Abstract

The day display mechanism has a date ring carrying the number 1 to 31. The kinematic drive connection of the crown ring is made by a mobile watch movement motor having a movable drive (11) which does one revolution in 24 hours and which supports the day indicator (13) and a month indicator (14) which is shifted angularly and in height with respect to the day indicator (13). The day indicator co-operates with a day wheel (15) having 31 teeth. The day wheel (15) supports a lever (23) cooperating with a month cam (28), concentric with the day wheel (15). The lever (23) has a tooth (23a) which can occupy two positions, functioning as pressure point of the lever (23) on the cam (28). One position for which the tooth (23a) is on the trajectory of the month indicator (14) and the other in which it does not cooperate with this month indicator (14).
