Fig. 3b) auf.
Fig. 1).
The invention relates to a turntable for sliver storage devices, in particular on routes or cards, with a spatially curved band channel with an inlet and an outlet for sliver, wherein the inlet close to or coaxial with the axis of rotation and the outlet in the radial and axial distance are arranged to the inlet, wherein the sliver is subject to a tensioning distortion and between the current sliver and the inner wall of the band channel relative movement is present, wherein acting on the sliver by the inner wall of the band channel a frictional resistance.
In commercial practice, the sliver in the band channel multiple motions and forces is exposed.
Between the take-off rolls and the moving jug the sliver experiences a certain tension distortion; it acts a tensile force through which the sliver is moved from the inlet to the outlet through the band channel. Due to the fact that the outlet is arranged at an axial distance from the inlet, as a result of the rotational movement in the lateral direction, a centrifugal force additionally acts on the sliver outwards, which can lead to an undesired false distortion via a "bulge". The outward centrifugal force is counteracted by reducing the distance of the curved band channel from the axis of rotation, i. the "bulge" is reduced, wherein the inner wall exerts a counter force on the sliver.
The counterforce pulls an increased friction of the fiber material with the inner wall after, whereby the tape running speed is impaired and also due to friction errors can not be ruled out.
It has been proposed to form a turntable for delivery speeds of up to 1000 m / min with a curved band channel made of polished stainless steel. However, it has been shown that in this way a sustained increase in the tape speed over 1000 m / min is not possible.
Particularly in the case of sensitive conveyor belts, high frictional forces with respect to the inner wall lead to undesirable faulty distortions.
The invention is based on the object to provide a turntable of the type described above, which avoids the disadvantages mentioned, which in particular allows an improved tape guide and quality.
The solution of this object is achieved by a turntable with the features of claim 1.
The inventive measures take into account different movement and force effects of and on the sliver in the interior of the band channel. The acting forces do not occur in the same way in all places.
This can be partially and individually counteracted by changing the interaction and / or the spatial association between sliver and inner wall undesirable or disturbing forces. In this way, a significantly improved tape guide and quality is achieved, and it is possible a very significant increase in the tape speed of over 1000 m / min, especially when stretching. To the same extent, the band guide improved according to the invention makes it possible to increase the strip quality even at strip speeds of less than 1000 m / min, in particular for carding machines. The sliver is much more uniform, especially with regard to the distortion in its various sections or areas. The partial distortions and thus their effect on the sections or
Areas of the sliver in the band channel are more uniform, and the tension distortion is improved overall.
The dependent claims have advantageous developments of the invention to the content.
The invention will be explained in more detail with reference to exemplary embodiments illustrated in the drawings.

The side view of Fig. 1 shows (partially) the inlet area 1, the measuring area 2, the drafting system 3 and the tape tray 4 a distance, e.g. Trützschler line HSR. In the inlet area 1 are spinning cans (round cans) a distance with two rows of cans below the belt inlet table 6 (gate) arranged, and the feed belts are withdrawn via feed rollers and fed to the drafting system 3. After passing through the drafting system 3, the stretched sliver passes into a turntable 10 of a can-stock and is deposited in rings in the exit can 11. In the turntable 10 is a band channel 12, e.g. a bent tube, disposed through which the sliver 9 passes. A denotes the working direction of the route.
With 17a, 17b calender rolls are designated.
Fig. 2 shows a card, e.g. Trützschler-Hochleistungsungskarde DK 903, with feed roller 21, feed table 22, licker 23, drum 24, pickup 25, skimmer roller 26, nip rollers 27, 28, fleece 29, pile funnel 30, take-off rollers 31, 32, moving lid 33 with flat bars 34, jug 11 and Kannenstock 20. The directions of rotation of the rollers are shown with curved arrows. B denotes the working direction of the card. Above the Kannenstockabdeckplatte is a housing in which a rotating turntable 10 is located. The pot 11 is moved during the filling with sliver through the turntable 10 by a (not shown) drive means.
In the turntable 10, the band channel 12, e.g. a bent tube, disposed through which the sliver 13 passes.
According to Fig. 3a, the band channel 12 is spatially curved and has an inlet 12a and an outlet 12b for sliver 9 (see Fig. 3b). The inlet 12a is arranged coaxially with the axis of rotation 16 and the outlet 12b at the radial distance a and at the axial distance b from the inlet 12a. The turntable 10 is disposed in an opening of the stationary plate 14. The turntable 10 has a band channel 12 between the band inlet opening 12a and the band outlet opening 12b, e.g. a bent pipe, on. The tape exit opening 12b, which is located in the lower rotary head plate, has an approximately elliptical shape. The sliver 9 moves in the band channel 12 in the direction of the arrow and passes through the band outlet opening 12b in the pot 11 (s.
Fig. 1). With 15a, 15b ball bearings are designated.
