Known concrete spraying machines have an insertion funnel for the dry concrete mixture and an outlet connection provided with a compressed air connection for connecting a delivery line. A vertical-axis, motor-driven, multi-chambered drum rotor is arranged between the funnel outlet and the outlet nozzle Sealing washer in which the outlet nozzle is inserted.
The arrangement is designed in such a way that at least one rotor chamber is always connected to the funnel outlet at the top by an opening, but none of these chambers, but another one at the bottom, is connected to the outlet nozzle. The clamping plate contains a compressed air connection for blowing out the dry mixture from the chamber located above the outlet nozzle into this nozzle.
So that the sealing washers fit tightly on the drum rotor, clamping devices are available with which the clamping plate can be pressed against the base plate. In order to avoid compressed air losses associated with dust leakage and the noise and wear generated thereby, a good seal between the sealing plates and the drum cylinder provided with a friction disc on both ends thereof is necessary. Due to the continuous wear of these components and the linear expansion of all components caused by the temperature fluctuations, the clamping devices must be easy and easy to operate so that they can be adapted to changing conditions at any time. For this reason, screws or wing nuts, which are provided with a handwheel and are arranged on the circumference of the clamping plate, are usually used as clamping means.
So that the clamping plate is evenly fastened over the entire circumference, clamping rings have already been used, which are tightened with just a single screw and transmit the force evenly to several points in the circumference of the clamping plate. In order to keep the pressure constant over the entire circumference, it has also already been proposed to arrange a pressure cylinder and a clamping ring or a plurality of pressure cylinders distributed over the circumference of the clamping plate, whereby a constant and good seal is achieved, regardless of the attention of the operating personnel, however with the disadvantage that the wear of the sealing plate and the friction disc also became correspondingly large. The present invention now solves the problem of avoiding this last disadvantage, but without foregoing the essential and known advantages of using pressure cylinders.
It relates to a concrete spraying machine according to the preamble of claim 1 and is characterized by the features in the characterizing part of this claim.
An exemplary embodiment of the invention is described below with reference to a drawing. The only figure in the drawing shows a schematic vertical section through a concrete spraying machine according to the invention, individual components not being shown constructively but only schematically. At the bottom of a base plate 1, a gear 2 is arranged for driving the shaft 3 of the drum rotor, indicated as a whole by 4, which is vertically guided through the base plate 1. This drum rotor has a plurality, for example nine or ten, continuous axially parallel chambers, two of which are visible in the drawing and are designated by 5 and 6. The lower end face of the drum rotor 4 is formed by the friction disk 7, the upper end face by the friction disk 8.
On the base plate 1, the lower annular rubber sealing disk 9 is fastened, on which the drum rotor rests with its end face, that is to say with the friction disk 7. It is vertically displaceable so that the end face rests tightly on the sealing washer even when these two parts have become thinner due to wear. The clamping plate 10 lies on top of the drum rotor 4. On its underside it is provided with an annular rubber sealing washer 11. The insertion funnel 12 is arranged in or on the clamping plate 10 and can be connected to it in a fixed or detachable manner or can only be placed on it. On the base plate 1, a jacket 13 is attached, which is provided with a strong ring 14 at the upper edge.
At least three hydraulic cylinders 18 are screwed into this ring 14 in a regularly distributed manner, the piston rods 19 of which act on the edge of the clamping plate 10 when pressure is applied from above and thus press the clamping plate 10 in the direction against the base plate 1 and thereby cause the sealing disks 9 and 11 fit snugly against the end faces of the drum rotor 4 formed by the friction disks 7 and 8.
At the bottom of the base plate 1 there is an outlet connection 15 for connecting a concrete delivery line. This outlet connection is provided with a compressed air connection 16 so that the concrete present in the outlet connection 15 can be conveyed by means of the inflowing compressed air through the delivery line connected to the outlet connection 15 but not shown in the drawing. So that the concrete can reach the outlet nozzle 15, the base plate 1 and the sealing disk 9 fastened thereon have a corresponding opening 1a or 9a. In order to facilitate and accelerate the falling of the concrete out of the chamber 5 located above this opening 1a, the clamping plate 10 is provided on the outside with a compressed air connection 17, which opens into the opening 11a in the sealing washer located above the openings 1a and 9a 11 flows.
A second opening 10b in the clamping plate 10 and 11b in the sealing washer 11 make it possible for the concrete to get out of the funnel 12 into the chamber 6 below due to its gravity. When the drum rotor 4 rotates, the chamber 6 arrives at the position where the chamber 5 is in the drawing, and is emptied there in the manner described above.
So that the force with which the piston rods 19 of the hydraulic cylinders 18 compress the vertically moving parts when rotating the drum rotor driven by a motor, not shown, via the transmission 2, is not greater than necessary, in other words, so that the force is sufficiently large for tightly sealing the compressed air-containing and containing cavities, but without accelerating the wear of the parts rotating against each other too much by excessive pressure, the pressure cylinders 18 are not connected to any energy source that delivers a constant pressure, but rather via a pneumatic Hydraulic pressure booster 20 connected to the input of the compressed air connection 16 in the outlet port 15 that the pressure acting on the pressure cylinder 18 is always proportional to the pressure in the outlet port.
With this control, the pressure acting on the clamping plate 10 is increased when the pressure in the chamber 5 rises, thereby preventing a leak from forming between one of the sealing disks and the base plate 1 or the clamping plate 10 and dust-filled compressed air being able to escape. When the pressure in the outlet connection 15 drops, the pressure on the clamping plate 10 also decreases, so that the friction between the parts sliding on one another does not increase even with a decreasing internal pressure, which results in a longer service life of these parts and less noise pollution.
