[0001] Il presente trovato ha come oggetto uno scarpone da sci ad elevata praticità di impiego.
[0002] Come è noto, gli scarponi da sci sono generalmente costituiti da uno scafo, composto da una suola e da una parte superiore dello scarpone, a struttura sostanzialmente rigida, che è destinato ad essere agganciato agli attacchi fissati agli sci, e da un gambale che è connesso allo scafo. Generalmente, il gambale è incernierato allo scafo per consentire alla gamba dello sciatore una flessione antero-posteriore.
[0003] La funzione degli scarponi da sci è quella di assicurare un corretto aggancio agli sci e di proteggere adeguatamente il piede dello sciatore da tutti i possibili traumi che potrebbero derivare dalla pratica di questo sport, come urti, distorsioni, eccetera.
[0004] Per soddisfare a queste esigenze, lo scafo dello scarpone è generalmente costituito da un blocco sostanzialmente rigido, come pure è rigido il gambale, a parte la realizzazione del gambale in due pezzi per consentire l'ingresso del piede nello scarpone. Per rendere confortevole gli scarponi da sci, nonostante questa rigidità, al loro interno, è generalmente prevista un'imbottitura, denominata "scarpina".
[0005] La rigidità dello scarpone limita in modo sensibile la possibilità di movimento delle gambe dello sciatore rispetto ai piedi. In pratica, l'unico movimento consentito è quello derivante dall'incernieramento del gambale allo scafo e cioè un movimento di flessione antero-posteriore.
[0006] Qualora lo sciatore debba muovere anche solo qualche passo con gli scarponi da sci calzati, la deambulazione risulta estremamente difficoltosa e faticosa.
[0007] Per questo motivo, gli scarponi da sci vengono utilizzati pressoché esclusivamente per sciare e, una volta sganciati dagli sci, vengono sostituiti da calzature più confortevoli, come ad esempio scarponcini o stivaletti dopo-sci.
[0008] In molti casi, però, lo sciatore può trovarsi nella necessità di dover camminare senza disporre di calzature alternative agli scarponi da sci. In tali occasioni, la deambulazione, come più sopra spiegato, risulta difficile e faticosa.
[0009] Compito precipuo del presente trovato è quello di risolvere il problema sopra esposto, realizzando uno scarpone da sci congegnato in modo tale da consentire all'utilizzatore di camminare in modo semplice e confortevole.
[0010] Nell'ambito di questo compito, uno scopo del trovato è quello di realizzare uno scarpone da sci che elimini la necessità di dover sostituire lo scarpone con una calzatura di altro genere, in particolare una calzatura dopo-sci, per consentire all'utilizzatore una deambulazione agevole.
[0011] Un altro scopo del trovato è quello di realizzare uno scarpone da sci che assicuri comunque un'adeguata protezione del piede dell'utilizzatore mentre sta sciando.
[0012] Un ulteriore scopo del trovato è quello di realizzare uno scarpone che assicuri un corretto aggancio con gli sci e che possa essere utilizzato con gli attacchi da sci attualmente in commercio.
[0013] Questo compito, nonché questi ed altri scopi che meglio appariranno in seguito, sono raggiunti da uno scarpone da sci o simile, caratterizzato dal fatto di comprendere un primo elemento dello scarpone, atto ad impegnarsi amovibilmente con attacchi da sci o simili, ed un secondo elemento dello scarpone comprendente una calzatura ed associabile amovibilmente a detto primo elemento dello scarpone.

In pratica, in queste due forme di esecuzione, rispetto alla prima e alla seconda forma di esecuzione, la porzione posteriore 11e, 11d del gambale dello scarpone fa parte del primo elemento 2c, 2d, anziché del secondo elemento 3c, 3d.

La calzatura 4e comprende, inoltre, una porzione posteriore 11e del gambale dello scarpone, sostanzialmente rigida e fissata alla calzatura 4e in corrispondenza del lato posteriore del gambale 10e della calzatura, ed una porzione anteriore 7e del gambale dello scarpone, sostanzialmente rigida e fissata alla calzatura 4e in corrispondenza del lato anteriore del gambale 10e.
[0038] La porzione posteriore 11e del gambale presenta, in prossimità della sua estremità inferiore in una zona mediana, un elemento maschio 22e che si protende verso il basso e che è accoppiabile con una sede femmina 23e definita nell'estremità superiore della porzione posteriore 18e dello scafo.

[0048] In queste condizioni, lo scarpone secondo il trovato si comporta come uno scarpone da sci di tipo tradizionale consentendo un corretto aggancio agli sci e proteggendo adeguatamente il piede dell'utilizzatore.
[0049] Quando l'utente intende utilizzare lo scarpone per camminare, agisce sugli elementi di connessione 12a-12d, 24e, 25e e/o sull'elemento di aggancio a leva 13b e/o sui mezzi di chiusura 19e in modo tale da liberare il secondo elemento 3a-3e. [0010] Within the scope of this task, an object of the invention is to provide a ski boot which eliminates the need to replace the boot with a shoe of another kind, in particular an after-ski shoe, to allow the easy walking user.
[0011] Another object of the invention is to provide a ski boot which in any case ensures adequate protection of the user's foot while he is skiing.
[0012] A further object of the invention is to provide a boot which ensures correct engagement with the skis and which can be used with ski bindings currently on the market.
[0013] This task, as well as these and other objects which will become more apparent hereinafter, are achieved by a ski boot or the like, characterized in that it comprises a first element of the boot, able to engage removably with ski bindings or the like, and a second element of the boot comprising a shoe and removably associable with said first element of the boot.
