[0001] Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf das Gebiet der Leuchten und betrifft im Besonderen eine Leuchte, eine Bandleuchte, welche eine vollständige Dichtigkeit in Bezug auf Wasser und Wasserdampf aufweist, und welche resistent gegen Chemikalien sowie gegen Witterungseinflüsse, wie starke Temperaturschwankungen und Eisbildung ist. Da die Enden der Ummantelung nicht hermetisch verschlossen sind, ist weder das LED-Band, noch der Elektroanschluss gegen das Eindringen von Wasserdampf und Wasser geschützt, auch fehlt ein Schutz gegen schädigende Chemikalien. Die auf dem Markt erhältlichen, mit einer Umhüllung geschützten LED-Bänder eignen sich nicht für den Chlor- und weiteren mit Chemikalien besetzten Wasser- und Feuchtigkeitsbereich. Die Leuchtbänder sind nur für ganz bestimmte Einsatzzwecke im Aussenbereich konzipiert. Ihr Anwendungsgebiet ist stark eingeschränkt. Die Ummantelung der LED-Bänder bewirkt einen stark eingeschränkten Wärmeabfluss, was die Lebensdauer der Dioden verkürzt, beziehungsweise den Einsatz von LED-Bändern mit höheren Leistungen verhindert. Dem LED-Band fehlt ein direkt wirkender Kühlkörper. Kunststoffummantelte LED-Bänder werden beispielsweise in Handläufe, Glasgeländer etc. eingebaut. Die Kunststoff geschützten LED-Bänder werden mit der wärmedämmenden Ummantelung auf die Profile montiert. There are LED strips known, which are designed for outdoor use. [0003] Aufgabe vorliegender Erfindung ist es, eine LED-Band-Leuchte, beziehungsweise eine Mehrfach-LED-Komponenten Leuchte vorzuschlagen, welche wasser- und wasserdampfresistent, temperaturschlag-, gefrierfest und witterungsbeständig, sowie chemikalienresistent ist, und bei welchen das LED-Band, beziehungsweise die LED-Einheiten direkt auf dem Kühlkörper montiert sind. Die Erfindung wird in den unabhängigen Ansprüchen 1 bis 3 definiert. Die abhängigen Ansprüche beinhalten bevorzugte Ausführungsformen der Erfindung. Diese umfassen beispielsweise: <tb>a<SEP>Das vollständige Ausgiessen der Leuchte verhindert den «Atmungsprozess» und somit die Bildung von Kondenswasser. <tb>b<SEP>Die LED-Längsprofilleuchte mit vollständiger Ummantelung besteht aus mehreren, unterschiedlicher Materialien mit abweichenden Ausdehnungskoeffizienten. Um Rissbildungen zu verhindern, kommen daher ausschliesslich dehnfähige Vergussmittel bzw. Vergussmassen zur Anwendung. <tb>c<SEP>Als Kühlkörper dient ein auf die Leistung des LED-Bandes abgestimmtes wärmeleitendes Profil. Das LED-Band ist direkt auf das Kühlkörper-Profil montiert, was eine optimale Wärmeabfuhr sicher stellt. <tb>d<SEP>Der klein gehaltene Innendurchmesser der LED-Profilleuchte mit der geringen Schicht des Leuchten-Füllmittels und der dünnwandigen Aussenhülle gewährleistet einen sehr guten Wärmeabfluss. <tb>e<SEP>Das chemikalienfeste, temperaturschlag-, gefrier- und witterungsbeständige Schutzhüllenmaterial erlaubt eine fast unbegrenzte Anwendungsvielfalt. <tb>f<SEP>Die hohe Transparenz der Aussenhülle gewährleistet einen optimalen Lichtdurchsatz. <tb>g<SEP>Dehnfähige Vergussmassen, bzw. Vergussmittel wie beispielsweise Silikone können durch das Eindiffundieren chemischer Substanzen zerstört werden. Um Schäden vorzubeugen, ist am Anfang und Ende der Schutzhülle eine chemiebeständige Dichtung angebracht. <tb>h<SEP>Das Einbringen von LED-Bändern in Rohre, wie beispielsweise in Teflonrohre ermöglicht die Herstellung von LED-Leuchten mehrerer Meter Länge. <tb>i<SEP>LED Stahlprofilleuchten mit mehrfach bestückten, mit dem Chromstahlprofil fest vergossenen LED-Einheiten sind wasserdampf- und wasserdicht, wie auch chemikalienresistent.Object of the present invention is to provide a LED strip light, or a multiple LED components lamp, which is water and steam resistant, temperaturschlag-, freezing and weather resistant, and resistant to chemicals, and in which the LED strip , or the LED units are mounted directly on the heat sink.
