Abstract

The mechanism makes it possible to initialise the position of the annulus (9) indicating the phases of the moon with the wheel (11) which carries a hand indicating the date. The pinion (23) solid with the wheel (11) drives the toothing (27) of the member (9) by way of the intermediate wheel (24) mounted on the yoke (25) tensioned by its elastic finger (26). The notches (29) at the periphery of the member (9) cooperate with the beak (28b) of the spring (28). When the correction mechanism (32, 33, 34, 35) is actuated, the two members (9 and 11) can be conjointly rotated in one direction whilst the member (9) is arrested in the other direction. The pinion (24) disengages from the toothing (27) and only the member (11) is driven. <IMAGE>
