Description
The invention relates to a concrete slab with a plaster structure.
A concrete slab with a paving structure is known as a walkway slab. A concrete slab of this type cannot be subjected to loads such as occur, for example, in motor vehicle traffic, since this concrete slab would break under such a load and the plaster structure would be destroyed in the process. The known concrete slab cannot be shaken into a sand bed because of its closed bottom.
The present invention has for its object to provide a concrete slab with a paving structure that can be subjected to heavy loads and shaken into a sand bed. This object is achieved according to the invention by the features in the characterizing part of claim 1. Due to the spaces between the cobblestone-like sections, the concrete slab can be shaken into a sand bed. The bridges can be made so strong that they do not break even under the stress of road traffic. However, a section can be separated from the concrete slab by means of a tool or the concrete slab can be divided in order to adapt it to a predetermined installation area. The webs form predetermined breaking points. The paving structure of the concrete slab can be designed such that when laying the slabs, possibly using additional mirror-image-formed slabs, the impression of a natural stone paving consisting of paving stone-like parts is created, since the webs become invisible when embedded in the sand bed. The concrete slab according to the invention does not require any specially trained skilled workers to lay it, such as the production of natural stone paving. The concrete slab is inexpensive to manufacture and to lay inexpensively, so that the use of the concrete slab according to the invention is considerably cheaper to achieve a natural stone pavement covering than the production of a natural stone pavement from individual paving stones.
With the help of the features of claim 5, the paving stone-like sections of the base plate on the top can be given the appearance and hardness of a natural stone paving if granite, basalt, quartz, porphyry, melaphyr or the like is used as the facing material for the top of the sections.
Es zeigen Further advantages result from the remaining claims, the description and the drawing. In this two concrete slabs are shown schematically as exemplary embodiments of the subject matter of the invention. Show it
Fig. 1 eine Draufsicht auf eine nicht eingebettete Betonplatte, 1 is a plan view of a non-embedded concrete slab,
III-III bzw. IV-IV in Fig. 1, 2 to 4 sections along the lines II-II or III-III or IV-IV in Fig. 1,
Fig. 5 eine Draufsicht auf eine eingebettete Betonplatte, 5 is a plan view of an embedded concrete slab,
6 and 7 are a plan view of a second embodiment and a side view thereof.
The concrete slab designed according to the invention has paving stone-like sections 1 which, depending on the pattern to be laid, can be of the same or different design seen in plan view. There is a joint 2 between two sections 1. The sections 1 are connected to one another by means of webs 3. As can be seen from FIGS. 2 to 4, the concrete slab consists of a lower layer 4 of core concrete and an upper layer of facing concrete. The facing concrete can have aggregates made of granite, basalt, quartz, porphyry, melaphyr or the like.
The height of the webs 3 corresponds approximately to the height of the lower layer 4. The webs 3 are, as is apparent from FIG. 3, approximately rectangular in cross section. The length of the web attached to one side of a section 1 or the sum of the lengths of the webs attached to it along the joint 2 between two sections 1 is approximately equal to 0.6 to 0.25 times the width of this side of the plaster-like section 1 The joints 2 and thus the distances between the individual paving stone-like sections 1 are so large that the concrete slab can be shaken into a sand bed. The webs 3 cannot be seen in the vibrated state, and a natural stone pavement-like covering corresponding to FIG. 5 is produced.
The sections 1 are, as can be seen from FIGS. 1 and 5, arranged substantially in an arc shape. Various patterns can be laid with the help of a concrete slab mirror-image to the right side of the concrete slab 1.
The top of the webs 3 is about 2 cm below the top of the sections 1 and the bottom of the webs 3 is approximately at the level of the bottom of the concrete slab. Concrete slabs can be produced in various dimensions using the vibrating process, which range from 40 cm to 60 cm to 100 cm to 150 cm. Smaller concrete slabs can be laid by hand, larger concrete slabs mechanically, in particular using hydraulic devices. The concrete slab is about 8 cm thick and the bridge is about 6 cm high.
Die Nocken 5 stehen deshalb weniger als die Hälfte der sich längs der Fuge 6 and 7, the concrete slab consists of two individual pieces 1 a, which are connected to one another by a web 3 a. Spacer cams 5 are arranged on the outside of the concrete slab, two identical spacer cams 5 being provided for each outer side of the individual stones 1 a. The distance cams 5 serve to maintain a distance between two concrete slabs which corresponds to the distance determined by the web 3a. The cams 5 are therefore less than half of the length of the joint

2 between two individual bridges extending webs 3 a. The spacer cam 5 is curved on its upper side in the manner of a truncated cone and does not extend completely over the height of the individual stone la. The web 3a has on its upper side a flat base surface running parallel to the joint, on the sides of which wedge-shaped projections extend up to close to the upper side of the individual stone la. The web 3a delimits on its upper side a groove with a wide base that widens upward in cross section.
Instead of two identical individual stones 1a, two 5 different, individual rectangular stones in plan view, more than two identical individual stones or the like can be provided.
