BESCHREIBUNG
Die Erfindung betrifft eine tragbare Hilfsvorrichtung für Maler arbeiten bestehend aus einer Halterung für Abdeckpapierrollen, einem Rahmen mit Lagern für die Papierrollenhalterung und einem über der Papierrolle angeordneten Tragbügel sowie Stützfüssen.
Bauhandwerker, insbesondere Maler, benötigen bei der Ausführung von Maler- und Bauarbeiten Abdeckpapier, welches zumeist auf Rollen angeliefert wird. Es sind tragbare Hilfsvorrichtungen bekannt, welche das Abrollen und Abtrennen von Papierbahnen in der gewünschten Länge ab solchen Rollen ermöglichen. Diese Hilfs einrichtungen weisen eine Halterung auf, welche durch den Kern der Papierrolle gesteckt wird und dadurch die Lagerung für die Papierrolle bildet. Diese Halterung ist ihrerseits beidseitig in Lagern abgestützt, welche in einem Rahmen aus Stahlrohr angeordnet sind.
Dieser Rahmen weist unterhalb der Papierrolle zwei Stützfüsse und über der Papierrolle einen Tragbügel auf. Zusätzlich ist am Rahmen eine Einrichtung angeordnet, welche am Mantel der Papierrolle anliegt und eine Reisskante zum Abreissen des Papiers aufweist. Ergänzend weisen derartige Hilfseinrichtungen zumeist auch noch eine Abrolleinrichtung für Klebbänder auf, mittels welcher eine Längskante der Papierbahnen beim Abrollen mit einem Klebband bestockt wird. Zusätzlich zu dieser Hilfseinrichtung benötigt der Handwerker auch noch eine kleine Leiter, welche ihm insbesondere bei Innenarbeiten in Räumen das Arbeiten über der Kopfhöhe ermöglicht. Mit den übrigen Arbeitsmitteln, wie Farbkesseln usw., muss der Handwerker jeweils bei einem Wechsel des Arbeitsplatzes eine Mehrzahl von Geräten transportieren und verliert dadurch wertvolle Arbeitszeit. Gerade beim Aufhängen von Abdeckpapier, z.
B. beim Streichen von Deckenflächen in Räumen, müssen Leiter und Papierrollenhalter häufig und in kurzen Abständen von Platz zu Platz geschafft werden. Neben dem Zeitaufwand, welcher durch das Verschieben von mehreren Einzelgeräten entsteht, besteht ein weiterer Nachteil darin, dass mehrere Geräte angeschafft werden müssen, um die Arbeit ausführen zu können.
Es ist Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung, eine tragbare Hilfsvorrichtung zu schaffen, welche das Arbeiten mit Abdeckpapier er Ieichtert, Umstell- und Transportzeiten bei der Verschiebung des Arbeitsplatzes einspart und bei einfacher und kostengünstiger Ausgestaltung mehrere Arbeitsgeräte in einem vereinigt.
Diese Aufgabe wird dadurch gelöst, dass am Rahmen der Hilfs vorrichtung eine Standplatte lose angeordnet ist, diese Standplatte an der Unterseite mit zwei Führungselementen versehen ist, diese
Führungselemente mit dem Tragbügel eine formschlüssige Verbin dung bilden, und die Standplatte von oben auf den Tragbügel auf schiebbar ist und auf dem Tragbügel aufliegt.
Um eine einfache Handhabung der Hilfsvorrichtung zu gewährleisten, weisen nach einer weiteren Ausbildung der Erfindung die Führungselemente einen U-förmigen Querschnitt auf, die offenen
Seiten der Führungselemente sind gegen das Zentrum der Standplatte gerichtet und die Elemente umschliessen den Tragbügel dreiseitig.
Zusätzlich sind an den Stützfüssen Halterungen angeordnet, und die Standplatte weist Aussparungen auf, welche mit den Halterungen zusammenwirken.
In weiterer Ausgestaltung der Erfindung ist die obere Fläche der Standplatte in aufgesteckter Position mindestens 250 mm von der Standfläche der Stützfüsse entfernt.
Der Vorteil einer derartigen Hilfsvorrichtung besteht darin, dass die auf den Tragbügel aufgesteckte Standplatte als Trittfläche beim Arbeiten über der normalen Kopfhöhe dient. Zum Transport der Hilfsvorrichtung kann die Standplatte vom Tragbügel abgehoben, um 180 verschwenkt und auf die an den Stützfüssen angeordneten Halterungen aufgesteckt werden. Die Hilfsvorrichtung kann nun am Tragbügel angehoben und zum neuen Arbeitsplatz getragen werden.
