Fig. 1 einen mit einer Klappe versehenen Schrank in perspektivischer Darstellung;

3. Flap hinge according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the housing-fixed guideway is designed as an edge strip (10) of an elongated hole (9) which is open to the insertion side (8).
4. flap hinge according to claim 3, characterized in that the edge strip (10) is arranged recessed in the housing and its height corresponds to the distance of the ring flange (12) from the screw head (15).
5. Flap hinge according to claim 2, characterized in that the anchoring projections are designed as ribs (24) which extend over the entire width of the hinge arm (6).
The invention relates to a flap hinge with a housing which can be fixed on the furniture body and accommodates the hinge arm.
The invention has for its object to design the housing and the hinge arm so that the hinge arm is set in a positive and non-positive manner in the housing after an adjustment of its height by means of a clamping screw.
This object is achieved according to the invention in that the hinge arm is vertically adjustable in the housing and movably mounted in its longitudinal direction, for height adjustment a screw equipped with a ring flange is provided, which is screwed into a threaded bore of the hinge arm, the ring flange of which engages under a guideway of the housing and To move the hinge arm in the longitudinal direction, a clamping screw equipped with a conical head and screwed into a threaded bore of the hinge arm is arranged, the central axis of which is offset to the central axis of a conical receptacle for the screw head, which is attached in the housing, to the insertion side of the hinge arm.
After the hinge arm inserted into the housing has been adjusted in its height, the clamping screw is actuated and inserted into the corresponding housing receptacle with a conical head. Due to the offset of the central axis of the clamping screw to the central axis of the conical receptacle of the housing, when the clamping screw, which is supported on its side of the conical housing receptacle, the hinge arm is given a movement in its longitudinal direction, namely into the interior of the housing. The end face of the hinge arm is pressed against the associated housing surface.
In an advantageous embodiment of the invention, the end face of the hinge arm and / or the associated surface of the housing is provided with anchoring projections which fit into the material of the housing or the hinge arm when the clamping screw is tightened.
An embodiment of the invention is shown in the drawings and is described below. Show it:
1 shows a cabinet provided with a flap in a perspective view;
2. the housing which can be fixed on the furniture body and the associated hinge arm in a perspective view, and
Fig. 3 shows the housing and the hinge arm after assembly in longitudinal section.
The cabinet 1 shown in FIG. 1 has a flap 2 which can be pivoted about a horizontal axis. The flap 2 is hinged to the cabinet via hinges 3. These hinges have a housing 4 which is arranged and fixed in a recess in the base 5. A hinge arm 6 is inserted into the housing and is connected in an articulated manner to a housing 7 which is fixed in a recess in the flap 2.
Extending from the insertion side 8 of the housing is an elongated hole 9, the recessed edge strip 10 of which forms the guideway 11 for an annular flange 12 of a screw 13 which is screwed with its lower thread end 14 into a threaded bore of the hinge arm 6. The distance of the ring flange 12 from the screw head 15 corresponds to the height of the edge strip 10. The screw head 15 thus lies on the edge strip 10 recessed in the housing, so that it protrudes only slightly from the upper boundary surface of the housing.
After insertion of the hinge arm 6 into the housing, the height of the hinge arm 6 can be adjusted via the screw 13.
The hinge arm 6 also has a threaded bore 16 for screwing in the threaded shaft of a clamping screw 17.
This clamping screw is provided with a conical head 18 and has a central axis 19 which is offset from the central axis 20 of a conical receptacle 21 of the housing.
3 that the central axis 19 is offset from the central axis 20 in the direction of the insertion side 8 and the conical head 18 is supported on the side of the conical housing receptacle 21 facing the insertion side 8.
When the tensioning screw is tightened, the hinge arm 6 is therefore given a movement in its longitudinal direction in which the end face 22 is moved in the direction of the housing surface 23. In the exemplary embodiment, anchoring projections are provided on the end face 22 of the hinge arm 6, which are designed as ribs 24 which extend over the entire width of the hinge arm 6. When the clamping screw 17 is tightened, these ribs 24 dig into the material of the housing 4. In this way, an intensive fixing of the hinge arm in the housing is achieved.
It is also possible to equip the surface 23 of the housing 4 with anchoring projections which dig into the material of the hinge arm 6 when the clamping screw 17 is tightened.
Before the hinge arm 6 is inserted into the housing 4, the clamping screw 17 is screwed into the threaded bore 16 until the head 18 rests on the surface 25 of the hinge arm. Such a position of the clamping screw 17 is shown in FIG.
2 shown.
In the exemplary embodiment shown in the figures, the hinge arm 6 has hinge axes 26, 27, by means of which it is fixed to the housing 7, which is fastened to the flap 2.
