Fig. 1 einen Längsschnitt durch einen Abschnitt eines Rohrs und durch eine darin angeordnete Vorrichtung zur Korrosionsschutz-Behandlung, schematisch dargestellt;
Fig. 2 eine Ansicht der Absaugeinrichtung von vorn in Rohrachsrichtung gesehen;
Fig. 3 einen Längsschnitt durch die Kupplung.

4. Apparatus according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the device for recovering the blasting medium has a tow rope attached to the coupling (8) with blocks attached to it at intervals which cause the blasting medium to be kept moving due to the force of gravity along the To drain down the pipe.
The invention relates to a device for anti-corrosion treatment of the inner surface of tubular hollow bodies, for example of large-caliber pipes or pressure shafts of hydropower plants, with a device for abrasive processing of the inner surface of the hollow body which is attached to the traction means and which can be moved in the hollow body and can be moved through the hollow body by means of traction means End facing away has a blasting member rotating about the longitudinal axis for ejecting compressed air containing a granular blasting agent.
The corrosion protection treatment, as the name suggests, has the task of protecting pipes or pressure shafts made of metal, which, for example, guide the water to the turbines in hydropower plants, against corrosion, with successive work steps first removing old paint residues or rust from the inner surface of the Pipes or
Pressure shafts are removed by sandblasting, the inner surface is dedusted in preparation for applying a new coat of paint and finally one or more paint coats are applied. This treatment must be repeated at certain intervals to prevent the occurrence of corrosion damage. During this treatment, the hydropower plant cannot supply any energy, so efforts are therefore made to save money by improving the process and rationalizing the time spent on the work.
When a surface is abrasively processed, sand or another suitable abrasive is usually thrown out of a nozzle against the inner surface of the pipe in a stream of compressed air. Sandblasting machines, in which the compressed air mixed with sand emerges from a rotating nozzle head, are known and are pulled through the pipe or the pressure shaft with the aid of a winch with a very small feed. The sandblasting of a long pipeline therefore takes a very long time and then the sand left in the pipeline must be cleared away if the pipeline is not so steep in the favorable case that the sand gets to the lower pipe end by gravity.
Removing the sand takes about the same time as sandblasting itself and is a fairly difficult job, due to the dust, which is also harmful to health and for which it is difficult to find personnel. In addition to these disadvantages with the previously used method, there is a further disadvantage that, given the long time required for clearing away the sand, the previously sandblasted surface of the pipe begins to rust before the new coat of paint can be applied.
The object underlying the invention was therefore to shorten the time required for the anti-corrosion treatment, so that labor costs are reduced and the power plant also has lower operating losses due to less downtime. The task was to remove the sand at the same time as the sandblasting and to do this by mechanical means, so that very unpleasant work is completely eliminated. In order to get an idea of the scope of this work, it should be mentioned that with a tube length of about 200 meters and a diameter of 65 centimeters after sandblasting there are about 10 tons of sand in this tube. You could now use mechanical means such.
B. with a container connected at both ends with ropes led to the pipe ends, or with the help of already known suction devices. However, these methods take a lot of time after sandblasting and do not prevent moist air from entering the pipeline in the meantime, which leads to rust formation.
The already known sandblasting machines have some chassis with wheels which lie circumferentially distributed on the inner surface of the pipeline, so that the rotating nozzle head rotates on the central axis of the pipeline, so that the nozzles have the same distance from the inner surface of the pipeline everywhere. One can now not simply attach a suction device to the chassis of a known sandblasting machine, because the connection member, which extends towards the opposite end with respect to the winch rope pulling the sandblasting machine, would hinder the movement of the nozzle head of the sandblasting machine.
If the connecting member between a sandblasting machine and a suction device were to be extended directly along the bottom of the pipeline, the part of the pipeline covered by the connecting member would not be caught by the sandblasting and would remain unprocessed.
It has now been found that this problem is solved with a device of the type mentioned at the outset, which has the features set out in claim 1. With the special coupling, the device for recovering the abrasive in the center of the preferably as Dü
can be attached to the sandblasting machine without the hindering of the sandblasting process. The preferred further embodiment of the device according to the invention results from the dependent claims.
An embodiment of the invention is explained below with reference to the drawings. Show it:
Figure 1 schematically shows a longitudinal section through a section of a tube and through a device for corrosion protection treatment arranged therein.
Figure 2 is a view of the suction device seen from the front in the tube axis direction.
Fig. 3 shows a longitudinal section through the clutch.
1, a device 1 for abrasively processing the inner surface of a pipe 2 is attached to a rope 3, which is pulled by a winch, not shown in the drawing. The device 1 for abrasive processing, hereinafter referred to briefly as a sandblasting machine, has a chassis with wheels 4 which are supported on the inner surface of the tube 2. The sandblasting machine 1 has at the end facing away from the traction cable 3 a blasting member 5 in the form of a nozzle head which rotates according to the recoil principle when sand mixed with compressed air is supplied to the sandblasting machine 6 via a compressed air hose 6.
The sand is thrown against the inner surface of the pipe 2 under high pressure and is then deposited on the bottom of the pipe 2, where a pile of sand 7 extending over the pipe length remains.
A coupling 8 is flanged onto the front end of the jet element 5 designed as a nozzle head. The part of the coupling 8 which rotates together with the nozzle head 5 is designed as a housing 8a which is flanged to the nozzle head 5, and in which housing the other coupling part 8b designed as a pull rod is mounted by means of a radial bearing 9 and an axial bearing 10, so that the housing 8a can rotate about the non-rotating pull rod 8b. A cable 11 is fastened to the pull rod 8b of the coupling 8, at the end of which a funnel-like digging container 12 of a device for the recovery of the sand, designated overall by 13, is fastened.
This device also has a suction hose 14, which extends through the entire tube 2 to an outside of the tube at the end arranged vacuum source, not shown in the drawing. Parallel to the suction hose 14, which consists of individual sections connected by coupling pieces, is a tether 15, the end of which is attached to the digging container 12 and which has the task of carrying the suction hose 14 with it so that it is not burdened by tensile forces. In addition, the rope 15 also serves other tasks after sandblasting has ended, as will be explained below. Due to the strong suction force, the suction hose 14 conveys all sand out of the pipe 2, the funnel-like container 12 only serving to guide the sand distributed over the width of the pipe sole into the hose.
The rope 15 parallel to the suction hose 14 also has the task of being able to pull the sandblasting machine 1, which has arrived at the upper end of a pipe 2 to be processed, back to the lower pipe end after the sandblasting has ended. In this case, only compressed air without sand is then fed to the sandblasting machine 1 in order to dedust the inner surface of the tube 2, the dust being discharged towards the lower end of the tube.
The coupling 8, which can be connected to the sandblasting machine 1 on the axis of rotation of the blasting member 5, also enables a further practical operation in addition to this dedusting process if the pipe 2 to be processed has just such an inclination in the borderline case that the sand which remains is moved to the lower end of the pipe by sufficient movement trickles down. In this case, only a tow rope is attached to the sandblasting machine 1 by means of the coupling 8, on which blocks forming thickenings are attached at intervals, which keep the sand in motion and which are provided with small rollers and are therefore easy to move.
