5. Washing brush according to claim 1, characterized in that the outer tube (5) has at least one cold protection handle (11, 13).
6. washing brush according to claim 1, characterized in that in the water supply hose (4), at least in the outer tube (5) close to the hose part, a rustproof anti-kink spring (12) is inserted.
7. washing brush according to claim 1, characterized in that both the inner tube (2) and the outer tube (5) made of light metal, e.g. Aluminum.
The present invention relates to a washing brush, in particular for washing trucks and buses, with water supply and telescopic handle consisting of at least two tubes.
A washing brush with a telescopic handle is known in which the water first enters the outer tube and from there into the inner tube. The disadvantage of this known washing brush is that the connection between the inner tube and the outer tube is not tight.
In another known washing brush, the water is conducted into the brush body through a hose running outside the tubes. The disadvantage here is that the hanging hose hampers work and can also be easily damaged.
The invention aims to provide a water-loaded washing brush with a telescopic handle, which does not have the disadvantages of the known washing brushes.
This object is achieved by the characterizing features of patent claim 1.
An exemplary embodiment of the washing brush according to the invention is described below with reference to the drawing.
The single figure shows the washing brush with a handle in a schematic representation.
The brush body is connected to the water-carrying inner tube 2 in a watertight manner by means of a conical thread 9. In addition, the brush body 1 is provided with water channels leading to the bristles. The wash water flows from the inner tube 2 directly onto the bristles. The free end 3 of the inner tube 2 is coupled to a water supply hose 4 by means of a coupling 10. The coupling 10 is a plug-in coupling in which the water supply hose 4 is freely rotatable about its axis. An outer tube 5 open at both ends 7 and 8 comprises at least a part of the inner tube 2 and a part of the water supply hose 4. The outer tube 5 is longitudinally displaceable and can be locked on the inner tube 2 at any point by means of a thread lock 6.
To protect the hands from the cold of the water, the outer tube 5 is provided with two cold protection handles 11 and 13.
So that the water supply hose 4 does not kink at the end 8 of the outer tube 5, there is a rust-proof, i.e. rustproof, anti-kink spring. Since the brush body 1 is only screwed onto the inner tube 2, it can be replaced quickly if necessary. The water pipe consisting of the water supply hose 4, the coupling 10, the inner tube 1 and the conical thread 9 is completely watertight. Only through water channels in the brush body 1 does water flow onto the bristles. Since the outer tube 5 does not come into contact with the flowing water at all, it does not need to be sealed at both ends. Both the inner tube 1 and the outer tube 5 are suitably made of light metal, for. B. aluminum.
Since the brush body 1 is connected to the inner tube 2 by means of a conical thread 9, the brush body 1 cannot rotate and loosen during work. With an ordinary thread, however, the brush body 1 would be able to come loose.
