The invention relates to an inductive heating device for a wok according to the preamble of claim 1 and method for their preparation.
A wok is a cooking or roasting utensil, the cooking surface is dome-shaped, usually kugelkalottenförmig, bulged downward. The inductively heated wok devices usually made of ferromagnetic metal wok pan or the wok cookware has the same dome shape, so fits into the dome-shaped cooking surface, which generally consists of glass ceramic (eg "Ceran") and is characterized by the Cooking surface heated inductively.
Such heating devices are known, for example, from JP-A-03-257 786, DE 29 820 731 U1 and EP-A 0 629 820.
The induction coil is located below the cooking surface, is adapted to the Kalottenform and has been glued directly to the ceramic cooking surface with the interposition of a prescribed insulating layer. Cooking surface and induction winding so far form a fixed coherent unit. This is extremely disadvantageous for the following reasons:
The dome-shaped glass ceramic hob (cooking surface) is expensive. It is very expensive to produce, first apply a firmly adhering, heat-resistant insulating layer and then apply to this the induction coil and stuck.
In addition, in the case of a defect, this whole unit, consisting of several firmly connected parts, must be replaced altogether, a very cumbersome and costly process. In particular, if it is a Ceranwokfläche with several integrally molded wok-wells, which due to z.
B. a defective induction coil must be replaced, creates an intolerable expense.
The invention has for its object to provide a construction for the induction coil, which is independent of the ceramic cooktop cheaper to produce and easier to replace.
The object of the invention is achieved by an inductive heating device for a wok with a spirally wound, dome-shaped induction coil, wherein the induction coil is supported by a separate dome-shaped Isolierstoffschale, which is adapted to the shape of the glass ceramic cooking surface.
This Isolierstoffschale can at a small distance from the cooking surface (e.g.
1-2 mm), so that it does not assume the full temperature of the cooking surface and can therefore be made of less expensive, less temperature-resistant plastic. In case of a possible defect of the induction coil then only the relatively inexpensive unit of Isolierstoffschale must be replaced with the induction coil. The same applies if the ceramic hob is scratched or otherwise defective and must be replaced, in which case the insulating material is retained with the induction coil.
The previously used solid unit of Ceranmulde, directly applied insulating layer and glued thereto induction coil is much more expensive to manufacture than the two parts Ceranmulde and separate Isolierstoffschale with the induction coil according to the invention.
In addition, the ceran trough is supplied by a manufacturer other than the induction coil. This often results in the previous practice that e.g. the user complained about a mistake that his supplier was unable to notice when applying the insulating layer and the induction coil. Then the entire unit must be destroyed. Not only in the replacement of defective parts, but already in production and deliveries of the companies involved, the construction according to the invention thus saves considerable costs.
To produce the heater, the induction coil is adhered from the outside to the separate insulating shell.
There are various options available for this.
The insulating shell may consist of thermoplastically deformable plastic and initially be provided flat and with a flat-mounted induction coil. The whole is then heated until the thermoplastic insulating material softens, and brought by simple deep drawing together with the induction coil in the desired, self-supporting Kalottenform.
The induction coil is usually made of high-frequency stranded wire. If this Hochfrequenzlitze provided in a further embodiment of the invention with a meltable coating (known as "baked enamel"), it can be directly wound on the insulating without these was previously provided with an adhesive layer.
In order to protect the winding during the winding process from slipping, during the winding process, in synchronism with its progress, an elastic body, which sinks in adaptation to the insulating shell, is pressed onto the advancing winding. This may be, for example, an elastic membrane designed as an air cushion, which rotates together with the insulating material shell during the winding process and is lowered with each new turn so far that the winding wire of each turn is held in the interstice between the membrane and the insulating material shell.
The same function as such an air cushion can also have an elastic membrane with a deposited thick compressible foam cushion, which synchronously with the winding process on the Isolierstoffschale or
is lowered to the winding and prevents it from slipping.
Subsequently, the induction coil is heated, e.g. by current passage, so that the winding bakes with itself and the Isolierstoffschale. Then, the elastic body whose surface is provided with a release agent is removed.
In order to fix the induction coil in itself and on the Isolierstoffschale, the high-frequency strand can be supplied during the winding process and a plastic adhesive. This is preferably done on one side of the strand between two turns. The fixation of the winding on the Isolierstoffschale during the winding process can be done in the same manner as described above in the use of baked enamel.
Subsequently, the plastic adhesive is cured either by heating, or it is used a fast-curing 2-component adhesive. UV-curable adhesives can also be used. This type of application of an adhesive during the winding process has the advantage that by varying the dosage of the applied adhesive, the distance between the turns and thus the winding diameter of the induction coil can be continuously monitored and corrected.
The induction coil can also be embedded or poured into the insulating shell.
In this embodiment of the invention, the induction coil may be wound flat and embedded in a flat thermoplastic insulating sheet which is then deformed by thermoplastic deformation, e.g.
is brought to the desired, self-supporting Kalottenform by heating to softening and subsequent vacuum deep drawing.
This embodiment of the invention has the advantage that it is easier to wind a coil flat.
The Isolierstoffschale can except the induction coil an antenna coil to the known (EP 0 858 722) determine the temperature by radio wear.
This antenna coil is preferably arranged in the lower edge of the inductively heated part of the wok vessel comprising the upper edge region of the induction coil.
In the aforementioned European patent is flat cooktops on which the cookware can be moved laterally, so that the smallest possible antenna in the middle of the bottom of the cookware is advantageous for accurate determination of the cookware temperature, because their function then is largely independent of shifts of the cookware. In contrast, the wok harness is inevitably always in the same place because of its dome-shaped training, so that positioning errors are excluded.
In addition, it is more advantageous for metrological reasons to include the largest possible area of the bottom of the wok harness with the antenna and thus to determine its average temperature.
In the figures, an embodiment of the object of the invention is shown.
Under the dome-shaped, made of glass ceramic ("Ceran") Wok cooking surface 1, the inventive separate dome-shaped Isolierstoffschale 3 with screws 4 is easily removable mounted on glued threaded bushings 2. Between wok cooking surface 1 and insulating material 3, a narrow air gap 5 remains, which prevents heat from being transferred to the insulating material shell 3 from the wok cooking surface heated by the heat recovery of the wok pan (not shown). The air gap 5 simultaneously acts as electrical insulation.
The Isolierstoffschale 3 also acts both as thermal insulation and as electrical insulation. It carries according to the invention, the induction coil 6 with the terminals 7 for the induction power and the antenna 8 with its high frequency terminals 9 for determining the bottom temperature of the wok pan, not shown. Between the turns of the induction coil 6 is an initially plastic adhesive 10 which is metered fed to the high-frequency strand of the induction coil 6 during the winding process and then cured, so that the induction coil 6 is firmly connected in itself and with the insulating shell 3. The Isolierstoffschale 3 has in its center on an opening 11 to which a (not shown) cooling air blower is connected.
The opening 11 is formed as a nozzle, which simultaneously carries the first turn of the induction coil 6. The blown through the opening 11 or sucked cooling air flows through the air gap 5 and thus reduces the heat of the wok cooking surface 1 on the Isolierstoffschale 3 even further. The cooling air can be passed through the induction generator before or after, so that the induction wok requires a total of only one cooling air blower in spite of special cooling of the insulating shell 3.
