PATENTANSPRUCH

PATENT CLAIM
Cladding element with nail points for façade surfaces made of fiber-reinforced concrete or synthetic resin concrete with a visible surface in the manner of rough rough sand-lime brick masonry with partially open deep joints in the front panel part and a slanted panel part offset by the thickness of the front panel part, which is offset in the longitudinal direction by more than a joint width and in the longitudinal and transverse directions by a joint width is larger than the front plate part, characterized in that the bevelled rear plate part (2) with a tapered edge on the longitudinal edge and undercuts (9) not covered by the front plate part (1) in the region of the deep-lying joints (4), on its edge and at the nail points (3) on the back, reinforcements (5), between which there are recesses (6) which are in the area (7),
where both plate parts overlap, are recessed, and the front plate part (1) has recesses (8) on the back for receiving nail heads.
The invention relates to a cladding element with nail points for facade surfaces made of fiber-reinforced concrete or synthetic resin concrete with a visible surface in the manner of a rough rough sand-lime brickwork with partially open deep joints in the front plate part and a sloping plate part offset to the rear of the thickness of the front plate part, which in Staggered in the longitudinal direction by more than a joint width and in the longitudinal and transverse directions by a joint width larger than the front plate part.
Such a cladding element is the subject of GM 8015016. The plate part which is set back is smooth on both sides and, apart from the edge formation, is of uniform thickness. It has now been shown that this element can break at certain points during transport as well as during handling on site, specifically in the area of the deep-lying joints in the center of the panel. The nail points are also dangerous points during assembly. A significant increase in the panel thickness, in particular of the rear panel part, is not possible because of the enormous weight increase and its effect on the substructure and the assembly itself. There is also the risk that protruding nail heads hinder a dense, flat, level laying of the elements.
It was therefore the task of developing an equally large cladding element of the type described above with increased strength at the critical points at the same weight, the laying of which to a driving rainproof facade is possible without difficulty.
The object is achieved according to the invention in that the bevelled rear plate part with a tapered edge has reinforcements on the longitudinal edge not covered by the front plate part and undercuts in the region of the deep joints, on its edge and at the nail points on the back, between which there are recesses , which are recessed in the area where both plate parts overlap, and the front plate part of which has recesses on the back for receiving nail heads.
This special design of the rear plate part makes it possible to increase the strength of the cladding element by more than twice the value with the same weight.
1 to 3 show the cladding element according to the invention:
Fig. 1 shows the front view of the element with the front plate part 1, which is divided by partially open joints 4. The rear panel part 2 is larger in height and width by a joint width than the front panel part 1, so that dummy joints are created when laying. The element is nailed onto the substructure with the rear plate part 2. For this purpose, nail desks 3 are pre-drilled in this plate part and reinforced in this area. The undercut 9 additionally achieves a positive locking of the lower plate part in order to prevent the plates from tipping over in the event of wind suction. The front view thus corresponds to that of the element according to GM 8015016.
FIG. 2 shows the rear view of the element with the reinforcement 5 according to the innovation and the recesses 6, 7 and 8 and the reinforcements in the area of the nail points 3 in the rear plate part to increase the strength.
FIG. 3 shows a section through two elements laid one above the other, corresponding to section A-B in FIG. 2.
The circumferential edges of the rear plate part 2 are tapered like the undercut 9 for the lower plate locking. The rear plate part 2 has the reinforcements 5 and the recesses 6 and 7. The front plate part 1 has a flat recess 8 on the back for receiving the nail heads.
