PATENTANSPRÜCHE

Fig. 2 eine Draufsicht gemäss Pfeil II nach Fig. 1.

PATENT CLAIMS
1. Impact device for the projectiles of a weft insertion projectile weaving machine, with an impact lever and an impact piece, characterized in that the impact piece (18) is articulated on the impact lever (10) by means of a butt plate (14).
2. Impact device according to claim 1, characterized in that a striker (22) for the projectile (24) is arranged on the bolt (16) for fastening the push-tab (14) on the striker (18).
The invention relates to a striking device for the projectiles of a weft insertion projectile weaving machine, with a striking lever and a striking piece.
The beater mechanism of a weft insertion projectile weaving machine accelerates the projectiles for the insertion of the weft threads into the shed. A striking lever attached to a torsion bar is set in a striking motion by means of a lever system. This impact movement is transmitted to the projectile by an impact piece connected to the impact lever, provided with an impact nose and guided in a guide.
Such as. is known from CH-PS 313 155, the striking piece has been connected to the striking lever via a pull tab. The articulation point of the impact lever is thus, seen in the direction of the projectile, at the front and the impact lever pulls the impact piece behind it.
However, this prior art has several disadvantages. Since the striking piece is pulled by the striking lever, unfavorable, excessively strong tensile forces arise in the pull tab, which can lead to rapid material fatigue with crack formation and breakage. Furthermore, the arrangement of the striking lever at the front results in a difficult shape of the striking nose on the striking piece.
Since the striking piece is behind the striking lever while the projectile is in front of it, the striking nose must be directed forward like a cantilever. This complicated shape of the impact nose not only leads to increased production costs, but can also lead to undesirable material breaks.
The object of the invention is to design the connection between the striking piece and the striking lever in such a way that the stress on the material becomes considerably cheaper and premature material fatigue can thus be avoided.
The solution to this problem is characterized in that the striking piece is articulated on the striking lever by means of a shock link.
This design results in a considerably more favorable material loading of the tab, since it is now subjected to compression instead of tension. The risk of premature material breakage of the tab is thus reduced. By moving the striking lever back relative to the striking piece, there is the further advantage that the striking nose can be made much simpler, since it no longer has to be directed forwardly like a cantilever, but can be arranged directly at the front of the striking piece. By moving the striking lever back, the striking angle of the striking lever can also be increased.
According to a particularly advantageous embodiment of the invention, a striker for the projectile can be arranged on the bolt for fastening the butt plate to the striker.
The invention is explained in more detail using an exemplary embodiment in conjunction with the drawing below. Show it:
Fig. 1 is a side view of a striking lever with striker and
2 is a plan view according to arrow II of FIG. 1st
A striking lever 10 (FIG. 1) is articulated via a pivot 12, a butt plate 14 and a bolt 16 to a striking piece 18 which has recesses 20 for the purpose of reducing weight. The hammer is guided in a projectile direction, not shown. The bolt 16 has a striking nose 22 for the projectile 24 as a direct extension. A striking mechanism (not shown) moves the striking lever 10 to the end position marked by dash-dotted lines in accordance with arrow 26, the projectile 24 being accelerated accordingly.
