Abstract

The flexible plastic nose cover is particularly for the artificial respiration of accident victims. At the nostrils (1) there is an integral mouthpiece, or alternatively a flexible hose (7) with such a mouthpiece. At the bridge (4) of the nose, the cheeks (5) and the upper lip (6), thickness can be reduced, so as to form flexible sealing lips, typically by tapering to the free edge. ADVANTAGE - Protects ambulance crews and others from infection by AIDS and diseases.

  Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen flexiblen Kunststoffnasenüberzug mit integriertem Mundstück, insbesondere zur Beatmung von Unfallopfern. Mit dieser Erfindung wird bezweckt, dass allfällige Bedenken seitens von Nothelfern betreffend möglicher Infektionsgefahr (AIDS) oder aber der höheren Hemmschwelle bei sichtbaren Kopfverletzungen mit dem sterilen Nasenüberzug zur Beatmung von Unfallopfern entgegengetreten wird, und somit eine sofortige Wiederbelebung/-beatmung eingeleitet wird. 



  In der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes dargestellt. Es zeigen:

   Fig. 2 einen Querschnitt durch den flexiblen Kunststoffnasenüberzug in der Ausführung mit flexiblem Schlauch sowie integriertem Mundstück, wobei der flexible Schlauch aus zeichnerischen Gründen gekürzt bzw. aufgebrochen dargestellt wurde 
   Fig. 3 einen Längsschnitt, bei dem unterschiedliche Wandstärken abgebildet sind. 
 



   Der flexible Kunststoffnasenüberzug gemäss Fig. 1-3 besteht aus einem elastischen Kunststoffmaterial und ist ergonomisch so ausgeformt, dass bereits bei geringem Druck auf dem Bereich des Nasenrückens (3) des Überzuges eine hermetische Dichtung zwischen dem Kunststoffnasenüberzug und den Partien Oberlippe, Wange sowie Nasenwurzelbereich entsteht. 



  Durch die Verwendung von elastischem Kunststoffmaterial ist eine einfache und kostengünstige Fertigung möglich, wobei dem Erfordernis der verschiedenen Elastizität dadurch Rechnung getragen wird, dass das Spritzteil des Nasenüberzuges verschiedene Wanddicken aufweist (Fig. 3).

   1-3 is made of an elastic plastic material and is ergonomically designed so that even at low pressure on the area of the bridge of the nose (3) of the cover, a hermetic seal is created between the plastic nose cover and the upper lip, cheek and nasal root area .



  The use of elastic plastic material enables simple and cost-effective production, the requirement of different elasticity being taken into account by the fact that the molded part of the nose cover has different wall thicknesses (FIG. 3).

Flexibler Kunststoffnasenüberzug, insbesondere zur Beatmung von Notfallopfern, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Nasenöffnungsbereich (1) ein integriertes Mundstück (2) oder ein flexibler Schlauch (7) mit integriertem Mundstück (2) angebracht ist.         1.
