Abstract
The bag includes a flexible envelope (10), with the usable space (16) closed by a zip (RTM) fastener (14). The envelope has double walls, thus defining a further space between the two layers. The space extends around the two sides (12) and the base (11) of the bag, and is accessible via a second zip (RTM) fastener (18) on the end of the bag. Two sachets (19) of refrigerant material having a large heat capacity are put into the two side compartments. These keep the contents of the bag at a steady low temperature. USE/ADVANTAGE - Keeping cosmetic products, e.g. lipstick at low enough temperature to prevent deterioration.
Description
DESCRIPTION
DESCRIPTION
Individual isothermal containers are known, in particular bags and cones, intended for the temporary storage of food products such as frozen food, ice cream, which spoil when the temperature exceeds a critical value.
These containers, generally constituted by an envelope of thermally insulating material and provided with a handle, are essentially intended to transport the products in question from the place where they are bought to the place where they are consumed while keeping them for two to three hours at a suitable temperature. They are intended to be discarded after use.
On the other hand, there is no individual isothermal container for keeping and maintaining for eight to ten hours, for example a day, at a temperature below their critical temperature, cosmetic products such as lipsticks, nail polish, mascaras , or pharmaceutical products such as capsules, ampoules which many people have, for aesthetic or medical reasons, permanently on them, and which melt or become inconsistent, or deteriorate when, under the effect of ambient heat, for example in summer on beaches, their temperature reaches a critical value.
The present invention, which aims to fill this gap, relates to an individual isothermal container, for example a bag, a case, a pouch, a beauty case, a box, a suitcase, specially designed for cosmetic products and / or pharmaceuticals, as defined in claim 1.
The single figure of the attached drawing shows, schematically and by way of example, a beach bag which may contain, for example, a lipstick, a mascara and a sunscreen.
This isothermal kit will allow its owner not to be confronted, in spite of the heat, with the unpleasant problem of having to make up or smear the skin with practically unusable products.
The kit shown in the drawing consists of a flexible envelope 10, made of waterproof synthetic fabric, formed by a bottom 11 extending on each side upwards by two walls 12, by two pieces 13, attached laterally, with a closure. Lightning bolt 14 making it possible to join the two upper longitudinal edges 15 and to close the useful space 16 of the kit.
The bottom 11 and the walls 12 are double, so as to delimit in their thickness a compartment 17 extending around the space 16. This compartment 17 is closed at one of its ends and provided, at its other end, a zipper 18. It contains two flat bags 19 arranged symmetrically on each side of the kit, on either side of the space 16 and of the foam 20, to ensure the positioning of the bags 19.
The bags 19 are sealed and each contain a cooling body 20, which is found on the market, which has a high heat capacity and is capable of being brought to a relatively low temperature, for example by being temporarily placed in a freezer. domesticated. In principle, bodies of this type have a gelatinous consistency at room temperature and solidify when brought to a temperature between - 4 and -20 "C.
These bodies 20 constitute cold sources which slow down the heating of the kit placed in a medium at relatively high temperature and maintain for a certain time, of the order of eight to ten hours, at a temperature below their critical temperature the products placed in the pencil case.
To cool the coolers 20, when they have reached room temperature, it is sufficient to remove the bags 19 from the compartment 17 having opened the zipper 18, and place them for a certain time in a freezer. They are then replaced in their compartment 17 and the zipper 18 is closed.
The invention is obviously not limited to the embodiment shown in the drawing and described above.
In particular, Velcro closures could be used in place of slider closures.
Furthermore, the bags 19 could be placed by the manufacturer in a fully closed compartment 17, that is to say without opening means.
One could also imagine eliminating the sachets 19 and providing, still during manufacture, compartments 17 fully closed and sealed containing a cooling body 20.
In these two cases, the coolers 20 will be cooled by periodically placing the entire kit in a low temperature environment. The bags 19 of the embodiment shown in the drawing can be opaque or transparent. Their colors or that of the cooling body may be chosen so as to be in harmony with the colors of the envelope 10.
The invention may also constitute a rigid container, for example a beauty case for cosmetic products or an ad hoc box for pharmaceutical products.
For pharmaceutical products, the container according to the invention may consist of a rigid box, formed of two articulated or nested parts, one of which may constitute the body of the box, the other a cover.
The useful space can, in this case, be divided into boxes provided for medicines (capsules, ampoules, etc.) and possibly for instruments (syringe, etc.). The container may constitute a doctor's bag. The compartment (s) 17 may be provided either in one of the parts constituting the box, or in both.
The closure means of the container and / or of the compartment (s) 17 may be constituted by point or linear elastic pressure elements constituted for example, in the latter case, by flexible strips of complementary profiles releasably engaging one in the other.
