Abstract

The trap is used to catch small animals, esp. mice. The body of the trap may consist of a rectangular section tube, made of bent sheet metal. The bent metal tube forms a C-section, leaving a narrow slit (5) along one side, allowing the presence of a trapped mouse to be detected visually. There are shutters (2) at the ends of the tube (1) which hinge only inwards. They are designed so that the mouse is able to enter but not leave.

  Es sind eine Vielzahl von Mausefallen im Handel, die alle relativ kompliziert und daher auch teuer in der Anschaffung sind. Durch die vorliegende Erfindung wird eine solche Falle vorgeschlagen, die eine äusserst einfache Konstruktion aufweist und bei der überdies ein unnötiges Quälen der gefangenen Tiere vermieden wird. Die wesentlichen Merkmale der Erfindung ergeben sich aus dem Patentanspruch 1. Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung wird anhand der Zeichnung näher erläutert, in dieser zeigen:

   In einem Rohrstück 1 von rechteckigem Querschnitt sind nahe seiner beiden Enden Fallklappen 2 angeordnet, die um an der Oberseite des Rohres liegende Achsen 3 schwenkbar sind. Durch irgendwelche Schikanen, z.B. Zungen 4, wird erreicht, dass die Klappen 2 nur nach innen schwenkbar sind, so dass eine Maus wohl hinein aber nicht mehr hinaus kann. Durch einen in der Seitenwand angebrachten Schlitz 5 kann sofort festgestellt werden, ob sich eine Maus in der Falle befindet. Die sehr billig herstellbare Falle kann aus Metall oder Kunststoff hergestellt werden. Die Falle eignet sich sowohl zur Verwendung im Freien in Mauselöchern wie auch zur Aufstellung im Haus.

   In a pipe section 1 of rectangular cross section, drop flaps 2 are arranged near its two ends, which are pivotable about axes 3 lying on the top of the pipe. Any bullying, e.g. Tongues 4, it is achieved that the flaps 2 can only be pivoted inwards, so that a mouse can probably no longer get in. A slot 5 in the side wall makes it possible to immediately determine whether a mouse is in the trap. The trap can be made very cheaply and can be made of metal or plastic. The trap is suitable for use outdoors in mouse holes as well as for installation in the house.


    

Claims (2)

1. Mausefalle, gekennzeichnet durch ein im Querschnitt rechteckiges Rohr (1), in welchem an beiden Enden nur nach innen schwenkbare Fallklappen angeordnet sind.         1. Mousetrap, characterized by a tube (1) which is rectangular in cross section and in which drop flaps which can only be pivoted inward are arranged at both ends. 2. Mausefalle nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in einer der Seitenwände des Rohres (1) ein Längsschlitz vorgesehen ist. 1. Mausefalle, gekennzeichnet durch ein im Querschnitt rechteckiges Rohr (1), in welchem an beiden Enden nur nach innen schwenkbare Fallklappen angeordnet sind. 2. Mausefalle nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in einer der Seitenwände des Rohres (1) ein Längsschlitz vorgesehen ist. 2.
