BESCHREIBUNG
Die Erfindung geht aus von einem Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Auszugsschale gemäss dem Oberbegriff des Patentanspruches 1 und einer Auszugsschale nach dem Oberbegriff des Patentanspruches 2.
In der Möbelindustrie, insbesondere Küchenmöbelindustrie, werden Möbelelemente (Schrankelemente) vermehrt als Funktionselemente ausgestattet. Das heisst, man baut nicht mehr nur Schränke mit Tablaren, sondern montiert hinter den Elementen, die mit scharnierten Türen versehen sind, Auszugssysteme, die den Bedienungskomfort erhöhen.
Solche Auszugssysteme, für welche in den Möbelelementen zwei parallele an den gegenüberliegenden Innenwänden angebrachte Führungsschienen dienen, sind von verschiedenen Arten.
a. Schublade hinter der Tür (ein sogenannter englischer
Zug), b. Tablarauszug, c. Korbauszug, der manchmal mit einer bis etwa mindestens zur Hälfte der Korbhöhe reichenden Einlageschale aus
Kunststoff versehen ist, und d. Gestellauszug.
Bei allen diesen Auszugssystemen besteht die Gefahr, dass beim Ausziehen des Auszuges oder beim Zuschlagen der Tür während des mindestens teilweise ausgezogenen Auszuges die Innenwand der Tür aufgeschrammt und so beschädigt wird. Am häufigsten geschieht dies, wenn die Tür nicht ganz rechtwinklig geöffnet ist, wie in der Figur 1, die den Stand der Technik darstellt, gezeigt ist.
Um die Beschädigung der Innenwand der Tür zu vermeiden, wird auf die Vorderkante der Auszugsprofile des Auszuges eine elastisch nachgiebige Masse, z. B. aus Kunststoff, angebracht oder aufgespritzt. Eine weitere bekannte Mass nahme zur Verhinderung der Beschädigung der Innenwand der scharnierten Tür besteht darin, dass die vorderen Enden der Auszugsprofile mit Türabweisrollen versehen sind, die ebenfalls in Figur 1 ersichtlich sind. Beide diese bekannten
Massnahmen verteuern aber die Herstellungskosten der
Auszüge.
Der in den Ansprüchen 1 und 2 angegebenen Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Auszugsschale nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruches 1 vorzuschlagen und eine im Verfahren hergestellte Auszugsschale zu schaffen, durch welche die nachteiligen Probleme der bekannten Auszugssysteme beseitigt werden. Dabei sollen die Herstellungskosten unter denjenigen z. B. eines Korbauszuges mit den an den Auszugsprofilen befestigten Türabweisrollen und einer Kunststoffeinlageschale liegen.
Diese Aufgabe wird durch die kennzeichnenden Merkmale des Patentanspruches 1 und des Patentanspruches 2 gelöst.
Die Erfindung wird nachstehend anhand der Zeichnung beispielsweise näher erläutert. Es zeigen:

An den gegenüberliegenden Innenwänden eines Schrankelementes 10 mit einer scharnierten Tür 11 sind Distanzbügel 16 angebracht, an welchen die Führungsschienen 9 befestigt sind. Durch die Distanzbügel 16 wird das Vorstehen der in die lichte Weite einragenden Tür 11 überbrückt. Der bekannte Auszugskorb 12, in welchen in manchen Fällen eine Kunststoffeinlageschale eingesetzt wird, damit die in den Korb eingelegte Ware oder Gegenstände nicht durch das Korbgitter durchfallen können, ist in den Führungsschienen 9 auf Auszugsprofilen 7 aus- und hineinschiebbar. Die vorderen Enden der Auszugsprofile 7 sind mit Türabweisrollen 13 versehen, die mit Vorteil aus Kunststoff bestehen.
In der Figur 2 ist eine einstückige Schale 1 mit abgekröpften Rändern dargestellt, welche Schale aus Kunststoff tiefgezogen wurde. Mit dem abgekröpften Rand 4 jeder langen Seitenwand 2 der tiefgezogenen Schale 1 wurde ein Auszugsprofil 7 aus Blech vernietet. Jedes Auszugsprofil 7 weist auf seinem einen Ende eine Führungsrolle 8 auf, welche Rollen beim Ausziehen oder Hineinschieben der Auszugsschale in den Führungsschienen 9 des Schrankelementes 10 laufen.
Der abgekröpfte Rand der den Auszugsprofilrollen 8 gegenüberliegenden kurzen Seitenwand 3 bildet eine Griffleiste 5, die aus der Figur 2 gut ersichtlich ist. Die Breite dieser Griffleiste 5 ist um etwas grösser als die Breite der Schale 1 mit den vernieteten Auszugsprofilen 7. Die Endteile 6 der Griffleiste 5 sind abgerundet, wobei jeder abgerundete Endteil 6 das Auszugsprofil 7 seitlich überragt. Der Radius r jedes abgerundeten Endteiles 6 beträgt mindestens 10 mm, mit Vorteil 15-20 mm.
Durch die abgerundeten Endteile 6 mit einem verhältnismässig grossen Radius wird die Beschädigung der Tür beim Ausziehen der Auszugsschale verhindert; die durch die Endteile der Griffleiste 5 von vorne abgedeckten vorderen Enden der Auszugsprofile 7 können jetzt nicht mehr gegen die teilweise geöffnete Tür 11 stossen. Da die gesamte Schale 1 aus Kunststoff besteht, gleiten die abgerundeten Endteile 6 ela stisch nachgiebig an der Innenwand der teilweise geöffneten oder zugeschlagenen Tür 11, ohne dass die Innenwand be schädigt wird.
Im Schnitt nach der Figur 3 ist die Griffleiste 5 gut sicht bar. Die Griffleiste 5 erhöht den Bedingungskomfort. Im
Schnitt nach der Figur 4 ist der abgekröpfte Rand 4 der lan gen Seitenwand 2 der Schale 1 dargestellt, an welchem Rand das Auszugsprofil 7 durch Nieten 14 befestigt ist.
Die Schale lässt sich in verschiedenen Schalenbreiten oder -tiefen in Werkzeugen tiefziehen, welche Tiefziehwerk zeuge gegenüber z. B. Spritzwerkzeugen um ein Mehrfaches billiger sind. Die aus Kunststoff tiefgezogene Schale kommt billiger zu stehen als ein Korb mit Türabweisrollen und einer Kunststoffeinlegeschale. Durch die Ausbildung der Griffleiste, durch welche die vorderen Enden der Auszugsprofile der Auszugsschale abgedeckt sind, erübrigen sich die üblichen Türabweisrollen. Dabei ist die Sicherung gegen die Beschädigung der Tür durch die abgerundeten Endteile der Griffleiste grösser als bei den Türabweisrollen. Die aus Kunststoff tiefgezogene Schale, die in verschiedenen Farben hergestellt werden kann, wirkt sich ästhetisch aus.

