Abstract

The roll-up curtain (1) is secured detachably to the roller (2) by hook-clasp fastener strips (3,4) on the roller and at the top curtain edge.   Die Erfindung betrifft einen Rollvorhang nach dem Oberbegriff des unabhängigen Patentanspruchs 1. 



  Bei diesem Rollvorhang besteht die Schwierigkeit, das beim Aufrollen des Vorhanges über den beiden Bändern des Klettverschlusses ein unschöner Wulst entsteht, der sich über die ganze Länge der Rolle erstreckt. Ein solcher Wulst ist nicht nur ästhetisch unbefriedigend, sondern verursacht ein unregelmässiges Auf- und Abwickeln des Vorhangs. 



  Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, einen Rollvorhang der genannten Gattung zu schaffen, der die genannten Schwierigkeiten vermeidet und der dennoch kostengünstig hergestellt werden kann und bei welchem der Vorhang in einfacher Weise an der Rolle angebracht und von dieser abgenommen werden kann. Die Aufgabe wird durch die Erfindung gemäss Anspruch 1 gelöst. 



  Bei aufgerolltem Vorhang besitzt das am Vorhang 1 befestigte Band einen kreisförmigen Querschnitt und eine zylindrische Aussenfläche. Somit ist am Klettverschluss keine radiale Erhöhung vorhanden, die sich auf den Vorhang überträgt. Das Auf- und Abwickeln des Vorhanges ist beim erfindungsgemässen Rollvorhang besonders gleichmässig, da keine stufenförmigen Radiusänderungen eintreten. Der Vorhang kann in einfacher Weise von der Rolle abgenommen und durch Aufdrücken und Anreiben wieder auf dieser befestigt werden. 



  Nach einer Weiterbildung der Erfindung ist das mit dem Vorhang verbundene Band im Bereich seiner beiden Längskanten mit dem anderen Band verbunden. Dies ergibt eine besonders einfache und stabile Befestigung des Vorhangs auf der Rolle. Vorteilhafte Weiterbildungen der Erfindung ergeben sich aus den weiteren abhängigen Ansprüchen. 



  Beim Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung wird nachfolgend anhand der Zeichnungen näher erläutert. Es zeigen: 
 
   Fig. 1 eine perspektivische Ansicht eines an einer Gebäudewand befestigten Rollvorhanges, 
   Fig. 2 die Befestigung des Vorhangs an der Rolle des Rollvorhanges, und 
   Fig. 3 entsprechend Fig. 2, jedoch mit teilweise aufgerolltem Vorhang. 
 



  Der in Fig. 1 gezeigte Rollvorhang ist vor einem hier nicht gezeigten Fenster mit Halterungen 5 an einer Gebäudewand befestigt. In den Halterungen 5 ist eine Rolle 2 drehbar gelagert, auf welcher ein Vorhang 1 in bekannter Weise auf- und abgerollt werden kann. Am unteren Ende des Vorhanges 1 ist eine Beschwerungsleiste 7 mit einem Griff 7a befestigt. Mit einer in der Rolle 2 angeordneten und an sich bekannten Einrichtung kann der Vorhang 1 selbsttätig aufgewickelt werden. Die in den Fig. 2 und 3 gezeigte Rolle 2 ist aus Aluminium hergestellt und besitzt innen zwei Rippen 2a, an denen die genannte Einrichtung zum Aufwickeln des Vorhanges 1 gehalten ist. In der Mantelfläche 2c der Rolle 2 ist eine Vertiefung 2b eingearbeitet, die sich über die ganze Länge der Rolle 2 erstreckt.

  In diese Vertiefung 2b ist ein Widerhakenband 3 eingelegt und an der Rolle 2 befestigt, beispielsweise angeklebt. Die haftende Oberfläche 3a des Widerhakenbandes 3 ist im wesentlichen bündig mit der Mantelfläche 2c der Rolle 2. 



  Auf der Innenseite des Vorhanges 1 ist ein Klettflorband 4 angebracht, beispielsweise angenäht. Das Klettflorband 4 erstreckt sich über die ganze Länge des oberen Randes 1a des Vorhanges 1. Um den Vorhang 1 an der Rolle 2 zu befestigen, wird der obere Rand 4a auf seiner ganzen Länge auf einem Teil  des Widerhakenbandes 3 angebracht. Die Breite des Klettflorbandes 4 ist so bemessen, dass mit ihm im wesentlichen die gesamte Mantelfläche 2c überdeckt werden kann, wobei sich jedoch die Enden 4a und 4b des Klettflorbandes 4 sich nicht überdecken. 



