PATENTANSPRÜCHE
1. Mit Rumpfteil verbundener Puppenkopf, wobei beide Teile aus geschäumtem Kunststoff bestehen, zur Herstellung stoffüberzogener Puppen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Puppenkopf(l) eine annähernd halbkugelförmige Halspartie (2) aufweist, die von einer sich in Richtung der Kopflängsachse (10) nach oben verengenden Kegelstumpföffnung (3) mit anschliessender Kugelöffnung (4) unterbrochen ist, und dass der Rumpfteil (5) eine der Halspartie (2) entsprechende halbkugelförmige Vertiefung (6) mit einer Längsbohrung (7) aufweist, in der ein Stift (8) befestigt ist, welcher mit einer in der Kugel öffnung (4) eingesetzten Kugel (9) fest verbunden ist.
2. Puppenkopf nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Puppenkopf (1) und der Rumpfteil (5) aus geschäumtem Weichpolyurethan bestehen.
3. Puppenkopf nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Stift (8) und Kugel (9) aus Hartholz oder Kunststoff, vorzugsweise Polyvinylchlorid bestehen.
4. Puppenkopf nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stift (8) in der Längsbohrung (7) eingeleimt ist.
Die Erfindung betrifft einen mit einem Rumpfteil verbundenen Puppenkopf, wobei beide Teile aus geschäumtem Kunststoff bestehen, zur Herstellung stoffüberzogener Puppen.
Bisher gelangten Puppenköpfe zur Verwendung, die sich im Schulterteil lediglich drehen liessen. Bei Verwendung dieser Puppenköpfe blieben die fertigen Puppen in der Kopfhaltung auf blosse Drehung beschränkt.
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, dem Kopf nebst Drehbarkeit auch Neigbarkeit nach allen Seiten zu ermöglichen, um damit der fertigen Puppe durch jede beliebige Kopfhaltung optimale Ausdrucksmöglichkeit zu gewährIeisten.
Die Erfindung löst diese Aufgabe durch die kennzeichnenden Merkmale im Patentanspruch 1.
Ein Ausführungsbeispiel des erfindungsgemässen Puppenkopfs ist in der Zeichnung dargestellt und wird nachfolgend näher erläutert. Dabei zeigen:

Der Puppenkopf gemäss Fig. 1 besteht aus Kopfteil 1 und Rumpfteil 5, beide Teile aus Weichpolyurethan mit elastischen Eigenschaften. Die Halspartie 2 des Kopfs ist annähernd halbkugelförmig ausgebildet und passt in die halbkugelförmige Vertiefung 6 des Rumpfteils 5. Die Kugel 9 und der Stift 8, bestehend aus Hartholz oder Kunststoff, werden vorgängig zusammengeleimt. Die Kugel mit dem eingeleimten Stift wird durch die Kegelstumpföffnung 3 in die Kugelöffnung 4 eingepresst und bleibt frei drehbar. Zum Zusammenbau des fertigen Kopfs mit dem fertigen Rumpf wird der Stift 8 in die Bohrung 7 eingeleimt.
Für die Puppenherstellung hat es sich als besonders vorteilhaft erwiesen, dass der Kopf und die Schulterpartie aus zwei Teilen bestehen, weil auf diese Weise der Kopf für sich separat mit Stoff überzogen und bemalt werden kann. Ebenso kann der Rumpf separat fertiggestellt werden, indem das Rumpfteil darin eingenäht wird.
Als besonders geeignet hat sich die Verwendung von Weichpolvurethan für den Kopf und die Schulterpartie erwiesen, da sie wegen der Elastizität des Materials absolut schlagunempfindlich sind. Im weiteren sorgt die Elastizität für genügend Reibungswiderstand an der Kugel, so dass der Kopf in jeder möglichen Stellung festgehalten wird.
Der besondere Vorteil des beschriebenen Puppenkopfs besteht darin, dass er eine unkomplizierte Puppenherstellung gewährleistet und durch unbeschränkte Drehbarkeit und Neigbarkeit des Kopfs der fertigen Puppe optimale Ausdrucksfähigkeit verleiht.

The invention relates to a doll head connected to a fuselage part, both parts consisting of foamed plastic, for the manufacture of cloth-covered dolls.
Previously, doll heads were used that could only be turned in the shoulder section. When using these doll heads, the finished dolls were restricted to mere rotation in the head position.
The object of the invention is to enable the head, in addition to rotatability, to be tilted in all directions, in order to guarantee the finished doll optimum expression by any head position.
The invention solves this problem by the characterizing features in claim 1.
An embodiment of the doll head according to the invention is shown in the drawing and is explained in more detail below. Show:

The neck part 2 of the head is approximately hemispherical and fits into the hemispherical recess 6 of the body part 5. The ball 9 and the pin 8, consisting of hardwood or plastic, are glued together beforehand. The ball with the glued-in pin is pressed through the truncated cone opening 3 into the ball opening 4 and remains freely rotatable. To assemble the finished head with the finished body, the pin 8 is glued into the bore 7.
For the manufacture of dolls, it has proven to be particularly advantageous that the head and the shoulders consist of two parts, because in this way the head can be covered and painted separately with fabric. The fuselage can also be finished separately by sewing the fuselage part into it.
The use of soft polyurethane for the head and shoulders has proven to be particularly suitable because they are absolutely insensitive to impact due to the elasticity of the material. Furthermore, the elasticity provides enough frictional resistance on the ball so that the head is held in every possible position.
The particular advantage of the doll's head described is that it ensures uncomplicated doll production and gives the finished doll optimal expressiveness through unlimited rotation and inclination of the head.
