PATENTANSPRÜCHE
Fig. 1 einen Längsschnitt einer Ausführungsform,
Fig. 2 eine zugehörige Stirnansicht,

PATENT CLAIMS
1. Rigid but detachable pipe connection, characterized in that the two pipe parts (1, 2) are each provided with a transverse web (4, 5) which is located at a distance from the mutual abutment surface and extends approximately according to a diameter, and further that one in this A pair of sleeve parts (6) located at both ends is provided with a pair of diametrically opposite recesses (7), the shape of which is adapted to the cross-sectional shape of the webs to such an extent that mutual rotation of the tube parts is impossible, and that a screw (9 ) is present, which clamps the two webs and thus the two pipe parts against each other.
2. Pipe connection according to claim 1, characterized in that the holes receiving the screw in the two webs, and thus the screw itself, have an axis coinciding with the axis of the pipe parts.
3. Pipe connection according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the sleeve fits practically without play in the pipe parts.
4. Pipe connection according to one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the recesses (7) and the cross section of the webs have a trapezoidal shape, the height of the recesses preferably being greater than that of the web cross section.
5. Pipe connection according to one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the webs (4a) have a circular cross-sectional shape, the recesses (7a), however, a U-shape.
6. Pipe connection according to one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the web (4) in one of the two tube parts has a threaded hole (10) into which the thread of the screw (9) engages.
The invention relates to a rigid but detachable pipe connection; this should make it possible to easily connect two pipe parts to one another in such a way that a rigid structure then exists and, in particular, a mutual rotation of the pipe parts can never take place. Such pipe connections find e.g. Use in garden tables, laundry drying devices with a high central standpipe, but can also be used in a variety of other ways.
The solution is seen primarily in an education as described in claim 1.
With regard to advantageous further developments, reference is made to the dependent claims.
The invention is explained below with reference to the accompanying drawing, for example. Show it:
1 shows a longitudinal section of an embodiment,
2 is an associated end view,
Fig. 3 is a partial section along line III-III of Fig. 1, and
4, 5 and 6 partial sections, which correspond to FIG. 3, of design variants.
1 and 2 denote the two tube parts which are rigidly connected to one another, in particular in a rotationally secure manner.
These tube parts are each provided with a welded-on transverse web 4 or 5 which is at a distance from the mutual abutment surface 3 and runs approximately according to a diameter. One located in this pair of pipe parts
sleeve 6, which fits practically without play, is provided at its two ends with a pair of recesses 7, the shape of which is adapted to the cross-sectional shape of the webs 4 and 5 to such an extent that mutual rotation of the tube parts is impossible. In the embodiment according to FIGS. 1 to 3, it is a trapezoidal shape that closely approximates the rectangular shape, the height of the recesses being greater than that of the web cross section. Instead of the trapezoidal shape, the rectangular shape could be present. 4, the webs like 4a have a circular cross section, the recesses like 7a have a U-shape. 5 shows a variant with a rectangular-round cross-sectional shape of the webs like 4b and a U-shape, with diverging flanks, of the recesses like 7b. In the variant according to FIG. 6 there is a triangular shape of the webs like 4c and the recesses like 7c.
A screw 9 clamps the two webs 4, 5 and thus the two pipe parts 1, 2 against each other. The holes 9 and 10 receiving this screw in the two webs, and thus the screw itself, have an axis coinciding with the axis of the pipe parts. In the example according to FIG. 1, the hole 10 in the web 4 is a threaded hole into which the screw 9 engages. This simplifies assembly compared to a design with a smooth-walled through hole and nut, especially if the pipe part 1 is long; however, such a nut could be glued to web 4.
The pipe connection proposed here is rigid, in particular non-rotatable, and easy to assemble and disassemble. Thanks to the sleeve 6, the pipe parts are also held coaxially.
