<tb>Fig. 1<sep>zeigt die Montagevorrichtung;
In Frage kommt beispielsweise Seidenzopf.
The present invention relates to a mounting device for a closing element and a mounting arrangement with at least one such mounting device.
As a closing element here is a door, a window or a sliding wall called. Mainly it is intended to a closing element with at least one sliding wing, so a sliding door, a sliding window, a sliding wall, a folding wall or the like. Such closing elements are guided on a building side to be mounted element, namely on a frame or on a guide profile. These are to be attached to a ceiling or to a fall of the building. In this case, unevenness or irregularities of the building construction must be compensated.
It is known that ceilings and walls of a building can also work due to temperature effects.
Especially in concrete buildings, this problem occurs quite often. In particular, the blanket or lintel may sag downwards. In some cases, bending upwards is also possible. This bending is transmitted in the sequence on the frame or on the guide profile. Logically, this affects the function of the closing element. In the latest generation of sliding windows and sliding doors, the play between the frame and the wing is often kept very small. This certainly has some advantages, but in the present context is very prone to failure. For larger wings this can go up to complete blockage.
The subsequent correction of this problem is often difficult.
Especially in those cases where between the frame or the guide profile on the one hand and the building construction on the other hand, a further component is installed, such as a frame widening, this can be extremely labor-intensive and costly.
The invention is therefore an object of the invention to provide a mounting device for a closing element, which facilitates both its assembly and allows a simple, subsequent adjustment. Further, the invention relates to a mounting arrangement with this mounting device.
The inventive mounting device corresponds to the characterizing features of claim 1. The mounting arrangement can be seen from claim 13.
Further advantageous embodiments of the inventive concept will become apparent from the dependent claims.
Hereinafter, an embodiment of the invention will be described with reference to the drawing.
<Tb> FIG. 1 <sep> shows the mounting device;
<Tb> FIG. Fig. 2 shows a section through a closing element fastened to a building construction with this mounting device.
The mounting device 1 has a central part in the form of a sleeve 2. Their end to be fastened to the building construction is designed as a screw 3. At the opposite end a screw 4 in a thread 5 of the sleeve 2 can be screwed. The sleeve 2 and the two screws 3 and 4 are preferably in the same axis A-A. This optimally absorbs the forces. Theoretically, however, an asymmetrical arrangement on different axes would also be possible.
The cross section of the sleeve 2 is tapered at the two ends in the present example, that is, there are two areas 6 and 7 with a smaller cross-section available.
In the first of these two areas 6, the screw 3 to be screwed into the building construction is held against rotation. Manufacturing technology, it is advantageous if this screw 3 is not formed by tapping on the sleeve 2, but a commercially available screw 3 is inserted into the sleeve 2 and fixed there. The latter can also be done by a compression 8. In the interior of the second region 7, however, a thread 5 is cut. This is easy, since only the relatively short area 7 has to be processed. For screwing the mounting device 1 to the building construction is advantageously in the interior of the sleeve 2, a recess 9 for a tool available, for example, an Allen wrench. Alternatively, a screw with a survey would be conceivable. In the present example, a screw 3 is used with a polygonal recess 9.
This is not only inexpensive, but it also has the advantage that the rotational force is transmitted directly to the screw 3 and the sleeve 2 is not loaded by torsional forces. The lower screw 4 is screwed later, for securing the frame or the guide profile. The frame or the guide profile 15 holding screw 4 may be provided with a holder 19 in the form of a washer, a nut or a stationary disc, a pin or the like. It is also possible more than a bracket 19.
The holder 19 may rest against the wall of the frame or the guide profile 15 or on a reinforcement arranged therein.
In Fig. 2 it is shown how, by means of the mounting device 1, a closing element 10, in the present example, a sliding sliding door, on a building structure 11 can be fastened, for example on a concrete floor. In the drawing, the exterior of the building is on the left and the inside of the building on the right. Between the closing element 10 and the building structure 11, a further component 12 is installed, for example a frame widening. The mounting device 1 is passed through this component 12 and anchored by the screw 3 in the building structure 11. An additional fixation of the component 12, for example by screwed mounting bracket 13 is still possible.
Between the component 12 and the building structure 11, an insulation 14 can be arranged, wherein a compressive against yielding and its effect is not losing insulating material is preferable. For example, Seidenzopf comes into question. The frame or the guide profile 15 is held by the mounting device 1. The frame or the guide profile 15 and the component 12 may additionally be glued together. Between the frame or the guide profile 15 and the component 12 but also a clamping connection 16 or a screw 17 is possible.
The closing element 10 is to be fastened by means of at least one mounting device 1. The distance to the soffit should not be more than 1000 mm.
Preferably, two or more mounting devices 1 are to be arranged, wherein their distance from each other should not be more than 1000 mm. The individual mounting devices 1 are advantageous to install with a distance 18 from the frame edge to be addressed to the building side of the closing element 10. However, it would also be possible, alternatively or additionally, to arrange the mounting devices 1 at a distance from the frame edge of the closing device 10 which is to be straightened for the building exterior side. The distance 18 may be 35-75 mm, depending on the respective masses of the wing profile of the closing element 10th
As a rule, this distance 18 will be between 48 and 61 mm.
The length of the respective mounting device 1 is determined from the height of the device 12 plus the thickness of the frame or the guide profile 15 and possibly the air between the device 12 and the building structure 11, which is taken in the present case of the insulation 14. As shown, the length of the sleeve 2 of the mounting device 1 may be smaller than the sum of the aforementioned mass, since the frame or the guide profile 15 is held by the screw 4. The region 7 of the lower end of the sleeve 2 may be in the hollow profile of the frame or the guide profile 15. This also gives a margin in this area.
For example, a mounting device 1 with a sleeve 2 of 200 mm in length and a screw 4 of 60 mm for components 12 with a height of 140-159 mm are used. With a sleeve 2 of 360 mm in length and a screw 4 of 80 mm, the mounting device 1 is suitable for components 12 of 300-339 mm. Of course, any intermediate lengths and larger lengths of the sleeve 2 are possible.
Thanks to the mounting device 1 described, the closing element 10, here a lift and slide door, are optimally mounted. The frame or the guide profile 15 will be exactly horizontal and neither bend nor tilt, so the sliding sash can work smoothly.
In the event of subsequent changes in the building construction 11, for example in the case of building lowering or bending of a concrete floor, the position of the frame or of the guide profile 15 can be readjusted in a simple manner. The head of the screw 4 is easily accessible after moving the sliding sash and possibly after removing a plastic head which covers the screw head. By turning the screw 4, the distance between the frame or the guide profile 15 and the building structure can be adjusted. Regardless of the intermediate component 12.
A tedious disassembly of the frame or the guide profile 15 and possibly even the component 12, here a frame widening, is no longer necessary.
Although the embodiment described above is preferred, it is within the scope of the invention, the mounting device 1 or the mounting arrangement differently than shown form. Also, the illustrated construction details of the closing element 10 and its frame or guide profile 15 and the component 12 are not relevant.
For example, the first screw 3 could be rotatably guided relative to the middle part, or the sleeve 2. The second screw 4 may, unless the purpose of holding the frame or the guide profile 15 is fulfilled, be formed differently than shown.
Further, the first screw 3 could be dimensioned correspondingly long and at its end opposite the tip have a thread for the second screw 4, be it an internal thread or an external thread. Theoretically, more than a second screw 4 could be present, for example, two parallel to each other at corresponding threads guided screws 4. The sleeve 2 corresponding central part of the mounting device 1 could finally as a thread and the two screws 3 and 4 as screwed onto this thread sleeves be formed.
