Description
The invention relates to a formwork and guardrail girder, in particular for parts of the building to be concreted, such as ceilings, balconies and the like.
Holding devices for face formwork are known, for example according to Swiss Patent 624 446, which can be mounted directly on the wall crown and on the ceiling formwork. Due to existing safety regulations, it is also necessary to install a guardrail.
From the CH patent 625 589 a guardrail has become known, which is mounted on a holding device formed from an angle iron for the front formwork in such a way that a U-profile is clamped between the formwork board and a wing screw for fixing the same to one side of the angle iron in which the guardrail can be used. After concreting has been completed, the protective railing must be removed in addition to the front formwork if the masonry is pulled up further, so that additional provisional protective measures are necessary for the subsequent masonry work on the concrete ceiling.
It is an object of the invention to provide a simple assembly element for a formwork and a protective railing which, on the one hand, can be integrated with the protective railing in such a way that the protective railing can remain in place even during the subsequent lifting of the masonry until the further one is set up. On the other hand, a wide variety of fastening options should be guaranteed at the same time without the special adjustment or adjustment of the mounting element being necessary.
The aforementioned object of the invention is achieved by the characterizing features of claim 1. Further developments of the subject matter of the invention are characterized in the dependent claims.
The advantage of the formwork and guardrail girder according to the invention is the constructive combination of a support leg and an anchoring leg, so that the front formwork and the guardrail can be attached at the same time without special measures. Advantageously, the various possible anchors are possible, for example on the longitudinal and transverse ceiling reinforcements, in the openings of the hollow blocks and / or in the joints of the masonry.
Exemplary embodiments of the formwork and protective railing girder according to the invention are illustrated in simplified form in the drawing.
Show it
1 is a perspective view of a double U-beam with anchoring in a hollow block of a wall,
Fig. 2 is a perspective view of a U-beam with an anchoring leg attached to the reinforcement and
Fig. 3 is a perspective view of a U-beam with an anchoring leg attached to the wall crown and / or ceiling formwork.
For the sake of clarity, the variants according to FIGS. 1, 2 and 3 are shown side by side on a masonry with a formwork.
In Fig. 1, 1 denotes a support according to the invention, which is designed in a double U-shape in such a way that an anchoring leg 3 which can be anchored in a wall 15 has approximately half the height of a supporting leg 2 which bears against the outside of the formwork 5 and this supports at the same time. On the support leg 2 opposite the formwork 5 on the opposite side, receptacles for a protective railing 11, 12 are provided, which can be designed both as square tube receptacles 6, 6 min and as round tube receptacles 6 min min (FIG. 3). The anchoring leg 3 is advantageously hung into the hollow space 13 min of the hollow building block 13 when hollow building blocks 13 are used, with the leg end 31 pointing downward, and is fixed with mortar when the subsequent row of stones is placed on it.
Instead of being fixed by another row of building blocks, it can also be fixed by pouring with concrete. In this case, however, the formwork must be used beforehand for concreting in the formwork beam 1.
In FIG. 2, instead of a double U-shaped support 1 (2, 3 min, 3, 3 min, 31), only a simple U-support part 1 (2, 3 min, 3, 32; 2, 3 min, 3, 33) used as a holder for the shuttering boards 5 and the guardrail 11, 12. Here, the anchoring leg 3 is bent at about half the height of the supporting leg 2 by 90 ° and advantageously has a hook 71 at its end 32. This version is particularly recommended where, instead of building blocks, concrete walls with reinforcements 14 are raised, the hook 71 of the anchoring leg end 32 being suspended in a corresponding reinforcing part.
The application according to FIG. 3 is roughly analogous to that in FIG. 2 with the exception of the receptacles for the guardrail 11, 12, which are each designed as a round tube receptacle for 6 minutes. The anchoring leg 3 is extended relative to the supporting leg 2 and its end 33 is provided as a flat iron 8 with fastening means 72. As a result, the end 33 of the anchoring leg 3 can be fastened by means of nails or screws both to the wall crown, between two rows of tiles or to the inside of the wall or to the ceiling formwork 16.
If the thickness of the formwork 5 is smaller than the base 3 min of the anchoring leg 3, a clamping wedge (not shown) is driven between the formwork 5 and the supporting leg 2.
After the formwork 5 has been removed, the protective railings 11, 12 can remain in place during further masonry work until a further protective railing 11, 12 is set up. The parts of the formwork and guardrail girder 1 protruding from the masonry 15 are separated at notches 4 by knocking them off. The notches 4 are located slightly in the masonry 15, so that after plastering the masonry, the support parts 1 remaining therein are completely encased by the wall.
