The diameter of the constriction 17d is preferably larger than the diameter of the support cable 3, 4, so that the support cable 3, 4 is mounted displaceably in the direction of travel in the support cable 17. The inner space 17a is preferably designed curly running running, that the support cable 3, 4 is gently guided, that is, while avoiding small radii of curvature, wherein the support cable 3, 4 is also slidably mounted in the direction of the longitudinal axis, so that the support cable 3, 4 by the gentle storage during a movement can not be damaged. Even with a pivoting movement of the spacer 12 about the pivot axis 14, a gentle cable guide of the supporting cable 3, 4 is ensured by the configuration of the supporting cable holding device 17. The slidable in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the supporting cable 3, 4 in the supporting rope holding device 17 has the advantage that the supporting cable 3, 4 with respect to the supporting rope 17 and thus also with respect to the spacer 12 and with respect to the support 9, 10, 11 slidably mounted is. Due to the free passage of the support cables 3, 4 essentially only vertical forces are transmitted to the supports 9, 10, 11. The horizontal clamping forces of the support cables 3, 4, however, are held substantially only by the anchor points 7, 8, wherein the horizontal forces are passed through the end supports 5, 6 in a foundation. This decoupling of mechanical forces allows to form a particularly reliable and low-maintenance support system 1.
Die Höhe der Schwenkachse 27b kann somit je nach Erfordernis bezüglich des Tragseils 3, 4 angeordnet sein.FIGS. 12 and 13 show two further embodiments of a first clamping part 23a with bearing part 28 attached thereto. The first clamping part 23a comprises at the top a rail 23c with rail surface 23d for a wheel 50, and at the bottom comprises a support surface 23e for the carrying cable 3 4. A lateral guide part 28a is connected to the first clamping part 23a and a pivot bearing 27. The pivot bearing 27 comprises a bearing part 28 and forms a pivot axis 27b. 14 shows a side view of a clamping device 23 comprising a first clamping part 23a and a second clamping part 23b, between which a carrying cable 3, 4 is clamped. The first clamping part 23a is configured similarly as shown in FIG. 12 and comprises a rail 23c with rail surface 23d, and comprises a bearing part 28 with pivot axis 27b. Advantageously, the first clamping part 23a and the pivot bearing 27 is configured such that the pivot axis 27b is located above the supporting cable 3, 4. The distance in the vertical direction is preferably selected to be so great that even when the solar module 2 is tilted about the tilting axis 13 there is no shadowing of the supporting cable 3, 4 on the solar module 2. FIGS. 5 and 12 show a first clamping part 23a, in which the pivot axis 27b extends above the supporting cable 3, 4. Fig. 13 shows a first clamping part 23a, in which the center of the supporting cable 3, 4 is approximately at the same height as the pivot axis 27b. The height of the pivot axis 27b can thus be arranged as required with respect to the support cable 3, 4.