   Ist der Vorhang 1 wie in Fig. 2 gezeigt an der Rolle befestigt, so wird der Vorhang 1 auf der Rolle 2 aufgewickelt, bis auch das Ende 4b des Klettflorbandes 4 über der freien Fläche des Widerhakenbandes 3 liegt. Nun wird das Ende 4b durch aufdrücken und anreiben am Widerhakenband 3 befestigt, wobei dann der Vorhang in bekannter Weise auf der Rolle aufgewickelt werden kann. 



  Ein wesentlicher Vorteil der Erfindung wird darin gesehen, dass der Innenraum der Rolle 2 durch die Befestigungsvorrichtung nur sehr geringfügig beansprucht wird. Der Radius der Rolle 2 kann deshalb vergleichsweise klein gehalten werden.

  When the curtain is rolled up, the band attached to the curtain 1 has a circular cross section and a cylindrical outer surface. This means that there is no radial increase on the Velcro fastener that is transferred to the curtain. The winding and unwinding of the curtain is particularly uniform in the roller blind according to the invention, since there are no step-like changes in radius. The curtain can be easily removed from the roll and attached to it again by pressing and rubbing.



  According to a development of the invention, the band connected to the curtain is connected to the other band in the region of its two longitudinal edges. This results in a particularly simple and stable fastening of the curtain on the roll. Advantageous further developments of the invention result from the further dependent claims.

  The roller curtain shown in Fig. 1 is attached to a building wall in front of a window, not shown here, with brackets 5. In the holders 5, a roller 2 is rotatably mounted, on which a curtain 1 can be rolled up and down in a known manner. At the lower end of the curtain 1, a weighting bar 7 is attached with a handle 7a. With a device arranged in the roll 2 and known per se, the curtain 1 can be wound up automatically. The roller 2 shown in FIGS. 2 and 3 is made of aluminum and has two ribs 2a on the inside, on which said device for winding the curtain 1 is held. In the outer surface 2c of the roller 2, a recess 2b is incorporated, which extends over the entire length of the roller 2.

  A barbed tape 3 is inserted into this recess 2b and fastened, for example glued, to the roll 2. The adhesive surface 3a of the barbed tape 3 is essentially flush with the lateral surface 2c of the roller 2.



  On the inside of the curtain 1, a Velcro tape 4 is attached, for example sewn on. The Velcro tape 4 extends over the entire length of the upper edge 1a of the curtain 1. In order to attach the curtain 1 to the roller 2, the entire length of the upper edge 4a is attached to part of the barbed tape 3. The width of the Velcro strip 4 is dimensioned such that essentially the entire outer surface 2c can be covered with it, but the ends 4a and 4b of the Velcro strip 4 do not overlap.



   If the curtain 1 is fastened to the roll as shown in FIG. 2, the curtain 1 is wound up on the roll 2 until the end 4b of the Velcro strip 4 also lies over the free surface of the barbed tape 3. Now the end 4b is attached by pressing and rubbing on the barb band 3, in which case the curtain can be wound up on the roll in a known manner.



  An essential advantage of the invention is seen in that the interior of the roller 2 is only very slightly stressed by the fastening device. The radius of the roller 2 can therefore be kept comparatively small.

Rollvorhang, bei welchem der Vorhang (1) mittels eines Klettverschlusses an der Rolle (2) lösbar befestigt ist, wobei ein Band (4) des Klettverschlusses am oberen Rand (4a) des Vorhangs (1) befestigt ist und das andere Band (3) mit der Rolle (2) verbunden ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Breite des mit dem Vorhang (1) verbundenen Bandes (4) so bemessen ist, dass es bei aufgerolltem Vorhang (1) im wesentlichen die gesamte Mantelfläche (2c) der Rolle (2) überdeckt und dass das andere Band (3) in einer Vertiefung (2b) der Mantelfläche (2c) angeordnet ist.       1. Rollvorhang nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vertiefung (2b) so dimensioniert ist, dass die gesamte Aussenfläche des darin angeordneten Bandes (3) mit der Mantelfläche (2c) der Rolle (2) bündig ist. 3. 5.
