BESCHREIBUNG
Fig. 1 zeigt ein Ausführungsbeispiel;
DESCRIPTION
The invention relates to a godet unit, in particular for spinning machines with high take-off speeds according to the preamble of claim 1.
Especially in spinning machines with high take-off or
Winding speeds are often used for godets with individual individual drives. In general, the drive and godet are stored individually and connected to one another by a coupling. Such a construction is relatively complex and expensive, and the adjustment of the two units is complicated and time-consuming. Attempts have been made to avoid these disadvantages by flying the individual godet directly onto the motor shaft. In addition to the fact that this construction was also very complex and therefore expensive, it also had the disadvantage of a considerably lengthened motor shaft, as a result of which the critical speed had to shift considerably towards the operating speed range.
In addition, considerable effort was required to shield the motor against the effects of the directly adjacent godet heater.
The invention is therefore based on the object to provide a godet unit with direct drive of the godet, which is easy to assemble and is so stiff that the critical shaft speed is safely outside the range of the operating speeds and in which the drive unit is safe against the heat of the godet heater is shielded. According to the invention, this object is achieved by a godet unit of the type described in the introduction according to the characterizing part of claim 1.
In a special embodiment, the shaft is fixed in its central region in a short, compact and therefore rigid bearing, while the rotor and godet are each attached to their ends in a floating and rotationally fixed manner. The shaft bearing can have a cover serving as a heat shield at least towards the godet side.
The construction of the godet unit according to the invention leads to a particularly short and compact design, which has the particular advantage that the correspondingly short and thick shaft, which is stably supported in its middle, is correspondingly stiff and, as a result, also has a critical speed that is at a safe distance from the operating speed range As a rule, it is safely outside the work area. In addition, there are no assembly problems, since the axes of the rotor and godet are aligned or coincide due to the design, and the centering of the stator of the drive unit also poses no problems.
To increase the critical speed, it may be appropriate to provide an auxiliary bearing on the motor-side shaft end of the godet shaft, which is supported in the motor housing. This support is preferably elastic and / or damped so that, on the one hand, misalignments are compensated for and, on the other hand, vibrations subside.
The accompanying drawing gives exemplary embodiments of the
Invention again and serves to describe them in more detail.
Fig. 1 shows an embodiment;
2 shows a detail of the attachment of a Hilis bearing in the motor-side end region of the godet bearing.
An embodiment is shown which approximately corresponds to claim 2. The shaft 17 is mounted in a mounting hole 4 in the machine wall 16 with the aid of two ball bearings 5 and 6, which have the optimal distance from one another for reasons of rigidity, in their central region. In the imple mentation form, this distance between the two layers is secured by a spacer 7. Both bearings 5, 6 are covered to the outside by covers 14 and 15 and form both a protection against contamination of the bearings and a heat shield between the drive unit 11-13 and the godet 1 or its heater 8, 9.
The godet is attached to one shaft end 3 with the aid of its hub 2. In the interior, the godet heater 9 is arranged in the usual way by means of its support 8, which also centers it.
On the other side of the bearing 4-7, the rotor 11 of the drive unit 11-13 is mounted on the free shaft end 10 in a rotationally fixed manner, while the housing 12 is screwed to the machine wall with the field winding 13. The drive is shown with the help of an electric motor. If the drive is to be carried out by an air turbine, the associated turbine wheel is mounted on the shaft end 10 instead of the rotor 11 and the turbine housing is connected to the machine wall 16 in a manner similar to the housing 12, 13. In any case, the result is an extremely compact unit, which also ensures high operational reliability due to the simple and uncomplicated construction.
The exemplary embodiment shown in FIG. 2 differs from that shown in FIG. 1 by a modified mounting, in particular by a multiple offset godet shaft 18.
Like the godet shaft 17 according to FIG. 1, the godet shaft 18 in the exemplary embodiment according to FIG. 2 is rotatably supported in the machine wall 16 by means of the two bearings 5 and 6.
However, the godet shaft 18 has at its motor end a bearing pin 19 for the auxiliary bearing 20, which in turn in the housing 12 through a bearing bush 21 or more circumferentially distributed elements made of elastic material, such as. B. made of rubber or an elastomer.
