Collo femorale mobile (1) con stelo (2) per protesi d’anca, detto collo (1) è provvisto di una parte rastremata (3) accopiantesi in modo complementare ad una cavità, avente un asse (v–v) ricavata (4) nello stelo, caratterizzato dal fatto che il collo (1) è munito di due alette (5, 5a) orientate e posizionate in modo che inserendo un mezzo estrattore munito di due punte aventi le pareti convergenti verso dette alette (5, 5a), dette pareti appoggino contro una superficie di ogni aletta ed una superficie facente parte dello stelo (2) esercitando per l’effetto del piano inclinato una spinta F di direzione parallela all’asse (v–v) atta a provocare l’estrazione del collo mobile (1) dallo stelo (2).1.
