Abstract

The key holder (1) comprises a body (7) having a key ring (3) secured to it and provided with an elongate slot open at one end. A writing instrument (5), e.g. a ball point pen, is mounted on the body portion by a mounding device (11,15) enabling the writing instrument to be slid along. The pen is pivoted within the elongate slot to allow movement of the writing instrument between a rest position and a writing position.

Scopo del presente trovato è realizzare un portachiavi dotato di una penna a sfera da estrarre e da utilizzare evitando però inconvenienti di fissaggio e di stabilità sia quando la penna è estratta ed è in posizione di scrittura, sia quando la penna è in posizione di riposo, dando luogo ad un portachiavi a corpo compatto, liscio e non ingombrante. Il portachiavi in oggetto è un portachiavi a forma di corpo piano parallelepipedo ad un lato del quale è applicato l'anello portachiavi vero e proprio e recante in detto corpo una penna a sfera estraibile, anch'essa di forma rettangolare piana, atta ad essere utilizzata quando fatta uscire mediante ribaltamento e scorrimento dal corpo piano porta-penna mentre in posizione di riposo essa giace interamente all'interno di detto corpo piano costituente il portachiavi, caratterizzato dal fatto che il corpo piano porta-penna a sfera è costituito ad U, all'interno delle gambe della quale U sono previsti due pernetti di incernieramento sporgenti normali rispetto alle gambe di detta U, volti verso l'interno, e sui quali è incernierato rotante e scorrevole un corpo di penna a sfera, di forma sostanzialmente parallelepipeda, sui bordi del quale corpo, corrispondente ai lati minori della sezione, corrono longitudinalmente almeno due scanalature, atte ad essere accoppiate con i pernetti di incernieramento sovradescritti allo scopo di permettere e la rotazione e lo scorrimento assiale di detto corpo di penna rispetto al corpo piano porta-penna al fine di permetterne l'estrazione e il fissaggio in posizione di scrittura come pure la rimessa in loco in posizione 'di riposo a scrittura avvenuta.