Die Standplatte behindert weder in der Transportposition noch in der auf den Tragbügel aufgesteckten Position das Abrollen und Abreissen von Abdeckpapier von der Papierrolle. Der Handwerker, wobei insbesondere Maler und Tapezierer in Frage kommen, kann nun wesentlich schneller arbeiten, da er am gleichen Ort, wo er eine Papierbahn von der Papierrolle auf die gewünschte Länge abreisst, ein erhöhtes Arbeitspodest zur Verfügung hat und ohne weitere Handgriffe und Zusatzgeräte die Abdeckbahn auch in erhöhter Position anbringen kann. Auch bei längeren Transportwegen zwischen zwei Arbeitsstellen wird erheblich Zeit eingespart, da nur ein Gerät transportiert werden muss, welches gleichzeitig Abrollgerät für das Abdeckpapier und Arbeitspodest für Arbeiten in erhöhter Position bildet.
Im folgenden wird ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung anhand der Zeichnungen näher erläutert. Es zeigen:
Fig. 1 die Ansicht einer Hilfseinrichtung mit auf den Tragbügel aufgesteckter Standplatte, und
Fig. 2 die Seitenansicht der Hilfsvorrichtung gemäss Fig. 1 mit Abrolleinrichtung für das Klebband.
Die Hilfsvorrichtung gemäss Fig. 1 und 2 besteht aus einem Rahmen 1, welcher mit zwei Stützfüssen 7, 8 und einem Tragbügel 2 versehen ist. Der Rahmen 1 weist zwei Lagerungen 5, 6 auf, in welchen eine Halterung 3 abgestützt ist. Diese Halterung 3 wird aus einer runden Welle gebildet, welche um die Achse 23 drehbar ist.
Auf der Halterung 3 ist eine Rolle 4 aus Abdeckpapier gelagert, welche mit der Halterung 3 um die Achse 23 gedreht werden kann.
Im weiteren ist am Rahmen 1 eine Reisseinrichtung 21 mit einer Reisskante 22 angeordnet, welche das Abtrennen von Papierbahnen ermöglicht, welche von der Rolle 4 abgerollt werden.
Auf den Tragbügel 2 ist eine Standplatte 9 aufgesteckt, deren Länge und Breite so gewählt sind, dass sie als bequeme Standfläche dienen kann. Die Standplatte 9 liegt mit ihrer Unterseite 12 auf dem Tragbügel 2 auf, und Führungselemente 10, 11, welche an beiden Seiten der Standplatte 9 angeordnet sind, gewährleisten eine formschlüssige Verbindung zwischen Standplatte 9 und Tragbügel 2.
Diese Führungselemente 10, 11 weisen einen U-förmigen Querschnitt auf, wobei die offene Seite 13, 14 des Querschnitts gegen die Mitte der Standplatte 9 gerichtet ist. Dadurch umschliessen diese Führungselemente 10, 11 die Eckbereiche des Tragbügels 2 auf drei Seiten und ermöglichen ein einfaches Anbringen und Entfernen der Standplatte 9 auf dem Tragbügel 2.
Wird die Standplatte 9 nicht als Trittfläche benötigt, kann die Standplatte 9 mit den an ihr befestigten Führungselementen 10, 11 vom Tragbügel 2 abgezogen werden. Für die Aufbewahrung bei Transport oder Nichtgebrauch wird die Standplatte um 180 gedreht, so dass die obere Fläche 19 gegen die Stützfüsse 7, 8 gerichtet und auf diese abgelegt ist. An den Stützfüssen 7, 8 sind Halterungen 15, 16 angeordnet, welche im dargestellten Beispiel durch runde Zapfen gebildet sind. In der Standplatte 9 sind Aussparungen 17, 18 in der Form von Bohrungen angeordnet, welche etwas grösser als die Zapfen 15, 16 sind und mit diesen zusammenwirken. Die derart auf den Stützfüssen 7, 8 abgelegte Standplatte 9 ist für den Transport und die Aufbewahrung des Gerätes einwandfrei gesichert und kann nicht verlorengehen.
Der mit diesem Hilfsgerät arbeitende Handwerker kann bei abgelegter Standplatte 9 die Hilfseinrichtung am Tragbügel 2 mit den Händen ergreifen und leicht von einem Arbeitsplatz zum anderen tragen. Muss er am neuen Arbeitsplatz Abdeckpapier in einer Arbeitshöhe anbringen, welche über dem Griffbereich seiner Hände ist, kann er die Standplatte 9 auf den Tragbügel 2 aufstecken, auf der oberen Fläche 19, welche nun eine Arbeitsplattform bildet, stehen und das Abdeckpapier bequem in der gewünschten Höhe anbringen. Im gezeigten Beispiel ist die obere Fläche 19 etwa 400 mm höher angeordnet als die Standfläche 20 der Stützfüsse 7, 8. Damit werden praktisch alle heute üblichen Raumhöhen in den Griffbereich eines Handwerkers gerückt.
