BESCHREIBUNG
Darin zeigt:
Fig. 1 einen Vertikalschnitt durch eine erste Ausführungsform,
DESCRIPTION
A noise barrier element according to the preamble of claim 1 is known from prior use. It consists of a perforated front wall and an unpunched rear wall made of aluminum, two end covers and a soundproofing layer made of a mineral fiber mat. This is covered with a non-woven fabric on the side facing the front wall. The front and rear walls are chamfered at the bottom and at the top and overlap at the bottom in the bottom of a longitudinal bead, at the top on a corresponding longitudinal projection. Bead and protrusion of identical elements arranged one above the other interlock.
The lids are made of sheet metal and each encompass the front and rear wall. The front and rear walls each have a longitudinal reinforcing bead in the middle of their surface.
This known element is used between vertical I-beams along roads or railways in populated areas and enables a certain reduction in noise.
The sound attenuation is inadequate, especially in the range of low frequencies of 100-250 Hz, i.e. in an area in which trucks in particular emit unpleasant sound.
The present invention is based on the object of developing an element in accordance with the preamble of claim 1 such that, in addition to good sound insulation, it also covers the absorption in the range of low frequencies well. This object is achieved by the characterizing features of claim 1.
Measurements have shown that sound absorption can be increased with the element structure according to the invention, and that a surprising improvement is achieved in particular in the range of low frequencies.
Exemplary embodiments of the invention are explained below with reference to the drawing. It shows:
1 is a vertical section through a first embodiment,
Fig. 2 is a vertical section through a second embodiment, and
3 shows a horizontal section through the embodiment according to FIG. 1.
1 and 3 is a perforated sheet cassette and consists of a roll-formed, perforated front wall 2 with stucco embossing to reduce the glare and a roll-shaped rear wall 3 made of AlMg3, each 1.5 mm thick. The holes 4 in the front wall 2 are evenly distributed over the surface. The percentage of holes is approx. 36%, which is high compared to known elements. The element 1 has a length of about 4 m, a height of 50 cm and a thickness of 12 cm. The front and rear wall 2, 3 each have a longitudinal bead 5, 6 in the middle for reinforcement. Their end sections 7, 8, 9, 10 are folded at the top and bottom.
Three trapezoidal beads 11, 12, 13 are formed in the lower end section 8 of the rear wall 3, of which the rearmost 11 is somewhat less deep and wide than the two front 12, 13. A bead 14 of the lower end section 7 of the front wall 2 overlaps the bead 13 and is connected to the base of the bead by blind rivets 15. Three corresponding longitudinal projections 16, 17, 18 are formed on the upper end section 10 of the rear wall 3, the rearmost 16 of which is higher and wider than the two front 17, 18, which are identical to one another. A projection 20 in the upper end section 9 of the front wall 2 engages over the projection 18 and is likewise riveted to it.
Between the front and rear walls 2, 3, a plurality of spacers 25 are inserted, distributed over the length of the element 1, consisting of two extruded profile sections 24 and a connecting rod 26 made of an aluminum alloy, each about 3 cm long. The spacers 25 are supported on the top and bottom on the end sections 7, 8, 9, 10, front and rear on the inside of the front and rear walls 2, 3 and thus facilitate the assembly of the element 1 within narrow tolerances. The rod 26 is inserted on both sides into a U-shaped end of a middle leg 26 'of the sections 24 with an adhesive seat. Between the middle legs 26 'and two front legs 27, a first, about 2 cm thick insulating layer 28 made of mineral fiber with a density of about 100 kg / m3 is held at a distance from the front wall 2.
The insulation layer 28 is laminated on its side facing the front wall 2 by a glass fiber fleece 29, which largely protects the insulation layer 28 from the ingress of splash water. Because the insulating layer 28 is kept at a distance from the front wall 2 by the spacers 25, the water which has penetrated through the holes 4 can run down freely. It does not jam and therefore does not penetrate the insulation layer 28. The space between the insulation layer 28 and the rear wall 3 is completely filled with a second insulation layer 30 of lower density made of mineral fibers. The density of the second insulation layer 30 is approximately 32 kg / m3. This second insulation layer 30 effectively prevents the transmission of sound through the intermediate space to the rear wall 3. A foam rubber profile 31 for sound insulation is arranged in the middle bead 12.
Since here, in contrast to the first bead 13, 14, no unevenness occurs due to riveting, this profile 31 lies seamlessly on the base of the bead 12 and on the projection 17 from the element 1 underneath. This can effectively isolate the passage of noise between joints. The lower end sections 7, 8 of the front and rear walls 2, 3 have drainage holes 32, 33 between the front and rear sides 34, 35 and the bead 14 for dewatering rain or spray water or condensation water that has penetrated through the holes 4 or the bead 11. The holes 32 are about 6 mm in diameter and about 4 cm apart.
At the rear, only about three holes 33 of about 12 mm in diameter are required over the length of the element 1. So that the water flowing out of the holes 32, 33 does not build up, the upper end sections 9, 10 between the front 34 and the back 35 and the adjacent projections 18, 19 are inclined downwards towards the outside of the element 1.
The front and rear walls 2, 3 are connected to one another by an attached cover 40 made of an extruded profile 41 made of an aluminum alloy (FIG. 3).
The profile 41 mg engages the front and rear wall 2, 3 each with two legs 42, 43, the inner leg 42 being bent towards the inside at the free edge, so that the profile 41 can be easily plugged onto the assembled front and rear wall 2, 3 . The outer leg 43 is smooth so that the element 1 presents aesthetically well. The profile 41 strengthens the element 1 considerably. A groove 44 is formed on both sides of the profile 41 outside the legs 42, 43. An elastomeric sealing profile 45 is inserted into each groove 44.
On the one hand, this seals the wall element 1 against a vertical I-profile made of steel which accommodates it, on the other hand it prevents an electrically conductive connection between the element 1 and the I-profile 48 and thus electrolytic corrosion. In order to protect element 1 from corrosion even in a salty atmosphere, walls 2, 3 are made of AlMg3 and are chromated and powder-coated on the outside with 60 to 80 Fm.
The embodiment according to FIG. 2 is narrower than that according to FIG. 1 and fits into narrower I-profiles 48. Its rear wall 3 'is cut off at the front leg of the bead 12. This rear wall 3 'can therefore be produced with the same set of rollers as the rear wall 3, only a narrower sheet being introduced. The front wall 2 of the exemplary embodiment according to FIG. 2 is identical to that according to FIG. 1. In accordance with the smaller thickness, the legs of the spacer 25 supported on the rear wall 3 are shorter and the second insulating layer 30 is thinner.
The foam rubber profile 31 is inserted here in the rearmost bead 11. Otherwise, the embodiment according to FIG. 2 corresponds to that according to FIG. 1. With the same set of rollers, two different element thicknesses can thus be realized in the embodiment of element 1 shown.
