Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Verankerungsvorrichtung für Pfosten, und insbesondere für Verkehrsschilder. The invention relates to an anchoring device for posts, and in particular for traffic signs.
Aus der DE-PS 1 684 640 sind Halter mit Bajonettverbindung für Pfosten mit rohrförmigem Querschnitt bekannt, die durch einen geeigneten Stift gesichert werden. Diese Halter und das zugehörige Halterungs- und Blockiersystem sind in ihrer Konstruktion kompliziert und weisen enge Toleranzen auf, so dass die Funktion bei Oxydation oder Korrosion oder auch bei nur geringen Verformungen des eingesteckten Pfostens schnell beeinträchtigt wird. Aufgabe der Erfindung ist dementsprechend, eine Verankerungsvorrichtung anzugeben, die einfach und sicher in ihrer Handhabung ist und mit leichten Mitteln erlaubt, die Pfosten sicher zu verankern und die Verankerung mit wenigen Handgriffen wieder zu lösen. In der Fig. 1 ist das Hohlprofil 1 der erfindungsgemässen Verankerungsvorrichtung dargestellt. Das Hohlprofil ist im wesentlichen zylinderförmig und besitzt einen Ansatz 2 mit einem in etwa rechteckigen Querschnitt. Seitlich besitzt das Hohlprofil Verankerungsvorsprünge 4, die in dem dargestellten Beispiel als Stege ausgebildet sind. In diesen Stegen befinden sich Löcher 5, durch die beispielsweise Bewehrungseisen durchgesteckt werden können, die das Herausziehen des Hohlprofils aus einem Betonsockel oder dgl. verhindern. Entsprechend der in Fig. 3 dargestellten Vereinzelung A aus Fig. 2 ist die Aussenseite des Hohlprofiles 1 aufgerauht und insbesondere geriffelt. Mit dieser Rauhigkeit wird ein fester Sitz in einem Betonbett oder dgl. erreicht. 1 shows the hollow profile 1 of the anchoring device according to the invention. In der Fig. 6 ist im Schnitt die erfindungsgemässe Befestigungsvorrichtung mit einem darin eingesetzten Pfosten 9 dargestellt. Das Hohlprofil 1 besitzt an seiner Unterseite einen Boden 3. Das Hohlprofil 1 kann beispielsweise aus Aluminium oder auch aus Kunststoff bestehen; der Boden 3 kann aus den gleichen Materialien gefertigt sein. Der Boden 3 ist so ausgebildet, dass er, wenn er von unten in das Hohlprofil 1 eingesteckt ist, leicht klemmt. Bei der Fig. 5 zeigt die Fig. 5A eine Seitenansicht, Fig. 5B eine Vorderansicht und Fig. 5C einen Querschnitt. Mit dem Pfeil in Fig. 5B ist die Montagerichtung angegeben, der Pfeil zeigt nach unten. Entsprechend dem Querschnitt nach Fig. 5C ist der Keil an seiner zum Inneren des Hohlprofiles 1 weisenden Seite konkav gekrümmt, so dass er an die Oberfläche des darin eingesteckten Pfostens angepasst ist und flächig an ihm anliegt. Im eingesetzten Zustand verjüngt sich der Keil entsprechend Fig. 5A nach oben. Mit dem äusseren Keil 8, der in den Fig. 4A bis 4C dargestellt ist, wird der innere Keil 6 gegen den Pfosten angedrückt, so dass er ihn festklemmt. Der äussere Keil 8 weist an seiner Oberseite Löcher 7 auf, die, wenn er nach unten eingeschlagen ist, sich noch oberhalb der Oberkante des Hohlprofils 1 befinden. Diese Löcher dienen zum Herausziehen oder -schlagen des äusseren Keiles, wenn der Pfosten 9 aus der Verankerungsvorrichtung herausgenommen werden soll. Die Keile 6, 8 bestehen vorzugsweise aus einem korrosionsfesten und etwas elastischen Material, vorzugsweise aus Nylon. Ihre Oberfläche kann leicht angerauht sein, damit die Reibung der Keile untereinander und an der Innenseite des Hohlprofils 1 bzw. dem eingesteckten Pfosten 9 erhöht wird; damit wird erreicht, dass sich die Verkeilung nicht von selbst oder aufgrund von Bodenerschütterungen löst. Their surface can be slightly roughened so that the friction of the wedges with each other and on the inside of the hollow profile 1 or the inserted post 9 is increased; this ensures that the wedging does not come loose on its own or due to ground vibrations.