Die dargestellte Einrichtung weist gemäss Fig. 2 noch eine Halterung 24 für Klebbandrollen 25 auf. Die Halterung 24 weist zusätzliche, nicht dargestellte Einstelleinrichtungen für die Positionierung der Klebbandrolle 25 auf, damit das Klebband in der gewünschten Position auf eine der Kanten der Abdeckpapierrolle 4 ausgerichtet werden kann. Bei Beginn der Arbeit wird ein Ende des Klebbandes so an der Kante der Papierbahn angeordnet, dass ein Teil des Klebbandes übersteht. Beim Abziehen von Papierbahnen von der Rolle 4 wird gleichzeitig Klebband mitabgezogen, und nach dem Abreissen der Papierbahn ist diese bereits mit dem benötigten Klebband versehen. Es ist offensichtlich, dass diese bekannte Vorrichtung in Verbindung mit der lösbaren Standplatte 9 erhebliche Zeiteinsparungen und Arbeitserleichterungen mit sich bringt.
Zudem kommt der Handwerker beim Fehlen einer Leiter nicht mehr in Versuchung, allfällige gefährliche Hilfsgegenstände als Trittflächen zu benutzen.

It is an object of the present invention to provide a portable auxiliary device which makes it easier to work with masking paper, saves changeover and transport times when moving the work station, and combines several tools in a simple and inexpensive embodiment.
This object is achieved in that a stand plate is loosely arranged on the frame of the auxiliary device, this stand plate is provided on the underside with two guide elements, these

The base plate does not hinder the unrolling and tearing of masking paper from the paper roll, neither in the transport position nor in the position attached to the mounting bracket. The craftsman, especially painters and decorators, can now work much faster because he has an elevated work platform at the same place where he tears a paper web from the paper roll to the desired length and without any additional handles and additional equipment Cover sheet can also attach in an elevated position. The auxiliary device according to FIGS. 1 and 2 consists of a frame 1, which is provided with two support feet 7, 8 and a support bracket 2. The frame 1 has two bearings 5, 6, in which a holder 3 is supported. This bracket 3 is formed from a round shaft which is rotatable about the axis 23.
A roller 4 made of masking paper is mounted on the holder 3 and can be rotated about the axis 23 with the holder 3.
Furthermore, a tearing device 21 with a tearing edge 22 is arranged on the frame 1, which enables the separation of paper webs which are unrolled from the roll 4.
A support plate 9 is plugged onto the support bracket 2, the length and width of which are selected such that it can serve as a comfortable base. The base plate 9 rests with its underside 12 on the support bracket 2, and guide elements 10, 11, which are arranged on both sides of the base plate 9, ensure a positive connection between the base plate 9 and the support bracket 2.
These guide elements 10, 11 have a U-shaped cross section, the open side 13, 14 of the cross section being directed towards the center of the base plate 9. As a result, these guide elements 10, 11 enclose the corner regions of the support bracket 2 on three sides and enable the base plate 9 to be easily attached and removed on the support bracket 2.
If the base plate 9 is not required as a step surface, the base plate 9 with the guide elements 10, 11 attached to it can be pulled off the support bracket 2. For storage during transport or when not in use, the base plate is rotated by 180 so that the upper surface 19 is directed against the support feet 7, 8 and is placed thereon. On the support feet 7, 8 brackets 15, 16 are arranged, which are formed by round pins in the example shown. In the base plate 9, recesses 17, 18 are arranged in the form of bores, which are somewhat larger than the pins 15, 16 and interact with them. The stand plate 9 deposited in this way on the support feet 7, 8 is properly secured for the transport and storage of the device and cannot be lost.
The craftsman working with this auxiliary device can take the auxiliary device on the support bracket 2 with his hands when the base plate 9 is put down and carry it easily from one workstation to another. If he has to apply masking paper at a new working height, which is above the grip area of his hands, he can put the base plate 9 on the support bracket 2, stand on the upper surface 19, which now forms a working platform, and the masking paper comfortably in the desired position Attach height. In the example shown, the upper surface 19 is arranged approximately 400 mm higher than the standing surface 20 of the support feet 7, 8. It is obvious that this known device in connection with the detachable base plate 9 brings with it considerable time savings and easier work.
In addition, if a ladder is missing, the craftsman is no longer tempted to use any dangerous auxiliary objects as treads.
