Beschreibung description
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Stufengetriebe für Zahnriemen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die angetriebene und, oder die antreibende Zahnriemenscheibe stufenweise unabhängig oder voneinander abhängig ihren Durchmesser verändern können. Das Getriebe ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zahnscheiben (1a) und (1) in Segmente (4) aufgeteilt sind, welche so auf einer Scheibe oder einem Führungskörper angebracht sind, dass sie sich einzeln radial vom Drehzentrum weg, oder zum Drehzentrum hin verschieben lassen. Die Verschiebung eines Segments (4) für eine jeweils genau definierte Strecke (S1) erfolgt dann, wenn das betreffende Segment nicht im Eingriff mit dem Zahnriemen ist. Nach erfolgter Verstellung wird das Segment auf der Scheibe (2) wieder festgehalten und die nächsten sich im Freiraum befindenden Segmente können verstellt werden. Da die Zahnscheibensegmente (4) mit dem Zahnriemen formschlüssig im Eingriff stehen und somit eine schlupffreie Kraftübertragung garantieren, können sie meist nur im eingriffsfreien Räum nacheinander verstellt werden. Zum Ausgleich der sich ändernden wirksamen Riemenlänge wird ein Riemenspanner (5) verwendet. Die Segmente können mechanisch, pneumatisch, hydraulisch, elektrisch, magnetisch oder mit Hilfe der Fliehkraft verstellt und festgehalten werden. Das Zahnriemengetriebe ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es sich in beide Drehrichtungen laufend schalten lässt. Das Zahnriemengetriebe eignet sich grundsätzlich für die Auslegung und Anwendung jedes möglichen Profils des Zahnriemenquerschnitts und jeder Zahnteilung. Das Zahnriemengetriebe zeichnet sich durch einen schlupffreien Lauf und einen sehr kleinen Reibungsverlust aus. Es bietet sich überall dort an, wo mit Energieverlust gespart werden muss. Der hauptsächliche Verwendungszweck dieser Erfindung dürfte das Fahrrad sein. Die zweite Anwendung wäre in Elektromobilen denkbar. A belt tensioner (5) is used to compensate for the changing effective belt length. The segments can be adjusted and held mechanically, pneumatically, hydraulically, electrically, magnetically or with the help of centrifugal force. The toothed belt transmission is characterized in that it can be switched continuously in both directions of rotation. The toothed belt gear is basically suitable for the design and application of every possible profile of the toothed belt cross section and every tooth pitch. The toothed belt transmission is characterized by a slip-free run and a very low friction loss. It is ideal wherever there is a need to save energy. The primary use of this invention is believed to be the bicycle. The second application would be conceivable in electric vehicles.
