PATENTANSPRÜCHE

PATENT CLAIMS

2. Reinforcement element according to claim 1, characterized in that the hook-shaped loop (4) extends substantially circularly over at least 1800, so that at least two point-like contact surfaces (6, 7, 8) with the concrete formwork (5) on the loop (4) possible are.
3. Reinforcement element according to claim 2, characterized in that the loop (4) of the spacer (3) extends in a plane which extends obliquely to the longitudinal axis of the edge bar (2).
4. Reinforcement element according to one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that each spacer (3) consists of a stainless material.
The invention relates to a reinforcement element for concrete with several spacers formed by round bar pieces and protruding on two sides over imaginary boundary surfaces of the reinforcement element, which are intended to distance the reinforcement element from two parts of a concrete formwork arranged at an angle to one another.
Reinforcement elements of this type, which can be found, for example, in GB-PS 1 343 109, are only fitted with the spacer during installation at the construction site.
Prefabrication or assembly of the spacers during production is hardly possible because the reinforcement elements can hardly be stacked. Because the spacers are attached to the construction site during installation at an unfavorable time in the workflow.
done, it has already been proposed to provide a reinforcement element at selected points with U-shaped bent round bar pieces (AT-PS 304 835), which are welded to a reinforcing bar with both ends and rest with the bent part on the formwork, the one Point of contact with the floor formwork included.
In the contact area, a rust protection covering can be made, for example
Plastic. This proposal dispenses with the possibility of two-sided spacing in favor of faster installation and only the floor clearance was specified.
It is therefore an object of the invention to provide a reinforcement element of the type mentioned in the
Laying of floor and side distance are fixed at the construction site without additional measures.
According to the invention, this is achieved in that one end of each spacer is bent into an open, approximately hook-shaped loop and its other end at one
Edge bar of the reinforcement element is welded on.
The ends of the arranged on the reinforcement bar
Spacers are available because their loops are two-sided
Distance, not perpendicular to one
Boundary surface from the reinforcement bar, so that reinforcement elements according to the invention, such as mats or
Lattice girders, stack them and above all let them get detached from the stack without getting caught. Since it has also been shown that the spacers are not bent or broken despite the one-sided load during laying and concrete placement, there are no difficulties in welding the spacers during the manufacture of the reinforcement elements, so that considerable laying time is saved.
This advantage is further increased if the distance to the second side formwork is also achieved in a corner area. A spacer suitable for this extends in particular in a plane running obliquely to the longitudinal axis of the reinforcing bar. All spacers can be designed identically, spacing all three distances in the corner area of the reinforcement element; only two in the middle because they cannot fulfill their third function. The use of the same spacers in the same arrangement simplifies their attachment in the manufacture of the reinforcement element.
The invention will now be described in more detail below with reference to the figures in the accompanying drawings, without being limited thereto.
1 shows an end view of the edge area of a concrete formwork with a first reinforcement element according to the invention, FIG. 2 shows an end view of a concrete formwork for a girder with a second reinforcement element, FIG. 3 shows a top view of the corner area of a concrete formwork with a further exemplary embodiment, and FIG. 4 an oblique view of a further embodiment.
A reinforcement element 1 of conventional type (structural steel mat, lattice girder, reinforcement cage, etc.) is provided with spacers 3 which protrude beyond the boundary surfaces 9, 10, 11 of the reinforcement element 1 on at least two sides and fix the distance to a concrete formwork 5. Each spacer 3 consists of a round rod piece bent in the longitudinal axis, preferably made of a non-rusting material, and is welded at one end to a reinforcement rod 2 of the reinforcement element 1. Due to the double curvature of the other end of the spacer 3, which is bent into an approximately hook-shaped loop 4, it lies against the concrete formwork 5 only at contact points 6, 7, 8.
In the exemplary embodiment according to FIG. 1, the reinforcement element 1 is formed by a structural steel mat with the imaginary boundary surfaces 9, 10, which is provided on its other longitudinal bar 2 with several spacers 3 for spacing from a concrete formwork 5 arranged at a right angle. The approximately hook-shaped loop 4 of each spacer 3 is curved in a circle over an angle of more than 1800, so that the point of contact 7 is formed to the horizontal part of the formwork 5 and the point of contact 6 to the vertical part. Further spacers arranged in the central area of the structural steel mat are not shown, but can also be arranged identically. The spacers on other edge bars parallel to the reinforcement bar 2 are, as can also be seen from FIG. 2, welded in the opposite direction.
FIG. 2 shows a lattice girder as a reinforcing element 1, which is adapted to the moment line by additional bars 12 and is inserted into a U-shaped concrete formwork 5. Spacers 3 are in turn welded onto its two reinforcement bars 2 of the lower chord which are continuous over the length and which are above the boundary surfaces 9, 10 and rest on the parts of the concrete formwork in the contact points 6, 7. The approximately hook-shaped loop 4 of the spacer 3 again follows an arc.
Fig. 3 shows a formed as a structural steel mat
Reinforcement element 1 in a corner area. This in turn has an approximately hook-shaped loop at one end
4 provided spacer 3 is welded to the reinforcing bar 2 with its other end. It extends in a plane running at 45 to the longitudinal axis of the reinforcing bar 2 and perpendicular to the horizontal bottom part of the concrete formwork 5. The loop 4 of the spacer 3 therefore protrudes on three sides over the boundary surfaces 9, 10, 11 of the reinforcement element 1 and is punctiform on the horizontal part of the formwork 5 and in the contact points 6 and 8 on the two vertical parts of the concrete formwork, so that the required distance is given in all three directions.
Fig. 4 shows a further embodiment, according to which two spacers 3 are made from a part bent at right angles, which is welded to the reinforcing bar 2 in the central turning area. One spacer 3 is directed to the horizontal floor part and the other to the vertical part of the concrete formwork 5.
The reinforcement elements 1 are provided with a sufficient number of spacers 3 during manufacture, so that no additional time-consuming work is required when laying and setting up the reinforcement at the construction site. They are only placed on the concrete formwork and pushed onto their side parts, which fixes the correct distance.
