Abstract

The kitchen utensil for slicing vegetables is designed to be driven by a separate driving unit. The utensil consists of a housing (1) with a lid (2). The lid (2) has a tubular extension (13) with an opening to receive the vegetables. The vegetables are pressed downwards against the rotating blade (6) by an arm (4) which is guided by a linear roller bearing (5) on a vertical pillar (3). The rotating blade (6) is driven from the square ended driving shaft through a couplingm (10,10'). The two halves of the coupling are kept in engagement by the lid (2). When the lid (2) is removed the spring (9) separates the couplingm halves (10,10') so that the blade automatically comes to rest. USE/ADVANTAGE - The stopping of the blade rotation eliminates the risk of injury to the user.

   BESCHREIBUNG



   Vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine an eine Grundmaschine   ansteckbare    Gemüseschneidevorrichtung.



   Bis anhin sind verschiedene, an eine Grundmaschine ansteckbare Gemüseschneidevorrichtungen bekannt, die alle u. a. den Nachteil aufweisen, dass bei geöffnetem Gemüseschneider die Einsatzscheibe für den Gemüseschnitt weiterläuft, was zu einer erhöhten Unfallgefahr führt.



   Ein weiterer Nachteil solch bekannter Gemüseschneidevorrichtungen ist auch darin zu erblicken, dass die Zuführung des Schneidgutes auf die Einsatzscheibe radial erfolgt, mit dem Resultat, dass der Schnitt des Schneidgutes unregelmässig ist, was besonders bei Würfelschnitten, Stäbchenschnitten und Scheibenschnitten zum Ausdruck kommt.



   Die vorliegende Erfindung bezweckt nun eine Gemüseschneidevorrichtung, die an eine Grundmaschine angeschlossen werden kann, die die oben erwähnten Unzulänglichkeiten ausmerzt.



   Es hat sich herausgestellt, dass nur dann ein regelmässiger Schnitt des Gemüses erreicht werden kann, wenn die Zuführung des Gemüses kontinuierlich im rechten Winkel auf die Schneidescheibfläche erfolgt.



   Zum besseren Verständnis der erfindungsgemässen Vorrichtung wird diese anhand von Zeichnungen dargestellt und näher erläutert.



   Es zeigen:
Fig. 1 einen Längsschnitt durch die Gemüseschneidevorrichtung in verkleinertem Massstab gezeichnet,
Fig. 2 eine Draufsicht auf die Gemüseschneidevorrichtung gemäss der Fig. 1 mit teilweisem Längsschnitt der Kupplung,
Fig. 3 die Kupplungsvorrichtung in Explosionsdarstellung gemäss den Fig. 1 und 2 und in vergrössertem Massstab gezeichnet.



   Das Gehäuse 1 der Gemüseschneidevorrichtung besitzt einen Deckel 2, der mit einer Halterung 3 für die Zuführungsklappe 4 versehen ist. Die Zuführung des Gemüses erfolgt durch die schwenkbare Zuführungsklappe 4, die mit einem Rollengleitlager 5 derart verbunden ist, dass die Zuführung des Gemüses auf die   Schneidescheibfläche    immer im rechten Winkel erfolgt. Je nach der zur Verwendung gelangenden Einsatzscheibe 6 können Scheiben-, Streifen-, Stäbchen-, Würfel- und Buntschnitte erzeugt werden.



   Auf dem Gehäuse 1 ist ein Ansteckadapter 7 angebracht, durch den es ermöglicht wird, dass die Gemüseschneidevorrichtung an Grundmaschinen verschiedener Fabrikate angeschlossen werden kann. Damit der Deckel 2 der Gemüseschneidevorrichtung im an eine Grundmaschine angeschlossenen Zustand ohne Gefahr geöffnet werden kann, ist im Gehäuse 1, sowie im Ansteckadapter 7 eine Kupplung vorgesehen, die aus dem Kupplungsbolzen 15, der Kupplungsfeder 9 und der Abstellkupplung 10 und 10' besteht, wobei der Vaterteil mit 10 und der Mutterteil mit 10' bezeichnet ist.



  Für den Kupplungsbolzen 15 ist im Deckel 2 eine Druckkugel 11 eingesetzt, durch die beim Öffnen des Deckels 2 eine Auskupplung der Einsatzscheibe 6 erreicht wird, obwohl die Grundmaschine weiterdreht. Durch diese Massnahme wird die Unfallgefahr erheblich vermindert.



   Die an der schwenkbaren Zuführungsklappe 4 angebrachte Zuführungsplatte 4' ist als Halterung für das Schneidegut vorgesehen. Mit 12 ist der Mitnehmer zum Ansteckadapter 7 bezeichnet. Die Öffnung 13, die der Zuführung des Schneidegutes dient, ist eiförmig gestaltet, wobei die Spitze nach unten gerichtet sein muss. Durch diese Formgebung wird erreicht, dass das Schneidegut zentriert ist und dadurch immer rechtwinklig auf die Schneidescheibe zugeführt wird.