In the furniture industry, in particular kitchen furniture industry, furniture elements (cabinet elements) are increasingly equipped as functional elements. This means that you no longer just build cabinets with shelves, but pull-out systems behind the elements that are fitted with hinged doors, which increase ease of use.
Such pull-out systems, for which two parallel guide rails attached to the opposite inner walls serve in the furniture elements, are of different types.
a. Drawer behind the door (a so-called English
Train), b. Drawer pull-out, c. Basket pull-out, sometimes with an insert tray reaching up to at least half of the basket height

With all of these pull-out systems, there is a risk that when the pull-out is pulled or the door slams while the pull-out is at least partially pulled out, the inner wall of the door will be scratched and thus damaged. This happens most frequently when the door is not opened completely at right angles, as shown in FIG. 1, which represents the prior art.
In order to avoid damaging the inside wall of the door, an elastically flexible mass, e.g. B. made of plastic, attached or sprayed. Another known measure to prevent damage to the inner wall of the hinged door is that the front ends of the pull-out profiles are provided with door bumpers, which are also shown in Figure 1. The invention specified in claims 1 and 2 is based on the object of proposing a method for producing a pull-out tray according to the preamble of claim 1 and to provide a pull-out tray produced in the process by means of which the disadvantageous problems of the known pull-out systems are eliminated. The manufacturing costs should be below those z. B. a basket pull-out with the door deflection rollers attached to the pull-out profiles and a plastic insert tray.
This object is achieved by the characterizing features of patent claim 1 and patent claim 2.

On the opposite inner walls of a cabinet element 10 with a hinged door 11, spacers 16 are attached, to which the guide rails 9 are attached. The protrusion of the door 11 projecting into the clear width is bridged by the spacer bracket 16. The known pull-out basket 12, in which a plastic insert tray is used in some cases so that the goods or objects placed in the basket cannot fall through the basket grille, can be pushed out and pushed in on the guide rails 9 on pull-out profiles 7. The front ends of the pull-out profiles 7 are provided with door deflection rollers 13, which are advantageously made of plastic.
FIG. 2 shows a one-piece shell 1 with bent edges, which shell was deep-drawn from plastic. A pull-out profile 7 made of sheet metal was riveted to the cranked edge 4 of each long side wall 2 of the deep-drawn shell 1. Each pull-out profile 7 has a guide roller 8 at one end, which rollers run in the guide rails 9 of the cabinet element 10 when the pull-out tray is pulled out or pushed in.
The cranked edge of the short side wall 3 opposite the pull-out profile rollers 8 forms a grip strip 5, which can be clearly seen in FIG. The width of this grip strip 5 is somewhat larger than the width of the shell 1 with the riveted pull-out profiles 7. The end parts 6 of the grip strip 5 are rounded, each rounded end part 6 projecting laterally beyond the pull-out profile 7. The radius r of each rounded end part 6 is at least 10 mm, advantageously 15-20 mm.
The rounded end parts 6 with a relatively large radius prevent damage to the door when the pull-out tray is pulled out; the front ends of the pull-out profiles 7, which are covered by the end parts of the handle bar 5 from the front, can no longer bump against the partially open door 11. Since the entire shell 1 is made of plastic, the rounded end parts 6 slide ela stically resiliently on the inner wall of the partially opened or slammed door 11 without the inner wall being damaged.

Section according to FIG. 4 shows the cranked edge 4 of the long side wall 2 of the shell 1, to which edge the pull-out profile 7 is fastened by rivets 14.
The shell can be deep-drawn in different shell widths or depths in tools. B. injection molds are several times cheaper. The deep-drawn plastic shell is cheaper to buy than a basket with door deflectors and a plastic insert. The design of the handle bar, through which the front ends of the pull-out profiles of the pull-out tray are covered, eliminates the need for the usual door deflection rollers. The protection against damage to the door by the rounded end parts of the handle bar is greater than that of the door deflection rollers. The deep-drawn plastic bowl, which can be made in different colors, has an aesthetic effect.