The sliver 9 is subject in the band channel 12 a slight Anspannverzug, i. it acts a tensile force Z (Fig. 3b). During the passage, the sliver 9 follows the bends of the band channel 12. As a result of these bends and the tensile force, the sliver 9 in areas x and y exerts pressure and friction forces P1 and P2 on the inner wall 12c (Figure 3c). Between the current sliver and the inner wall 12c, a relative movement is present.
The frictional resistance between sliver 9 and inner wall 12c is reduced according to the invention by changing the interaction and / or the spatial association between sliver 9 and inner wall 12c of the band channel 12. The "critical" areas x and y of the inner wall 12 c are of considerable importance.
Thus, the friction between sliver 9 and the regions x and y of the inner wall 12c can be reduced by reducing the friction coefficient, by reducing the friction angle and / or by increasing the Krümmradius r. Also, the tensioning distortion determined by the take-off rollers 17a, 17b (Fig. 1) and the speed of the can 11 can be changed (pulling force Z). These measures, individually or in combination, reduce the pressure forces P1 and P2.
The tape delivery is performed by the turntable 10, which has the task to deposit the output tape 9 and 13 of the belt-forming machine cycloidisch in the spinning can 11.
The cycloid is formed by superimposing two rotations, one fast, carried out by the turntable 10, and one slow, carried out by the can 11 (in the case of the rectangular can, the second movement is a translation). When filing the tape is exposed to 12 trained as a tube band channel 12 different forces. It act gravity, centrifugal force, the biasing force by the acting tensioning distortion and the frictional force between the belt 9 and the inner wall 12c of the belt channel 12, which is opposite to the direction of movement of the belt 9 and thereby hinders the filing process. In order to obtain clean drainage conditions, the tensioning distortion is dimensioned such that the band is always somewhat under tension in the band channel 12 formed as a tube.
As a result, it always contacts the convexly curved, smaller inner radius of each curvature arc in the curved regions of the band channel 12. The o. G. Frictional force arises essentially through the interactions between the strip and tube in these contact zones x and y. The described negative influences on the machine running behavior and the strip quality are mainly characterized by this friction between the sliver 9 and the inner wall 12c of the band channel 12.
To improve the tape guide in the band channel 12, the following measures are taken individually or in a combined form:
Reduction of the friction height between the fiber material and the inner surface of the band channel by this is coated in segments or made of low-friction materials.
In this way, e.g. the tension distortion is reduced and thus false distortions are reduced.
The geometry of the band channel is redesigned such that a rolling of the fiber material over the circumference of the band channel is avoided.
The geometry of the band channel 12 is widened in particular in the inlet region 12a. This is e.g. minimizes the contact of the sliver 9 or 13 with the band channel 12 under the influence of the tension.
External forces are applied to the sliver 9 or 13 (e.g., by generating a magnetic or electric field).
This should be e.g. the friction between fibers and fiber-guiding surface (inner wall 12c) can be reduced.
The band loading variations due to the tape placement are controlled by a controlled drive, e.g. the pot, balanced.
The tape guide length is reduced by suitable design of the tape channel.
The band channel 12 has other than round embodiments (e.g., elliptical).
The measures for reducing the homogeneity in the tape guide organs can be applied in lines, carding, carding.
The invention is based on the idea that the contact forces (in particular P1 and P2) not even arise by tape 9 and inner wall 12c in the contact zones x and y, where the tape undergoes deflections are separated by an air carpet ,
This is achieved by partially perforating or slotting the band channel 12. As a result, an air flow acting from the outside inwards into the band channel 12 is introduced, which pushes the band away from the inner wall 12c and thereby reduces the contact and friction force. The holes of the slots can be made normal or in the band running direction with respect to the pipe wall.
The air carpet can be produced in different ways:
e.g. passively by utilizing the conveying effect of the centrifugal force acting in the rotating belt channel 12 or by utilizing existing pressure differences.
e.g. active through a blowing from the outside.
In particular, an air flow is to be generated which is strong enough on the one hand to produce an effective separation of the belt 9 and inner wall 12c, which causes on the other hand but no splice by reorientation of fibers, because this with a Loss of fiber parallel layer and associated with a poorer spinnability. The latter can be prevented by suitable location, size and orientation of the openings in the pipe wall and by correct dimensioning of the amount of air.
According to Fig. 4, the band channel 12 openings 12c.
To the outer surface 12d of the band channel 12, a closed tube 18 is arranged, to which a compressed air source (not shown) is connected. Compressed air flows C pass from the interior of the tube 18 through the openings 12e into the interior of the band channel 12 and press the sliver 9 away from the inner wall.
According to Fig. 5, the compressed air streams D occur obliquely in the direction F in the interior of the band channel 12 and thereby support the conveying direction. The openings 12e are only in the critical areas, e.g. in the areas x and y, arranged.
