Abstract

  [0001] Die Erfindung betrifft einen Angelhaken, insbesondere zum Angeln nach dem Oberbegriff des Patentanspruchs.

[0002] Fischköder oder Angelhaken zum Angeln von Fisch in Gewässern sind bekannt. So beschreibt die DE-A-2 026 810 einen Fischköder aus einem fischförmigen Blatt aus reflektierendem Material, wobei bei dem aus Flachmaterial bestehenden Köder die Drehschaufeln aus einem Stück mit dem Köderblatt gebildet sind.

[0003] Bei einem Twister zum Angeln gemäss der DE-C-10 214 536 ist ein Blinker aus einer flachen Metallplatte vorgesehen, der sich in Zugrichtung propellerartig im Wasser dreht. Hierzu ist er an seinem, dem Angelhaken zugewandten Ende zu zwei Schaufeln geformt.

[0004] Ein Pilker für Angelschnüre gemäss der DE-U-29 503 885 weist am vorderen Ende einen Grundhaken und am hinteren Ende die Angelschnur auf.

   Der Grundhaken ist am Pilker über eine Sollbruchstelle trennbar befestigt, wobei die Sollbruchstelle so ausgelegt ist, dass die zum Durchtrennen der Sollbruchstelle erforderliche Kraft kleiner als die zum Reissen der am Pilker gefestigten Angelschnur erforderliche Kraft ist. Wie beim übrigen Stand der Technik besteht der Grundhaken aus drei halbkreisförmig gebogenen Haken, wobei das gebogene Ende in einen Widerhaken übergeht und das andere Ende schaftförmig gerade ausgebildet ist. Die einzelnen Schäfte sind unlösbar zu einem gemeinsamen Schaft verbunden, der am Ende in eine Öse oder dergleichen übergeht.

[0005] Der Erfindung liegt nun die Aufgabe zugrunde, einen Angelhaken zu schaffen, der die genannten Nachteile des Standes der Technik vermeidet und der ein schmerz- und verletzungsärmeres Entfernen eines Angelhakens aus einem Fischmaul ermöglicht.

   Die Aufgabe ist mit den Merkmalen des Patentanspruchs gelöst.

[0006] Da die Schäfte der einzelnen Haken nur noch am Ende resp. an einem Ende miteinander verbunden sind, ist deren Aufspreizen möglich, so dass jeder Haken einzeln aus einem Fischmaul entfernt werden kann bzw. ein Fisch sich nicht in allen Haken verbeissen muss. So wird (zum Beispiel) aus der bisherigen einstückigen Dreiangel ein System von losen Angeln. Der neue Angelhaken "Casutt'Lix" erspart den Fischen unnötigen Schmerz und erleichtert den Anglern und Fischern die Entfernung der Haken aus einem Fischmaul.

[0007] Der Angelhaken weist mindestens zwei Angeln mit Haken auf, bevorzugt jedoch drei Angeln.

[0008] Die Erfindung wird nachfolgend in einem Ausführungsbeispiel anhand einer Zeichnung näher beschrieben. In der Zeichnung zeigen die

[0009] Ein Angelhaken weist drei lose Angeln 1 mit Schäften 2 und Haken 3 auf. Die Schäfte 2 der Angeln 1 sind am oberen Ende 4 miteinander verbunden. An diesem Ende ist auch die Angelschnur angebracht. Das Ende 4 kann als Scharnier oder Gelenk oder dergleichen ausgebildet sein, so dass die einzelnen Angeln 1 an diesem Ende 4 beweglich bzw. spreizbar angeordnet sind.

[0010] Ein Schaft 2 ist mit einem Profilstück 5 versehen, in dessen Nuten 6 die übrigen Schäfte 2 einlegbar sind, so dass sich scheinbar eine konventionelle Dreiangel ergibt.

[0011] Das Profilstück 5 kann hierbei auch aus einem magnetischen Werkstoff bestehen, um eine leichtere Anordnung der Schäfte 2 in den Nuten 6 sowie der Angel in einem Mantelgehäuse 7 zu erreichen, sofern auch diese aus magnetischen Werkstoffen bestehen.

   Die Anordnung der Angeln 1 ist längsbeweglich in diesem Mantelgehäuse 7 angeordnet, kann aber vollständig aus diesem herausgezogen werden.

[0012] Das Mantelgehäuse 7 nimmt die Anordnung der Angeln 1 auf und ist mittels eines Befestigungsringes und einer Schnur 8 mit der Hauptschnur 12 verbunden. Angel 1 resp. Mantelgehäuse 7 sind dreifach mit der Hauptschnur 12 verbunden. Neben der Schnur 8 sind dies noch eine Tragschnur 14 und eine Sicherungsschnur 11. Die drei Schnüre 8, 11 und 14 sind in einer Öse 10 verankert, in die ein Karabinerhaken 13 eingreift, an dem wiederum die Hauptschnur 12 angebracht ist. Die Schnur 8 ist länger oder elastischer als die Tragschnur 14, so dass das Mantelgehäuse 7 wegziehbar ist und ggf. nur die Angeln 1 ersetzt werden müssten.

   Die Sicherungsschnur 11 ist noch etwas länger ausgebildet, so dass zumindest das Mantelgehäuse 7 nicht von der Hauptschnur 12 abreisst.

[0013] Die Tragschnur 14 ist bevorzugt etwas schwächer als die Sicherungsschnur 11 ausgebildet.

[0014] In weiterer Ausbildung können auch zwei Schäfte 2 miteinander (lösbar) verbunden sein und der dritte Schaft ist mit einem Profilstück 5 versehen oder das Profilstück 5 ist auf einem separaten Schaft 9 angeordnet, der keinen Haken 3 trägt.

[0015] Angeln 1 und Mantelgehäuse 7 können aus verschiedensten Werkstoffen, wie Metallen oder Kunststoffen, hergestellt sein.

The invention is an object of the invention to provide a fishhook, which avoids the disadvantages of the prior art and which allows a painful and injury-poor removal of a fishing hook from a fish mouth.

   The object is solved with the features of the claim.

Since the shafts of the individual hooks only at the end resp. are connected at one end, their spreading is possible, so that each hook can be removed individually from a fish mouth or a fish does not have to bite in all the hooks. Thus, for example, the previous one-piece three-fishing becomes a system of loose fishing. The new fish hook "Casutt'Lix" saves the fish unnecessary pain and makes it easier for anglers and fishermen to remove the hooks from a fish's mouth.

A fishing hook has three loose fishing 1 with shanks 2 and 3 hooks. The shafts 2 of the fishing 1 are connected to each other at the upper end 4. At this end, the fishing line is attached. Claims (10)

Angelhaken mit mindestens zwei Angeln (1), die einen Schaft (2) und einen Haken (3) aufweisen, wobei die Schäfte (2) um eine gemeinsame Längsachse herum angeordnet sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schäfte (2) an einem Ende (4) miteinander verbunden sind.