 

   Zur Festhaltung und Mitnahme der Einsatzscheibe 6 ist ein Bajonettsystem, bestehend aus den Bolzen 14, sowie entsprechenden Nuten in den Einsatzscheiben 6, vorgesehen.



  Durch Ausbau der Nuten in die Drehgegenrichtung wird verhindert, dass die Einsatzscheibe beim Abstellen herausspringen kann. Zum Einsetzen der Einsatzscheibe 6 ist der Einsatzscheibenträger 8 vorgesehen.



   Die erfindungsgemässe Gemüseschneidevorrichtung bedeutet eine technische Bereicherung auf dem Sektor Gemüseschneiden. 



  
 



   DESCRIPTION



   The present invention relates to a vegetable cutting device that can be plugged into a basic machine.



   Up to now, various vegetable cutting devices that can be plugged into a basic machine are known, all of which can be used. a. have the disadvantage that when the vegetable cutter is open, the insert slice for the vegetable cut continues to run, which leads to an increased risk of accidents.



   Another disadvantage of such known vegetable cutting devices can also be seen in the fact that the cutting material is fed radially onto the insert disc, with the result that the cutting material is irregular, which is particularly evident in the case of cube cuts, chopsticks and slice cuts.



   The present invention now aims at a vegetable cutting device which can be connected to a basic machine which overcomes the shortcomings mentioned above.



   It has been found that a regular cut of the vegetables can only be achieved if the vegetables are continuously fed at right angles to the cutting disc surface.



   For a better understanding of the device according to the invention, this is illustrated and explained in more detail with reference to drawings.

   The housing 1 of the vegetable cutting device has a lid 2 which is provided with a holder 3 for the feed flap 4. The vegetables are fed through the pivotable feed flap 4, which is connected to a roller slide bearing 5 such that the vegetables are always fed onto the cutting disc surface at a right angle. Depending on the insert disc 6 used, disc, strip, rod, cube and colored cuts can be produced.



   On the housing 1, a plug-in adapter 7 is attached, by which it is possible that the vegetable cutting device can be connected to basic machines of different makes. So that the lid 2 of the vegetable slicer can be opened without danger when connected to a basic machine, a coupling is provided in the housing 1 and in the plug-in adapter 7, which consists of the coupling bolt 15, the coupling spring 9 and the shut-off coupling 10 and 10 ', whereby the father part with 10 and the mother part with 10 'is designated.



  For the coupling pin 15, a pressure ball 11 is inserted in the cover 2, by means of which the insert disk 6 is disengaged when the cover 2 is opened, although the basic machine continues to rotate. This measure considerably reduces the risk of accidents.



   The feed plate 4 ′ attached to the pivotable feed flap 4 is provided as a holder for the material to be cut. With 12 the driver for the plug-in adapter 7 is designated. The opening 13, which serves to feed the material to be cut, is egg-shaped, the tip having to be directed downward. This shape ensures that the material to be cut is centered and is therefore always fed at right angles to the cutting disc.

 

   A bayonet system consisting of the bolts 14 and corresponding grooves in the insert disks 6 is provided to hold and take the insert disk 6 in place.



  Removing the grooves in the opposite direction prevents the insert disc from jumping out when it is parked. The insert plate carrier 8 is provided for inserting the insert plate 6.



   The vegetable cutting device according to the invention means a technical enrichment in the vegetable cutting sector.


    

Claims (3)

PATENTANSPRÜCHE 1. Gemüseschneidevorrichtung mit Ansteckadapter zum Anschluss an eine Grundmaschine, bestehend aus einem Gehäuse mit Deckel, auswechselbaren Einsatzscheiben für Scheiben-, Stäbchen-, Streifen-, Würfel- und Buntschnitt, einer schwenkbaren Zuführungsklappe mit Rollengleitlager, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zuführungsklappe (4) mit einem Rollengleitlager (5), welches zur Verhinderung von Verklemmungen dient, derart verbunden und angeordnet ist, dass die Zuführung des Schneidgutes auf die für den Gemüseschnitt vorgesehene Einsatzscheibe (6) zwecks Erzielung eines regelmässigen Schnittes rechtwinklig erfolgt.  PATENT CLAIMS 1. Vegetable slicer with clip-on adapter for connection to a basic machine, consisting of a housing with a lid, interchangeable insert discs for slicing, chopsticks, strips, cubes and colored cuts, a swiveling feed flap with roller slide bearing, characterized in that the feed flap (4) is connected and arranged with a roller slide bearing (5), which serves to prevent jamming, in such a way that the material to be cut is fed at right angles to the insert disc (6) provided for the vegetable cutting in order to achieve a regular cut.   2. Gemüseschneidevorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Gehäuse (1) eine Kupplung, bestehend aus dem Kupplungsbolzen (15), der Kupplungsfeder (9), der Abstellkupplung (10, 10') sowie einer Druckkugel (11) im Deckel (2) für den Kupplungsbolzen (15) angebracht ist, was ermöglicht, dass trotz laufender Grundmaschine infolge Auskupplung des Antriebes und dem dadurch bedingten Stillstand der Einsatzscheibe (6), der Deckel (2) gefahrlos geöffnet werden kann.  2.
