Abstract
A matrix is used, composed of either one piece or several separate pieces which can be adjusted so that groove width can be altered. The piece of material to be bent consists of a strip of plastic or metal which before bending is cut to the required length and width or to a conical shape. A stamp is used to press the cut material into the matrix, and can be pressed downwards by hand or by lever effect. The material to be pressed is heated and softened before the stamp is pressed downwards.
Description
Fig. 1a, 1b und 1c.
The invention relates to a hook, according to claim 1, which is produced by the method according to claim 2. The hook is made of flexible material. Hard plastic plates and certain metal plates can be used as raw materials. Thickness of the material, size and shape of the bending zone from the hook are determined according to need and purpose. Examples of hook shapes can be seen in the
1a, 1b and 1c.
Fig. 2 shows an average of a hook, whereby assembly by means of adhesive and / or adhesive tape.
Fig. 3 shows an average of a hook, whereby assembly with Agrafe.
Fig. 4 shows an average of a hook, assembly after perforation, with rivets.
Fig. 5 shows on average a hook, assembly after perforation, with wire or thread.
Hanging hooks are known in various forms. So far, these have been produced in complex processes, in several work steps or they have to be punched because of their outline shape, which requires expensive punching tools, which makes inexpensive production in smaller series impossible. The aim of the invention of the method for producing the suspension hooks is to propose a method with which such suspension hooks can be produced inexpensively, with the least possible effort and without (expensive) punching tools, even in smaller quantities. The principle of production, without large investments in tools, is explained in FIGS. 6, 7 and 8. Figure 6 shows 2 examples of ways to cut a strip of material into smaller, flat, rectangular (a) and conical (b) pieces.
These smaller, cut sections are then bent in the form of a hook.
7 and 8 is
A) a die, which either consists of one piece, or of several separate pieces, which can be adjusted so that the width of the channel can be changed as required.
B) the piece of material to be bent. Either strips of plastic or metal are used, which are bent to the desired length and width before bending, or e.g. are cut conical shape. This manufacturing method involves a minimum of material loss.
C) the punch which presses the cut material into the die. This stamp can be depressed by hand or by leverage.
D) the piece of material (the bend zone) that is bent and, using plastic, heated and softened before pressing the stamp (C) down.
E) the channel in the die.
