Abstract
Turning plate (1) fixed on a turning plate holder (2) has an X-shaped toothing for centering. An Independent claim is also included for a turning plate holder having a counter-toothing cooperating with the X-shaped toothing of the turning plate. Preferred Features: The X-shaped toothing is roof-shaped and is positively or negatively incorporated in the turning plate. The turning plate is made of hard metal, especially cermet. The turning plate is fixed on the turning plate holder using at least one screw or at least one clamp.
Description
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Wendeplatte mit einer Zahnung zu ihrer Zentrierung gemäss dem Oberbegriff des Patentanspruchs 1 sowie auf einen Wendeplattenhalter gemäss dem Oberbegriff des Patentanspruchs 8.
Im Wendeplattenbereich für Decoltagemaschinen sind die Wendeplatten in den meisten Fällen an der Aussenform inklusive des Schneidebereichs zentriert. Bricht die Schneide beim Drehen ab, so ist die Wendeplatte beim Wenden nicht mehr geführt. Es besteht somit keine gute Verbindung zwischen der Wendeplatte und dem Wendeplattenhalter.
Hier will die Erfindung Abhilfe schaffen. Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zu Grunde, eine Wendeplatte zu schaffen, welche auf dem Wendeplattenhalter spielfrei zentrierbar ist und zudem eine hohe Verbindungsfestigkeit zwischen der Wendeplatte und dem Wendeplattenhalter erzielt
Die Erfindung löst die gestellte Aufgabe mit einer Wendeplatte, welche die Merkmale des Anspruchs 1 aufweist, sowie einem Wendeplattenhalter, welcher die Merkmale des Anspruchs 8 aufweist.
Weitere vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen der Erfindung sind in den abhängigen Ansprüchen gekennzeichnet.
Die Erfindung und Weiterbildungen der Erfindung werden im Folgenden anhand der teilweise schematischen Darstellungen mehrerer Ausführungsbeispiele noch näher erläutert.
Es zeigen:
Fig. 1 eine Ansicht der Wendeplatte von der Zentrierungsseite aus gesehen, von welcher das X der Zahnung sowie zwei Schneidsektoren und eine Zentriersektion ersichtlich sind;
Fig. 2 eine Seitenansicht einer Wendeplatte aufgeschraubt auf einem Wendeplattenhalter;
Fig. 3 einen Detailschnitt durch eine positive dachförmige Zahnung;
Fig. 4 einen Detailschnitt durch eine negative dachförmige Zahnung;
Fig. 5 einen Querschnitt durch eine mit Schrauben auf einem Wendeplattenhalter befestigte Wendeplatte; und
Fig. 6 einen Querschnitt durch eine mit Spanneisen auf einem Wendeplattenhalter befestigte Wendeplatte.
Die in Fig. 1 dargestellte Wendeplatte 1 ist in drei Sektoren aufgeteilt: Zwei Schneidsektoren 1.2./1.3 der Schneiden sowie einem Sektor 1.1 für die Zentrierung inklusive der Befestigung in der Mitte der zwei Schneidsektoren 1.2./1.3.
Wie in den Fig. 1 und 2 dargestellt, ist sowohl an der Wendeplatte 1 als auch am Wendeplattenhalter 2 ein dachförmige Zahnung in der X-Zahnung 1.4. angeordnet. Diese kann entweder positiv (Fig. 3) oder negativ (Fig. 4) sein.
Diese Anordnung bewirkt, dass beim Befestigen der Wendeplatte 1 auf dem Wendeplattenhalter 2, die Wendeplatte 1 immer in das Zentrum der X-Zahnung gepresst wird. Durch die dachförmige Zahnung wird jegliches Spiel aufgehoben und es entsteht zusätzlich eine Verkeilung. Diese Anordnung ermöglicht auch ein hohe Wiederholgenauigkeit beim mehrmaligen Lösen und Spannen der Wendeplatte 1 auf dem Wendeplattenhalter 2.
Die Wendeplatten können entweder - wie in Fig. 5 dargestellt - mit einer oder mehreren Schrauben oder - wie in Fig. 6 dargestellt - mittels eines oder mehrerer Spanneisen auf dem Wendeplattenhalter 2 befestigt sein.
The invention relates to an insert with teeth for centering it according to the preamble of claim 1 and to an insert holder according to the preamble of claim 8.
In the insert area for decollage machines, in most cases the inserts are centered on the outer shape including the cutting area. If the cutting edge breaks off when turning, the insert is no longer guided when turning. There is therefore no good connection between the insert and the insert holder.
The invention seeks to remedy this. The invention is based on the object of providing an insert which can be centered on the insert holder without play and which also achieves a high connection strength between the insert and the insert holder
The invention achieves the stated object with an indexable insert which has the features of claim 1 and an indexable insert holder which has the features of claim 8.
Further advantageous embodiments of the invention are characterized in the dependent claims.
The invention and further developments of the invention are explained in more detail below on the basis of the partially schematic representations of several exemplary embodiments.

The indexable insert 1 shown in FIG. 1 is divided into three sectors: two cutting sectors 1.2./1.3 of the cutting edges and a sector 1.1 for centering, including the attachment in the middle of the two cutting sectors 1.2./1.3.
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, both on the insert 1 and on the insert holder 2 there is a roof-shaped toothing in the X-toothing 1.4. arranged. This can be either positive (Fig. 3) or negative (Fig. 4).
This arrangement means that when the insert 1 is attached to the insert holder 2, the insert 1 is always pressed into the center of the X-toothing. The roof-shaped serration eliminates any play and creates a wedge. This arrangement also enables high repeatability when the insert 1 is loosened and clamped repeatedly on the insert holder 2.
The indexable inserts can either be fastened to the indexable insert holder 2, as shown in FIG. 5, with one or more screws or, as shown in FIG. 6, by means of one or more clamping arms.
